Fish dept is awesome. They have a 14 day policy for you if your new fish die - which is GREAT. But one downside of it is that you have to being in the dead body lol. I totally understand why but sometimes in my fish tank.... the other fish eat the dead fish...so I don't really have an option to bring it back. Not sure what to do about that. Lol.Overall, good store haha.

Big selection and the employees actually know something about animals. On a side note they sell live tomato worms AKA hornworms. My eternal enemy since birth which made me Express "So this is what going insane feels like!" LOL

came here to get dog food and they told me i could only buy 1 can and would have to come back to see banfield's vets to get more prescription dog food, even though i had a prescription. It's only at this petsmart. i went to another location that night, and several other locations in the past 6 months with no issues. later at a petsmart that's actually helpful they explained to me that technically they want you to go over to banfield during business hours to get a card, and it takes 2 minutes, but this is the only location that will only sell you 1 can of dog food if banfield isnt open to get the card. and they're rude and don't explain why you can only buy 1 can properly. so annoying go to any other location

This is one very clean and organized store. I can place my order online for pick up and they usually have it all in stock. They great you with a “hello” and a smile. This review is just for the shopping experience. They offer other services but I can’t give it a full 5 without trying those out but 4 is high 🤠🤙

Don't order online. They use door dash and the order doesn't come at all and recharge stays on your credit card. It's more reliable to use online pet stores.

My pups were here for 2 days and loved it they hada fun filled few days playing with other pups. The staff are on top of it and they called me to talk to me about one of my pups with an action plan while I was away. They answered a of my questions and very friendly and helpful in-person and on the phone. I will definitely be bringing them back to this location in the future.

We utilize almost everything at this location from the daycare services to the convenient Banfield hospital located inside. The staff of petsmart is friendly and always helpful. The staff in the pet hotel/day camp are also very friendly and take good care of my little guy when he's there playing for the day, I always love getting the "pawgress" reports at the end of his stays there. They tell me everything he did and having that gives me a little peace of mind that he wasn't just sitting in a corner all day long by himself and lets me know that they were paying attention to him. The Banfield hospital inside also has friendly staff and always answers any questions or concerns I have about what's happening with my dog. All around good place.

I needed a daycare while visiting from out of state. The Orange PetSmart Hotel was the perfect solution. The store was exceptionally clean, the accommodations were top-notch! For a minimal amount he had playtime, quiet time, dinner, a Kong snack, and a light bath. The employees were friendly, kind, helpful and skilled. They emailed me a cute photo of my dog! experience from the fist phone call to final pick up was exceptional on 2/23/19. Thank you🐶

I love it here! I like that I can order online and get an additional discount for 1-hour pick-up in store. The staff is always so nice and helpful and they never complain when I take my daughter to watch the dogs at the Doggy-day-Day Camp.

Never had an issue until recently. First they canceled my pups original appointment. When I returned a week later the older lady who greeted me continued to argue with me about what service I was getting. Back n forth back n forth. I just wanted the same service I always get for my dog. If she was grumpy she could've just washed dogs and stayed in the back. She never smiles.
