Update : the staff really makes a difference. Sierra is so happy to show up to house of paw and the staff clearly loves their job. Thank you for taking care of our lovely family member. The staff at House of Paw is so nice, I love bringing Sierra here. In addition to boarding my pups here, I bring her in for grooming… and she came back beautiful 💜

My doggy came back smelling fresh with a nice trim. This is my 3rd time grooming my doggo with them and the last 2 times they’ve cut my dog’s hair right on the snout making him look weird. This time I told them not trim right on the top of his snout and he looks infinitely better than the last.

I love being at this place. The owners, especially the dad are very welcoming and nice. They treat all dogs super nicely and make sure they are enjoying their stay at house of paw.The owners have worked with rescues and are so sensitive towards keeping all dogs safe and happy.

I have been taking my fur baby (Sweetie) to the House of Paw for several years now. My girl is older, and is going blind & deaf. The House of Paw has always taken great care of Sweetie. They have always been friendly & accommodating. I know that she’s in good hands, and don’t have to worry. I want to give a shout out to Gabriel. He is always friendly, and makes sure Sweetie is given the utmost care and TLC, no matter how busy he is.🙂 The groomers make sure she is safe and secure, and feels comfortable. She always looks shiny and beautiful when I pick her up.🐶 There have been several times where I have had to jump on a conference call at work, and they have kept Sweetie a little longer, so that I don’t have to worry about rushing back to pick her up (without charging me extra). I have always appreciated this. I have always had great experiences at House of Paw, and the staff are always friendly.

This was the second time we boarded our dogs at House of Paw. Scout and Tonka were happy and excited to get there. The whole staff was absolutely great with my dogs and you can tell that it's more than just a job to them, ( thanks Gabriel ). Both times we also used their grooming facility, and they are top notch. We are happy to have found this place.

We have been coming here for one year. Our puppies (14 months old now) had their first cuts here and enjoy coming. We also use them for daycare and overnight boarding. We are extremely happy with the service and the staff. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our fur-babies. It is easy to schedule with them. Pricing is comparable to other groomers in the area.

TLDR: BEWARE Our dog passed away under their care!If I could give this place zero stars I would. My family boarded our sweet pitty Bubbles here over the weekend while out of town. She was so excited to meet the staff and all the dogs. She is extremely socialized and has been to many daycares and pet sitters with no issues. A few days into her stay we were notified that she was unable to use her legs and needed to be taken to the vet. The vet confirmed she was completely paralyzed from the waist down and couldn't urinate on her own. The vet also noted that she arrived with blood in her eyes and a broken back. Both obvious signs of severe trauma. We also later found out that House of Paw "found" Bubbles in this condition at noon but didn't call us until 3 PM. Why did it take 3 hours to notify us of a life threatening situation!? The owner is claiming that they had to keep her separated due to her being "aggressive" and trying to bite the staff. Again Bubbles is properly socialized and has NEVER tried to bite hurt anyone or anything. They also claim that their WiFi happened to be down the day of her injury so no camera footage is available. That is beyond suspicious! If she was separated from everyone how can an injury this severe occur. Why wasn't she being supervised. I can't help but assume our dog was ABUSED in their care. After $12k surgery that the owner is refusing to help with (ALSO REFUSING TO TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY) OUR DOG HAS SINCE PASSED AWAY! I myself have worked in the animal industry for 8+ years and have never heard of anything like this ever happening.

Grooming was fine.After about a week of my dog being here she developed a cough(we don't go to the dog parks and she had not been anywhere else other than this place). We just called the place to see if they had seen any cases of kennel cough because then we would be made aware of what our dog had before getting into the vet. The lady on the phone got super defensive saying we brought our dog in two weeks ago, not 8 days ago, and arguing with us about a timeline (which kennel cough can develop anywhere between 2-14 days after exposure) and then after going back and forth about how long it had been since we'd been there goes, "well we haven't seen any cases so it wouldnt have been from us." we then got our dogs to the vet to get medication and told them where we had been and our vets office told us they'd actually called house of paw after seeing multiple cases to alert them they are seeing cases coming in from THEIR grooming facility. I wouldn't be writing this review only because of my dog got kennel cough from here, but because of them withholding information, not notifying us about the outbreak from their facility after being there so recently, and pure lack of professionalism when I asked if they'd heard about any dogs getting sick from there recently. We now have two sick dogs at home.I do not recommend this place after this incident

Hi, As far as I know they took good care of our dog as we needed boarding for a few days. I have three complaints though: 1. We ended our trip a day earlier and tried contacting business to get our dog. It was Jan 1. But no reply at all. I tried email (chat) and phone. 6 hours later we arrive at location and we see it is closed and no one around. We wait until 5 pm but no one is around to check on dogs. 2. We try to use the camera to check on our dog and that didn't work either. 3. The most egregious issue is we have no heard a peep from customer service since we complained on Jan 1. No response or email or text. If you use house of paws for boarding; just make sure you know that they do close and there is no help if you want to get them.

I cannot believe House of Paw does now have 5 stars! My skittish, very attached miniature Australian Shepherd has never looked better. The girls were so kind and caring with him. They cut and brushed out my boy’s coat beautifully and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. This is me and my pup J’s new spot for when it’s time for a good grooming! Very impressed :)

My dog is pretty chill but hates going to the vet or groomers. But the House of Paws; he loves going here. We’ve boarded him there several times for long weekend trips with no issues. Great people that love animals, especially Teddy.

What can i say about this establishment? Lets start with all of the above. I have a almost 12yr old mini schnauzer nick named little princess. Easy drop off, clean facility, courteous people, and here's the biggie she was done in 1 1/2 hr flat. Amazing 5 stars and review, sorry old groomer you loose Thank you

Edit 6/25The owner contacted me and made good on the technical error.I’m satisfied with the cut my dog received, and for reaching out to resolve my complaint. I will return for further service and to pick up some treats.I made a grooming appointment online and received an email confirmation, but no groomers were available upon arrival. They said the online booking does not work yet.

First time I scheduled an appointment for my dog they didn’t have it written down when I got there but still took him in. Barely cut as short as possible like I requested. Had to ask them to take him back and redo the tail and hind legs. Second time I came they didn’t have his appointment down again. Twice they’re disorganized. And when the lady in front of us was picking up her dog, you can hear the worker who went to the back start yelling at the other workers why wasn’t the dog and it’s belongings ready. If I could I would give a 0-star rating. Worker was offering us another appointment for tomorrow but what’s the point in coming back for another disappointment.

The only place that has taken the time to help Scooby get over the fear of having his nails done. Used to have to put him under anesthesia but not any more. They worked with him and now he has no fear.

If I could give no stars I would. This husband and wife and the one employee they have are JUST AWFUL. I ordered over the phone and gave my credit card. Never told they would charge $15 for delivery I even asked??? They never deliver (I cancelled) and I never got my money back. Horrible people who should not have a business.
