Me and 4 other customers were in the store before 10am because the doors were left open. Our bad for not seeing the hours, but the doors were wide open. Me and another guy ahead where at the register and when a worker finally realized we where here, she rudely told us we were to early and walked away. Luckily the next worker to walk in was very nice and he rang me up. Overall just the AM crew is unprofessional and zero customer service focus. The evening crew is always nice and willing to help people.

The young lady was helpful and explained the fish to me. Which fish I could combine together. I will definitely return and hopefully she’s there to help me. Great for pet needs, fish aquarium, fish tanks.

Adam decided to cancel our appointment even though he said he was available. He has never groomed our pet but decided he can't take us as his client and no reason was given. Thank you Adam for letting us know the type of person you are. Thankfully for our pet we care about the type of service and treatment they receive. And no, cutting a dog's quick and making them bleed is not common. Experienced groomers don't make dog's nails bleed.

We paid to have (4) dogs boarded during the period of: 8/27-9/1/19. We have used your facility in the past, but are extremely unhappy with our recent experience.Dogs: Freddie/Charlie- Suite- upon our arrival, we could see their suite from the waiting room. It was filthy, with dog feces not picked up, and crusty dried kibble ib each of the dog's bowls. ( I have pictures!) We also paid to have both dogs groomed before we picked them up ( 5pm Sunday), but your staff failed to complete it's mission. The dogs were never bathed. In addition, Freddie arrived back home with a hoarse bark, which might be kennel cough.While waiting for the dogs to be returned, each time the kennel door was opened it left a lingering stench in the waiting room. This tells me the condition inside the kennel was horrible! It was apparent your facility was short-staffed and the (2) girls, and (2) guys had too much on their plates.The Akita that we boarded-Jax- had to visit Banfield while under your care. We understand the dog was dehydrated from not drinking enough water while in the kennel. We were extremely upset when we saw the haunches of the dog after we got home. They were scrapped up on both legs indicating that someone in your facility was trying to pull the dog out of his kennel when he did not want to move. In other words, the dog was putting on his brakes.I would like the Pet Smart District Manager to contact me. I do not want to speak with the store General Manager nor the manager of the hotel. I am not interested in excuses or an apology.BTW- All 3 reservations (over $800) were made under my wife's name Paula. I am her husband Jeff writing this email.Thank you

No one was in grooming when I arrived. The line of traffic for the Isley Brothers swallowed me up, and slowed my trip to a crawl. When i got them (Jacob & Bella) they were priceless.

The groomers here are very professional and setting an appointment is very easy. They offer different grooming packages. Will i go back here? Yes.

This store has a good selection of tropical fish,tropical fish supplies,small animals and small animal supplies and dog and cat supplies.They occasionally have live dogs or cats of varying types,so keep checking to see what they have got.I like the selection of aquariums and aquarium supplies they have such as filters ,lights,gravel,etc..

Excellent service and attention. As soon as we walked in the door we were greated and asked what we were looking for, they took us there and explained all the aditional isles where all the stuff we was looking for was located! The Hotel area, the training areas, the clinic and grooming areas were amazing, huge store, very clean and organized. In the grooming area, the ladies were very helpful and friendly; they took amazing care of our puppy and she came out so happy!!! Highly recommended not only for being well stocked, cleaned and organized but for the care, attention and amazing Customer Service from all the employees we encountered!

Do not take your pet for grooming! After using their services for years now, my 11 yr old 8 lb Chihuahua mix was traumatized. They they put the leash around her neck and DRAGGED her to the back. When I asked why they don't pick her up, THEY said it's policy not to pick up animals!! They have treated my dog with gently before! I even told them they're were going to hurt her or cause a heart attack! The other groomers chipped in saying it's policy??? The groomer was scary as she had everything pierced on her face!!! Do NOT take your chances with this grooming salon!!

This store is really nice, The pet hotel is the best part about this place the poel working in that part of the store are always so nice and helpful. My dog always come out very happy. You even get a report card when your pet leaves.

Bring my dog here for grooming and yeah its a bit pricey but worth it most of the time. Once in a while you can get a groomer who doesnt fully do their job and do everything that says on the package you get. So if you like a groomer, make sure you get their name. Some toys are pricey also and not worth it because my dog tends to rip them that same day, so I just get him toys once in a while or get him toys that I know will last him for a while.

I WISH I WOULD’VE CONSIDERED AND LISTENED TO THE BAD REVIEWS FIRST!!! TERRIBLE FIRST EXPERIENCE! The customer service was very friendly so I felt safe leaving my puppy here, I was wrong. My dog was given a report that he had the zoomies, however I was blatantly lied to when I realized he was attacked due to the BITE MARK on his face. Not only that, he came home with Kennel Cough and was needed to be seen by an emergency clinic. If you love your pet, do yourself a favor and don’t bring them here. They cover up their lack of service with fake smiles and friendliness ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!!

Was refused a reservation for our dogs without any clear policy explanation, asked for the manager and the same CSR got on the phone and pretended to be the mgr. Every other petsmart we have been to has been exceptional, Olivia should be fired. Full stop.

I stopped here, driving through from Arizona to Oregon, in an emergency trip as my father was passing away. My English Bulldog was over excited and would no calm down.The only staff available, aside from cashiers, were trainers and hospital staff. Cashiers gave no opinion about what to do. The hospital receptionist advised me he'd have to go through a full check up and become a patient. I advised him of the emergency. Would only state that my dog's panting was fine.My dog was dead an hour later.Companies like PetSmart love them only as far as your money 💰 goes.

A couple of weeks we were in Ontario, CA. Our Yorkie needed a grooming session so we made an appointment with this location.The following morning, we went in for our appointment and Adam was the groomer. I have never been so disappointed and furious with our pets haircut. She was shaven alway to the skin on the backs of her front legs and her chest.i called and spoke with the manager Luis and even emailed him pictures. I tried calling back on several occasions but now can't seem to get him on the phone. I even called their corporate office with no help either. Extremely poor customer service from petsmart all together.

My dog was hurt at Petsmart. Staff was trying to give the story of what happened during grooming but I was told different stories by different staff. The manager was helpful in exposing things but I was informed that the grooming areas do not get audited that frequently or reviewed for sharp objects. My dog was hurt because the kennel was not audited correctly for sharp objects before placing my dog inside.

My 8 month old mini schnauzer was groomed here and they were very patient with him..He is scared and bites the clippers, but they took their time with him and he looks super cute!

My Daughter took the Dog to the pet hotel. I wasn't crazy about the idea to take her in the first place but kept an open mind. I went to pick her up had to wait in a long line. Got up there and there was only 1 employee. I took a look through the window didn't look very clean. Her toys came back smelling like mildew I obviously threw them out and worse thing is my baby is sick. I would not recommend this place. She went in healthy and came out sick.
