Super pets is the equivalent of a puppy mill when it comes to their reptiles and fish. They don’t take care of their animals and you’ll often find them with no food or water. The manager said bearded dragons don’t require water when I pointed it out, which is not true. Their fish are constantly infected with ick and they do not disclose if a fish you’re buying is infected. If you care about animals in any way, shape, or form you won’t give this pet store your business to continue abusing animals

awesome pet store! if you’re a reptile keeper they have awesome prices on insects, and they have good quality equipment and food for dogs. raw feeding selection for cats is small but still high quality. dog treats are expansive, and rodent section is good.as someone who owns all of the above for pets it’s a super great one stop shop, and i love not having to give money to mega corporations just to shop for all my animals at one time!

Everything is expensive. Didn't have what I wanted, as far as the size of the individual feeders for my bearded dragon. The staff is extremely nice.

What a great place for pet supplies, wholeheartedly recommended especially if you need flightless flies as they simply do not exist at most pet stores in the area.

I love going here, they always have cool pets to look at and a good selection of food for cats and dogs.Whether you want raw food or just kibble, they have bones and goat milk as well and lots of specialty treats including dried minnows, pig noses (one of my dogs favorites!) duck heads and more exotic treats.They carry live insects for amphibians, reptiles, and aquatic animals. Including mealworms, bloodworms, crickets, dubia roaches, mice and rats of many sizes, flightless flies and more.Everything is reasonably priced and has better quality products than those other two stores that start with "Pet" as well.

This place has a nice assortment of unique pets and super friendly staff. They took the time to answer my billion questions on how to keep this little scorpion alive and well kept. It's a bit of a trek to get out there from me but we'll worth it.

I had a great experience Josue really helped and we decided to get a snake for my son. Josue was very efficient, informative, and patient. All the saff there are kind and helpful. I have never had a bad experience at Super Pets. And they have quality product.

Website states a list of small animals for sale, which included rats alongside hamsters and guinea pigs. But when we arrived, the only rats available were snake feeder rats. That in itself isn’t bad, snakes need to eat and all. But there were signs all around the rats stating they were sold as feeders ONLY, no pets, and that they would refuse service to those wishing to purchase them as pets.Why does the website list the rats alongside the other pets then? Why would the website choose to place them alongside hamsters and guinea pigs if you aren’t allowed to purchase them as pets?This feels extremely misleading. I drove an hour out of my way to come get a rat as a companion for the pet rat I already have. The fact that I couldn’t do that is horrid. Especially since I have had plenty of feeder rats as pets in the past. If this is the case, they need to remove rats from the section of their website putting them alongside the other small pets. This is just so misleading, and honestly pretty unheard of.

It's one of my favorite pet stores! It has a lot of brands and products big box stores don't carry. Some items seem overpriced, but most are competitive with the market for the basic products for dogs, cats, birds, reptiles, and fish. The staff, though mostly young, are very welcoming and ready to help with anything at a moment's notice.

Great store! Great sales! Great service! I was asking about puppy food, and the initial associate I asked wasn't as familiar with the different brands, but without hesitation, he asked a more knowledgeable associate to help me. I had all my questions answered, and my puppy was happy with the good we brought home. Would recommend and go back.

Cool fish, lil on the expensive side. Bought a few lil guppy fish cheapest 1s were a 1.99. So i bought two.Got everything u need for an animal. Fish 🐟 food wasn't to expensive, cheaper then petco.

This was the first time I have visited this store, and I'm glad I did! The employees were very nice and knowledgeable. There were able to quickly attend to me and my questions. I also appreciated that they never once made me feel like they were trying to rush through talking with me or answering my questions. They also seemed to have a good selection of merchandise, which for a pet lover like myself and my wife, is great. I will definitely return to this pet store!

Pixie, daughter of Geisha, is a cat who lives at my Sister's house. Pixie recently had a litter of kittens. One of the cute little furballs was a runt. That little runt looks very fashionable with his/her grey coat with black stripes. His/her name is Boma or Bomo or something. (That's okay, I don’t think the little guy/girl has learned his/her name yet, anyways.)Tonite Boma was able to spend less time dining than usual and she/he was loudly mewing his/her woes. I needed kitty formula and I needed it now!Google found a close pet store and I got there just before closing. For Boma's sake I was in a hurry and I walked hurriedly into the shop, walking like I knew where I was going.I didn’t.The cashier could smell the lack of destination wafting off of me. She offered aid and I gratefully accepted.Without hesitation she qualified me and led me to the nipples at a brisk gait. I got what I needed and beat her back to the register. She checked me out while I asked for tips on piercing the nipple.The cashier who helped me was quick, empathetic and seemed to know what she was talking about. With her help I was able to get in and get out quick. I was back home to little Boma in no time.

