Took 25 minutes to receive my change when I paid for a purchase with cash. Total purchase price = $4.31. Gave the clerk $20.31. Clerk asked if I wanted a receipt. I said yes. She handed me a receipt but no change. I said "I'd like my change too." She asked to see the receipt. "It was just 2 seconds ago." She then replied: "I can't open the drawer. You can wait for the next customer." The next customer paid with a debit card, so the cash drawer did not open. The next customer wanted helium balloons. Another 20 minutes to fill balloons. No manager on site. No other store employees on site. A long line of customers waiting. 25 minutes for change. Very poor service. Very poor store management. And not the first time. Zero stars!

The Cashier practically threw a man out of the store because he didn't have a mask on due to Asthma. She ordered him to leave and then calls the manager when he stood there stunned at her reaction. I informed them that there are exclusions for the mask and they better figure it out fast!

I will never shop here again. Watched all three employees park in front of the store. When checking out I showed the cashier my $100 and asked if it was going to be a problem, she said no. After ringing up $50 worth of crap, she couldn't break the bill and when she asked the two girls laughing and playing in the office if they could break it the immediate response was "NO!" In a snoty tone. I refused the bag charge and after we paid we were told we could not take the cart outside.

Went and picked up a good amount of stuff for my daughter's party. When I went to pay the cashier said he couldn't except my 100 because they only take ones from the 2000 or newer.... I have never heard that before at all then he preceded to ask if I wanted him to hold the stuff for me so I can go break it somewhere eles and come back... no thank you...

I went into the Orland store and bought numerous item including 6 bags of potting soil. During check out I was putting my items into the bags I brought into the store. I put the 6 bags of potting soil in my basket so I wouldn't have to use another bag. I was told I could not take the basket or of the store. When the clerk told me it was a corporate rule, that the basket couldn't be taken out of the store I almost walked out. What a utterly ridiculous decision that is. People need to use the baskets to get their item out to their vehicles. I will be going some place else to do my shopping from now on.

Well did it again... Went looking for a big box & found everything except the box! Apparently it is a good time to come office stuff and art supplies... I got a bit carried away & found lots of tiny little goodies to add just a little something hidden to my art projects! I make Art Quilts & add all kinds of findings to add as accents. Go take,a look fun fun... By the way there are some very nice Christmas Glassware on sale 2 for 1... Too bad I have plenty they are beautiful.

This store is always clean well stoked, and the store employees are some of the best . I'd rather shop at this particular dollar store then anyone of the rest. Other stores could learn from them. I believe this is a sign of good management.

The associates are always helpful, asking if you need help, they have good knowledge of the inventory. Good bargains with healthy snacks available.
