Went in today to purchase local honey to send our family in Hawaii. One person was on the phone, walked by me twice and didn't acknowledge I was there. The other person was making a floral arrangement, again walked by me and didn't acknowledge me. I waited at the counter with my two jars of local honey and still no one made direct eye contact or said one word. I left the two jars at the counter and left. I purchased the local honey somewhere else. Sad service for such a small establishment in a small town. I am a resident of Orland and will not go back.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers in person. I told them what I wanted and what I didn’t want (too much filler) and my budget. They said yes, we can do that no problem. The woman wrote it down on the paper/order form. The bouquet was then picked up (not by me) and the price was slightly higher than what I was quoted and it was very much over filled with green filler. Not to mention the quality of the flowers is not good and there are areas where even the green filler is wilted and brown. The bow on the vase was horribly tied. No attention to detail was put into the arrangement. Overall not worth it.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers, it was nothing like they told me they was gonna be plus the lady provide the service. It was so rude customer service. worst place to Trust for your flowers arrangement they are everything else except professionals they didn’t even want to fix it

Can i give more than 5 stars???? Absolutely the most talented and amazing floral design team ever!! Their flower arrangements, gift boxes, and unique boutique is beyond any expectations! Not to mention, the staff will go over and beyond to help you!! Thank you Bees to Blooms! P.S. When I ordered a fall arrangement of red roses and sunflowers -- I was beyond thrilled! This was nearly 24" tall

I recently won the most beautiful bouquet of flowers, it was my first time going into the store and it was absolutely beautiful. My flowers are the perfect fall arrangement, I've had them over a week and they still look beautiful.

Absolutely love this beautiful shop. A few months back I was having a hard time finding potting plants for the home (regular chain stores had NONE in stock - even in chico) and I was greeted by a lovely woman who coached me through the best plants for what I needed. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. This is a little gem in orland!
