On Sunday, April 7 I went to Olivehurst market and I got some flat meat to barbecue.When I cook some and tasted it, It tasted nasty and spoiled so I went back to the market and the owner would not give me my money back. Then the owner wanted to assault me and so I called the cops and then when the cops came, they said there's a sign that says "no meat will be returned."Well I'll tell you what; I will never return to that store again. He post signs that he sells "Harris Ranch Meat" so I wonder if that's real, cause this was some spoiled meat.I advise everybody to find another market to go to. I'm gonna call the health department and give them the meat, and if I find out it's contaminated with bacteria I will be sure and post their report because it could endanger my children's and my wife's and all of our families health. So don't shop at Olivehurst market ever!

First of all the apartment's are guality apartment's.Let me explain what is wrong renting here.The management team is unqualified for this job.The pool stays open until 5 pm.Not good quality time for the residents who works until 5 pm and wants to swim after a long day at work.Then the facts that only the management teams can use the recreation room.The maintenance well what they believe to be maintenance is not qualified for the tasks of day to day maintenance.Let alone turn over quality and within a timely order.One resident they took almost 3 weeks to get her ac unit replaced.Poor tenant had to suffer the elements of the 100 plus heat. Management I think should be released from they're duties for not having the proper training for they're job.I'm a head maintenance for a major apartment sunrise San Diego property management team we all had to pass multiple training for are job's.I hope the owners get this message that I have written here.I'm sorry to all residents who reside here.Favoritism is the key to the management team.Race is another key to the management team.I'm so happy we decided not to move in this great apartment's but the management team makes them look rum down.I have more to say but I'm going to get more evidence against the management team so I can do my best to get the residents who lives in the units have a great experience living in the apartment complex.I myself feel for each tenant who has struggling issues with the management.Sincerely makes me feel hurt inside the tenant are afraid to ask the manager for issues they have going on. Good luck to all who reside they're I suggest all of you band together with hold your rent in a bank related payment to pay the rent upon a meeting with ownership and make sure the management team is not at your meeting with ownership. This place is super sketchy, always full of tweakers, half the time things that should be "cold" are warm. If you want to get bugged by tweakers, this is the place for you.
