The pizza was the best. It was so fresh and good. We also ordered wings, and did you know that you get no dipping sauce for the wings? That is an additional cost.....so I did the automatic pick-up box. Had to go to the counter to ask about ranch for the wings. The lady was rude, and communication was not very clear. Almost 2 dollars for 2 Itty Bitty Cups wings were 7bucks, small and not very good. I will definitely buy pizza from there again. Not wings

This location (small) is quite busy. They do have a drive thru. I have never witnessed any staff standing around (they are all hands on working). Whether there are a few or several people waiting to pick up their order, another customer always offers to open the door for the customer that's carrying out their order. Pizzas and crazy breads have never been over cooked nor cold! The soda cooler has been well stocked. LOVE the cheese pretzel pizza!

Majority of the time we go through the drive through we pay and then are directed to go park in front and wait up to 10 minutes then walk inside and pick up the order. Defeats the entire point of a drive-thru and “hot and ready” pizzaUpdate: tried to give them another chance but now I have sat in the drive through with nobody even coming over the speaker... 7 cars in line waiting 15 minutes, then get told will ANOTHER be 15-20 minutes for their hot and READY pizza. At 7pm. Like they can't anticipate a dinner rush. This place is an absolute joke

I arrived at this location at 9:46pm, waited at the drive thru speaker, nobody acknowledged me so I drove to the window, where there was another car that drove off as I pull up to the window I see the screen is down so we can’t see in. I drove around to the front of the store and the employees are just standing at the counter. There was another person that walked up to the door and it was locked and the employees are just inside looking at people. This is terrible customer service. Hours are posted for a reason, if there is a reason to I close early I understand but it seems like these people just didn’t want to work.

Let's be real: it's cheap pizza. However, cheap, fast pizza has its place. But, "hot and ready" is NEVER ready. I always have to wait 10-15 minutes, which negates being a fast food pizza place. And, as prices continue to increase, I may as well go elsewhere and get better quality food in the same amount of time for similar prices. The people working there are nice, but the creepy clientele at the smoke shop next door does not help the atmosphere.

This people are not coordinated. Is been three times already that I don't get my order right, every time I told them three times to get my pizza pie cut style, and she goes yea, yea got it,, and sill my order was wrong, so I have to wait another ten five minutes..........The pizza is good, and not so grease. It's better than Dominos Pizza. They have to change the way they get orders from their computer to the ones that make the pizza, and their actitud. I know if they change does things they will be better that Dominos pizza and Pizza Hot.

Three stars only because the location is convenient, they have a drive thru, and the pizza is usually pretty decent. But it should NEVER EVER and I repeat NEVER take 20+ minutes to get pizzas that are advertised as “Hot and Ready.” Take that sign down if you refuse to follow that corporate advertisement. I’ve only gotten ONE pepperoni pizza that was actually “ready” over the past 6 years or so. There are lots of employees here so I assume it’s not a lack of staff, but simply extreme cheapness/stinginess on the part of the franchise owner.

I usually order online so my order is already waiting for me in the little ovens they have in front where you put a code in and it opens up and Bam you grab your order. The perfect in and out experience and they always get my order right.Vegetarian options: Veggie Margherita is very tasty.

Was there tonight went thru drive thru i placed my order the girl that took my order read my order back and got it wrong 3 times I get to the window she just seemed all over the place the workers in the back horse playing around I asked for garlic dipping sauce i know its .75 cents a piece i dient care she stated she couldnt do that what Im there all the time and purchase it i asked her name she said karen she didnt seem to be docused poor customer service i asked to speak with someone higher up and she wouldnt get anyone well i will never go back there and im a frequent customer Thank you karem fotr making my decision easier so marysville little ceaser here i come

Pretty cool ese. I would definitely come back again. Well, I really don’t have a choice cause it’s the only Little Caesar’s within 20 miles. But even if it wasn’t, I would still buy pizza here. Cause the gente were nice and friendly the vato hooked me up with some ranch dressing. So ya they cool eh. Get your pizza here foo.

If you like burnt pizza crust, brown cheese, and poor customer service, you’ll love this place. This wasn’t a one time thing, it’s an ongoing problem. When I mentioned to the guy who handed me my pizza that they’d burnt the last few my husband had picked up, and this one also looked burnt, he shrugged and said nothing. I left with the pizza since I’d already paid online and didn’t feel like figuring out how to recover the $10, but his attitude and the pizza both left a bad taste. I’ll drive to Marysville or Lincoln in the future.

Pretty well ran location. They actually have supreme and meat treat pizzas hot and ready all the time. Drive thru is a plus, consistently better tasting and hotter food than most Little Ceasars locations.

Love that this location is a drive thru, but experienced some not so good customer service tonight. Told our pizzas would be ready at the window we get there and they aren’t, the pizzas were given to someone else. Had to pull around and wait and go inside after 8-10 minutes. Over ten minutes now and my husband is still waiting inside without our food. I get being busy, but customer service was lacking tonight. Also the doors clearly state masks are required to enter, I’ve seen about 6-8 people walk in stand in line or go in and pick up their food without any face covering or mask on. This wouldn’t be an issue for me if the drive thru experience would have worked like it should have.
