I like this place so much I continue using them for boarding even though I moved to LA. They took care of my boy during part of his cancer treatment where I was terrified to leave him and treated him like a king. They were also so sweet when I called a million times to check on him. Brittany and the staff here are incredible and I’m so grateful to have a safe place I trust for my pup when I have to leave town. I’ve already recommended this place to several of my friends who also had positive experiences. Highly recommend!!

I’ve been bringing my incredibly dramatic (and often difficult) frenchie here since she was a pup and honestly wouldn’t trust taking her anywhere else. Britt and her team are always so accommodating of my dog’s needs. They make sure she gets the special attention and playtime that she requires! I always go out of town knowing that my dog is in good hands. Can’t thank Paw in Order enough for their patience love and TLC time and time again.

They are great with my Dog (Clyde) and have a very friendly staff with reasonable prices! When I go out of town, they are who I trust with my best friend.

They are the best. Been going there 4 years and the staff is very caring. I use the daycare, boarding and grooming and I have always been satisfied. Now that its hot I will drop off my pooch off even when I dont need to because they do water play and she loves it and the other dogs so much! Highly recommend.

Loved every minute of Paw and Order....and so did my pups. They would not stop telling all about it. (Happy tippytaps and huskyish whines.)The crew is top notch and genuinely care for the pups they watch as the morning crew remembered my pup from months ago, outta all the ones they watch, she remembered mine! Definitely a diamond in the rough!

I wanted to like this place, but I never felt at ease leaving my dog there. When she stayed overnight for 3 days they neglected to give her the two medications that she was on despite them reassuring me they are great at administering medication. When I questioned why it was not done they brushed it off and did nothing to reassure me something like that wouldn’t happen again. I would recommend going anywhere else for dog boarding needs!

It was our first time leaving our dog with anyone overnight. She was nervous when we dropped her off, but she was groomed and happy and the next day. Prices were fair, and the facility was clean. We would definitely take our dog again.

Friendly, capable, and trustworthy. My dog is typically reactive and anxious around other dogs, but the staff here understand how to manage him and only has him interact with dogs he’s comfortable and polite with. Despite his reactivity, he has a great time at Paw in Order thanks to the care and dedication of the staff.

Paw In Order is amazing. We left our dog here for a 2 week span when we were on a vacation. He was well taken care of. The people who work here are so nice and obviously love dogs. They get to know each dog's personality and give them the attention they need. We love Paw In Order and won't take our dogs to any other day care.

Worked well with Brittany. Had our family dog stay over night. THey were very helpful, but our sweet dog did not get much play/FaceTime with other dogs because one of the staff members did not mesh well with our dog’s demeanor. All in all, clean environment, easy to be located while driving to facility.

Never even got a chance to use the service because they would refuse to take my dogs medical records. We had everything required for our dogs to get boarded here but one of the managers insisted that we get a summary page from our vet that showed all current vaccinations, when calling the vet, they said they already provided a complete medical history showing all updated shots. I called back paw in order and you ready for this...... they wanted us to contact the vet again and get a summary page, I offered to connect them to my vet as my fiancé and i were busy getting ready for vacation, they're response to us, was "we are too busy", what????/ are you kidding me? We board our dogs once a month, so they lost our business by making the customer do their job. Definitely do not recommend this place. To be absolutely clear, my dogs all got vaccinated per the state requirements, it was the lack of effort after I had explained several times to her where she could locate the records. And simply put, they pushed us off. Do not go here, even looks like they board dogs in a home which doesn't seem complaint at all. I will be reporting this company to consumer reports, rip off reports, and giving a horrible review across all platforms they list in hopes that they don't waste anyone else's time they way they did with us. Also, instead of calling and explaining the issue, the only way I could get response is by leaving this review, which you can see by their response, they are lieing directly to consumers and yet again. Still pushing this off like it was our issue instead of owning their own responsibility. My dogs are fully vaccinated, your just to lazy to review through the 9 pages not 80! With size 18 font. Come on, shut down if this is how you handle customers.UPDATE: I just got done contacting another boarding place (Petopia Pet Resort) and gave them the exact same medical records that I provided for Paw In Order and you ready for this….. within 3 minutes they identified that all our dogs dig in fact have all updated vaccinations. To top it off, they even offered better pricing because they felt bad we as a customer had to go through that with Paw In Order. I will never go to Paw In Order again, and will still be contacting consumer reports and the BBB on this place for wasting our time.

Brittany is a wonderful trainer - immediately identified training solutions for our dogs' various behavior problems. The in home session was convenient, very productive, and she is as great with people as she is with pets! I look forward to pur obedience training sessions at their facility.

Very thorough with taking instructions for my dog's medications and food for boarding. Friendly staff. I like that they offer play time. When my dog is picked up, he doesn't want to leave! I work in the veterinary field so I am glad I found a place that treats my Ryu as I would treat the pets I see.

Love this place! We have taken our pup here for 2 extended week-long stays. She is always sad to leave. She gets a lot of socialization which is great! Staff is friendly and caring.

Very easy. There is some paperwork to do but these guys saved my skin twice. Do bring records! If you're searching last minute, it pays to try to have your vet email the records and to have the paperwork printed and filled out from their website (mostly if you've got a pup whos hard to handle whilst filling out papers ...or you've got kids screaming to go to Disney and the Disney kennel has turned you away for a discrepancy on records). My dog was behind on a shot and Paw In Order just referred me to a place that got it done as a walk-in so I could turn around and check back there within the hour. Super nice and attentive people with plenty of options to play, walk, babysit, or board your dog. You can even buy some good quality treats and toys at the front on your way out. Ten minutes or so from the main Disney area.

I contacted Paw in order 9/20/2020 via email to make an appointment to check this place out. I got a quick response back stating I can't come to check there facility out. They claimed they only do "virtual" training. What does that mean? So they must not want any business RightNow? That's fine. There's plenty of other places to go.

The people here are awesome. I love my dog and was super hesitant to leave him with anyone for anything. But my dog pulls my arm off trying to get in the door when I drop him off, and comes home exhausted. They do a great job.

They always take great care of my pets. They post online videos of your dogs sometimes so you can see how they’re doing/playtime. I totally recommend it