Great food for the price. Bar area though. Needs help. We must have had a new waitress. Saw her twice. Once to take order , then had to go to front and ask for bill. Then she came back with bill. Last time sat in front waitress was very good and came by several times to ask if we needed anything. We will still return.

First of all, I have nothing against the people that work here. They are all awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable. The owner of the store is what caused this one star review. My daughter worked here for six months before she’d even seen him. He came to the store with his fiancee on Sunday, and on Wednesday my daughter got fired. Over the phone. She was not even given a reason, just told they would mail her her last check and she was off the schedule, then the manager hung up on her. This was her first job, so she had no idea what that meant. I went in to collect her personnel file, and to get a letter stating the reason for termination. All the manager would say was that they didn’t have hours for her. They had hired three additional people after her, all of whom worked the same hours. When I mentioned that usually the last ones hired are the ones to go first, the manager just kept saying they don’t have hours for her.We found out later that when the owner and his fiancee were in the store on Sunday, the fiancee said that she was “stressed out” by my daughter. According to my daughter, the total interaction she had with the woman was to greet her when they came in the store, then ask her if she was ready when they came to the register.The way my daughter was treated was reprehensible. She loved her job, and would come in if they needed help, and even took over the Saturday shift when another employee had to go out on medical leave. She did nothing to deserve being treated this way. I own my own business as well, and have NEVER fired anyone who didn’t absolutely know it was coming. She’s never been reprimanded or written up.I will never shop at this store again, and recommend by anyone who believes in employee rights boycott as well.

Store has a good selection of dog food etc. Prices of aquarium supplies are higher than about anywhere else. They get some decent tropical fish in sporadically and they have live blackworms which can't be purchased locally anywhere else. The staff is friendly and helpful. Recommended

Nice customer service. This store carries your usual pet supplies, fish and even cute pet beds at competitive prices. The store is clean and there's a wide selection of items. There's a loyalty program if you find yourself shopping here often.Tip: Check the hours before you go.

Great place, they price match. Get CET toothpaste for dogs, freeze dried mussels for my senior dog where most other places have out of stock and never available. They also have a help yourself bag fill of all sizes doggie treats. My dog loves them. Always stop by to pick up some goodies. So sad they are only on the West coast as we will be moving to the East coast soon. I will stock up before leaving for sure. Staff is nice and very helpful. You could even request an item or reserve an item if it is out of stock and they will call you back when it arrives.this kind of service tends to be a thing of the past in most places. Truly a rare gem worth checking out.

I've been to this Pet shop a few times, and the staff are for the most part amicable, and they've been so strong to anything I needed. I just went in there to get some pup toys for a companion's pup, and I wound up getting a rich toy! I'd come here again in the event that I end up requiring pet supplies for my companion's canine once more.

This is a great pet store! They not only have a wide variety of cat and dog items but they also have a good selection of reptile and bird products. I usually visit their other store in Temple City, but I was pleasantly surprised to find this location and get the quality and customer service that I am used to. I get all of my cat and bearded dragon needs met at super pets 👌Definitely my go-to over the other two big companies out there.

I really only come here to get live mice for one of my snakes. I've kept several of the mice as pets and they were healthy. Great selection of items for your pets, although most anything can be bought off Amazon for less.Employees are always friendly and there's really no wait.Feeder shipments come in on Tuesdays, and they run out during the weekend, so it's good to call ahead.

Love Super Pets. This is a fantastic store with caring staff who love the pets. They also have good suggestions for food, litter and accessories for your pet.They have supplies for all types of pets from chickens to hamsters. They sell hamsters and guinea pigs. They also have grooming and a weekly vet clinic for basic illnesses.This is one of the few pet stores where they work to make their hamsters social. (Granted, it is best to rescue a hamster because there are literally over 30 dailyat any given point needing new homes in kill shelters and foster homes within an hour drive.)
