I’ve been using CVS ever since it was converted from Longs Drugs (which my family and I used for years). It’s not quite the same service, but customers aren’t the same either. People nowadays can be impatient and entitled, this results in a poor experience for customers and staff alike. I’ve found that treating people with equal respect and kindness garners far better customer service, as working in a pharmacy can be a hectic job. Why not show the people working to serve you some patience and friendliness?It’s a busy pharmacy, and they certainly do their best, in my opinion. Everything has slowed down now due to Covid-19, I think they’ve done a great job of serving the community during this crisis. I’ve had to visit this particular pharmacy a lot lately due to a recurring condition, and they’re good at filling scripts in a fair amount of time, are willing to answer questions, and have mobile as well as online notifications set up so you can access your information without waiting on hold (just go to the CVS website and create an account, and you can view your prescriptions, the costs, and the filling status). It’s also important to note that they are a bit short staffed right now.Overall, they are a reliable pharmacy with helpful staff. In these intense times of stress, it matters now more than ever to treat those in the service industry with dignity, because they are risking their health to serve their community.

The store manager needs to be retraining or fired. She was too busy smoking cigarettes outside wasting company time. Leaving a minor in charge of selling alcohol! Then had the audacity to blame the cashier. No wonder why half her staff left. All the employees who provide great customer service is gone.

First time getting a prescription filled here because this is where my doctor sent the script. Went to the drive thru 30 min after they opened on a Tuesday. Sat at the window for over 10 min and never saw one person working. Unpacked the kids and went inside where I could see 3 people working (1 pharmacist and 2 techs/cashiers). After a couple of minutes the pharmacist said "we'll be right with you" and glanced at the tech next to her. I still waited another 5-10 min for the tech to acknowledge me. Horrible customer service. Transferring to Walgreens right now.

Store appeared unorganized, COVID booster shots are misrepresented, and the staff does not care - what so ever - about the time it takes them to assist you. Pharmacy customer service was non existent - literally asked the girl to please forward the mis-information I received to some one in the Company that would need to know - and she looked at me and said "OK, now who did you want me to call again?" Seriously- there are so many other choices for the products and services they have at CVS, dont know why anyone would go back. Would not recommend this pharmacy at all.

While still not a 5 star experience, the pharmacy manager changed awhile back and all but one employee seems to be doing a great job. I'd say a 85% improvement over the last 6 months to a year. The main issue now is the limited hours for the pharmacy.

Pharmacists are not very friendly at all, long waiting times, often you’re just left at the counter without any acknowledgement. They’ve put my main medication on hold for other medication that I had received months before.... second time I went there I received 30 less pills than prescription called for....Constant problems with medication is irritating, and I’ve only been there since May. Cvs store personnel very nice/friendly and accommodating maybe they could train the pharmacy in customer service??

Worst service I have ever had. The pharmacist walked away 3 times very rudely while I was trying to ask an important question about the medication I was trying to recieve after being told it was ready when it very obviously wasn't. They also have staff that do not know how to pronounce the names of medication which worries me that I will receive the wrong medication. It's just a downright mess over there.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Their pharmacy cash register froze and they had no solution to my issue. I walked out unable to buy allergy med for a month. Maria and Sheela or Sheena was no help at all, assistant manager Jose was apathetic and indifferent at best. I wouldn't come back to this store.

Called to make adjustments with my meds and was on hold forever and when the pharmacist finally answered he was having a conversation with someone else. When I tried to explain what I needed to explain he cut me off. Very rude and terrible customer service. I only go to this CVS because my meds are cheaper with CVS than Walgreens. I would give zero stars but that’s not an option.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in the whole world! They promise a time for your Rx to be ready, but when you arrive to pick it up, they haven't even started it yet. Then they promise another wait time which also is doubled at least. This was not an isolated experience either. This has happened to me three times in a row! Three strikes, they're out! Their customer service is atrocious! Their attitude is pathetic too! No apologies, just rudeness. I'm switching to Walgreen's across the street.

I have just waited 1 hour in the drive up pharmacy line. I couldn’t get out of the line because you are trapped in the drive way!!! I believe the pharmacy is supposed to be a quick and easy way to pick up medications. The customer should have been asked to go inside the store if there was a problem with her order. In addition the pharmacists is rude and incapable of running this pharmacy. This is not the first time I dealt with him, he has even refused to fill my medication in the past even though my insurance company called him directly to give him permission to do so. It is very unfortunate that he doesn’t represent your company in a professional manner. I enjoy the store and all other employees that works in the pharmacy but I may be forced to take my business elsewhere.

The pharmacist here is the most unprofessional, rude, person ever. They will tell you what they want you take, regardless of what you and your doctor talk about. They never have meds ready, no matter how early you call it in. They have lost faxed scripts from the doctor. This place sucks. I cant stand it. I hate the fact I ever even have to look at it. I will never go there again. This isnt just a one off. This is every...single...month... with every single script. The techs are all very nice, and try their best.... but they're under the rule of the worst pharmacist on earth.

Worst CVS I've ever been to. Be prepared to wait for your prescription that's ready, without being acknowledged, for a minimum of 20 minutes. If you use the drive thru, the rare times it's actually working, be prepared for a 30 minute wait.

I absolutely hate this pharmacy. I’ve called them at least 10 times. Been on hold for over 15 mins each time I call. THEY NEVER ANSWER!!The workers are very rude and they never answer my questions. Plus every time I go they always say I don’t have insurance on file even tho I’ve given my insurance card over 6 times and they never have it on record.

My Orland Ca.CVS Pharmacy is terrible. I hate it and cannot leave cause it is my work insurance pharm. I have tried to go to Walgreens twice . This weekend i went to pick up a scrip i dropped off tbree days ago, ttey said they could not fill it cause my Dr. Made an extra scribble so they handed it back. Went here once about three years ago and two clerks actually sat there fighting with each other while one was working on my prescription. Calling each other names and super heated. The most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen anywhere! Hopefully they don’t work there now.

Very slow with pharmacy personnel barely conversant with the English language. Rude. I ordered an refill RX while it was still valid but they took so long it expired so they refused the refill.
