Have never had an issue in over a year that I've been with them, until today. Got a call saying my prescription has been ready for 2 weeks and that if I don't pick it up today they would have to take it off the shelf or else I'd be fined. I asked why I didn't get a call when it was first ready because I only just got a call yesterday saying it was ready since I didn'tcall it in myself, and they just 'didn't know'. So now I have to wait again to get my medicine... Highly irritating!

Always a great experience shopping at this location. It’s convenient and the staff are always friendly and helpful! The only reason I didn’t give this store a 5 star review is because they seem to he out of quite a bit of products all at once. I know it’s hard with the pandemic still lingering. I definitely recommend this Rite Aid & will stay a loyal customer!

I have lived very close to rite for over 5 years! Olivehurst Rite aid is my go to! Lately every time I go to rite I feel hassled and watched by a specific employee! It’s extremely uncomfortable. I will be looking into other shopping options.

The staff is short with me when asking questions about my medications. I feel like they are in a hurry to get off the phone and get to the next costumer. Plus side is they always have my medication available. Well, almost always. They could be more friendly. I will update in the new year and see if things change.

For anyone the a chime account. This is on the list of fee-free ATMs, however I can assure you it is not. Wish I would have wrote this while there at rite-aid and took a picture of the ATM screen, but if you want to get cash from this location you will pay over 3.00 for the cardtronic fee which makes it a non free fee ATM. So don't waste your time or gasoline traveling to this location!

I usually go once every 2 weeks to get my favorite ice cream. The staff goes above and beyond to help with any request you might have and they are always so kind to all that come in. Misty, Henry, Rosy, Darell and Haven are the best employees by far. Love and appreciate all of them so much.

Drive tru is very fast , pharmacy staff are friendly and always willing to assist you with your personal questions in regards of your medication. They text you when your medication is ready for pickup. Inside store is nice and neat. Cashiers are fast. Reasonable prices and also you can accumulate points if you sign up for their program, which is free. Very spacious parking lot. Great manager 2017. Ice cream sold inside.

They wouldn’t accept my prescription because I have express scripts for my everyday meds that I take for life and usually get my meds right way from a local pharmacy that I need for right away like antibiotics or for pain. They said I couldn’t have two pharmacies.I’ll never spend another penny in any rite aid.

I really can't think of any ideas of how to change and make things better at Rite Aid I think it's great the way it is the pharmacist helped me when I needed a blood pressure cup because my blood pressure was going on and they're very courteous and very helpful they don't run and hide like some people do in stores

Unprofessional. Very poor customer service. The pharmacist refused to fill my husband's prescription based on his opinion. It is unfortunate to live less than a half mile from the store but I drive 25 miles to the next rite aid just for better customer service. Plus three times they were out of my antibiotics. How do you run out of medication. You're a pharmacy! Once sure, but three times!?

I'm a veterinarian, and I actually look forward to calling in prescriptions for clients to the Olivehurst RiteAid. The staff are friendly, proactive, and helpful. One of the pharmacists is helping me right now (his first name is Mandeep) and he is a rock star.

My mom went to get a vaccination and the pharmacist was heckling her for no reason! He was calling her an anti-vaxxer and a conspiracy theorist because she hadn’t gotten the vaccine yet. She didn’t even say anything about that either. Boo just mind your business and do your job instead of harassing someone for no reason lol

Worst Rite Aid I have ever delt with. I have been using different Rite Aid pharmacies for over 7 years and this one has constantly proven to me that I need a new pharmacy. I hope you don't have to deal with this specific Rite Aid pharmacy.

Horrible, every time I go there there is an issue. 5 times I tried use this store because it is close to my house, but every time there is an issue. One time they ran out of my prescription and wanted me to wait a week. Other times they made me wait over 30 mins in the drive through, got prices wrong overcharging...the worst pharmacy in 3 counties.
