Went to the Albertsons Sav-On Pharmacy in Orange to get a prescription filled. After standing in line they told me the prescription would be ready in a 1/2 hour. Came back in a 1/2 hour, and had to stand in line again. When I went to pay for the prescription, the scanner said I need to enter a PIN, There is no PIN with this card. The pharmacy told me I need to call up the company and generate a new PIN. So I had to move aside from the line, and call up the credit card company, only to be told there is no PIN, and to tell the clerk to use it like its a credit card. So i try to do that, so i can re-enter the card, and I am told I need to stand the back of the line in order to do that. What? I told them I was in line long before any of these people. Sir, you need to go the back of the line again to re-enter your card. So I wait in a line of 5 people, get up to the front, and tell the clerk to use it like it's a credit card, and It worked. The amount of hassle, and line-standing I went through, just to enter a non-existent PIN while having stomach issues was ridiculous.

My son and I have been using this pharmacy for years. The staff is so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They do their best to have our Rx ready for us as quickly as possible, and they are always ready to answer questions or help with a problem. We’re also grateful to be able to receive our Covid and other immunizations there. Huge5 Stars and thank you to Mary, David,Lupe, Alison and other staff for their hard work and friendly manner. A very tough job through all of the Covid nightmare and they were so dedicated to help us all. We can’t thank you enough for all you do for us!!

Almost never any waiting, at most 1 person being served at the counter when I walk up. And per Good Rx, better prices than others nearby including a 24/7 pharmacy.

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over 15 years never had a problem until now, I just lost my husband eight weeks ago my mind has been all over the place I went to pick up a medicine that I picked up the following week that I had forgotten about,however that’s not the point the point is the way I was treated when I went into order it was absolutely so disrespectful Mary that manager I think (how she got that job is beyond me) started yelling at me from behind the counter saying I am not going fill that you just got that!(but yelling and being disrespectful all she had to do was say Mam you picked that up last week but no she yelled it and embarrassed me! My husband who am I just lost could not stand her and wanted to write a review of her disrespect towards him in the past but I always stopped him well baby this is for you and me and hopefully somebody will see this and if not I will make sure I get a hold of upper management next week to let them now at the horrible customer service this woman has been providing us for years I have never asked for my medicine early I have never lost it this time it seriously was thrown out but she still should not of yelled at me like that and being disrespectful this is the worst customer service I’ve ever had!

I have been collecting my medicine for many years at this pharmacy, there is a certain Mary who is super rude and bitter and despotic, I don't know how she is there 😡
