Save your time and money and go to another groomer. I dropped my dog off at 11am and was told it would take 2 hours. I informed them to call me about 15 minutes prior to finishing so I can get back out of work to go pick him up and so he doesn’t have to sit in a crate for long because he is bad with crates. No phone call, so I drove there at 1:30pm (2.5 hours later). After sitting at the desk for 25 minutes, they finally came back from lunch. Told me they just needed to finish a couple more things, but would need 1.5-2 hours longer. Come to find out they didn’t even start anything yet!y terrified dog sat in a crate for 3 hours without them notifying me at all even after I told them about the crate. I took my dog and left and will NEVER be returning!

Excellent!We both LOVED the warm bread with dish of delicious dip served immediately when we sat down.Never had a cob salad completely chopped up...it was wonderful! Warmed flavored chicken tossed in was 👌Generous servingI would suggest not refrigerating if you take some home..just not the sameKind and efficient server.Taste buds can't wait to get back!

I have been taking my dogs to be groomed at my local Petco since 2007. Yesterday I took my senior rescue, Dobby, for his appointment and was turned away by the new manager. She seemed to be looking for a reason not to take him, and I made the mistake of telling her that he is on medication for kidney disease. This is not dangerous or contagious, but she said that she would have to refer me to a vet "for his safety." When I told her that Dobby has been groomed there multiple times since I adopted him in 2018, she said that due to his age, they could not groom him, and that this is a corporate policy. I asked why they took the appointment, if Dobby is too old according to their policy, which they never shared with me. She said, "They've been working here without a manager for over two years, but I'm here now." I was frustrated by the lack of empathy, and the lack of notice regarding grooming a senior dog. If I'd known, I would have been able to find another groomer before I left on a 9-day trip to Seattle. As it was, I had to wait for several weeks to get an appointment with a groomer who doesn't have a policy against my senior rescue dog.

Everyone is very friendly. They love my dog. It was the first time using Vital Care for nails & teeth. Since it is a new service, I expected it would be a little tricky to ring up. Your sales people were very patient and helpful with me since I am not tech savvy and the service requires using the app on my cell phone.

Our Petco Groomer was amazing! Kristen was so sweet with my puppy, Tayla, and I could clearly see that she loves what she does. She made us both feel comfortable and made me feel confident leaving Tayla with her. I will definitely be returning for another grooming appointment!

My dog is a nervous wreck when I am not around and when I leave her there she is nervous for a second but relaxes a bit when they take her. She comes out a happy little puppy and the way she walks she feels fabulous. My dog has never left there with fear.

I just want to say how pleased I am with my KoKo's groomer at Petco. She was amazing. She gave my girl her best attention. I recommend this place 100%. They accommodated me with an appointment right away. They are on point even when they were low on staff.

Came in before my appt time at 9:00 the groomer was not there and when she came in she had an attitude towards me and accused me of complaining that she is late and that I should be more understandable that things happen. I didn’t ask her why she is late but already putting words in my mouth. I then said that I am canceling my appt and her attitude is not acceptable especially to a customer. I don’t trust her taking care my dog. She just lost a customer. Poor customer service. People like that will tend to hurt animals.

Very bad service. Grooming standpoint it did not take time but later for checkout, it took 1 hour for me. The stylist was gone, added information for the incorrect stuff, I was unable to add the coupons and had so much inconvenience. Horrible experience.
