Finally found an excellent groomer! It has taken nearly 3 years. I took my Maltipoo and my Cairnoodle yesterday. They came back absolutely adorable! We’ve been coming here for quite a while but the haircuts they give our cocker spaniel are worse than I could do at this point. Completely uneven, noticeable razor marks, tons of hair tufts in odd places (have you heard of scissors?).They also make you pay and tip before you can even see how your dog looks so you tip without any knowledge of the quality

I have been taking my Labrador here for a few years now. They do such a fantastic job and treat her so well. The prices are super reasonable. Zoey is a fantastic groomer who goes the extra mile to make my do comfortable and look fabulous.

Omg!!!!!!!! AMAZING!!! My first time and I couldn’t be happier. My dog came back so clean, happy and smelling so good!!! He is a Bichon mix and the haircut can be a little tricky but this one is absolutely PERFECT!!!! Highly recommend!!! Thank you SO MUCH for taking such a good care of my baby. I’ll see you guys again soon!

I took my dog there a couple times and it was great! The last time she was there, they didn't tell me, that the girl who used to groom her, did not work there anymore and the new girl handling her, did a terrible job. They came up with excuses like "I was alone here without any help and could not hold her to get the nails clipped and so on “. My dog had scratches all over her tummy and the inner side of her legs. I had to take her to my Vet to get the front nails clipped and they did it in 3 minutes. The groomer however did a terrible job and did not take on any responsibility. I asked to talk to the owner and they refused to give me her contact details.Too bad I cannot give a negative star

It was Benjamin’s first time being groomed EVER. They did such a fantastic job. He is the softest he’s ever been and probably the well kept with his fur. He looked like a little puppy again when we picked him up. Overall, just a wonderful experience and we will be coming back.

They also groom cats and I got my cat Momo groomed here recently, the experience was amazing. The staff was so kind, scheduling was easy, prices are affordable and the owner is so sweet. This truly is a hidden gem in my local neighborhood. I wish them big success and I would love to see them grow.They also gave Momo a parting gift, his handkerchief!!

Amazing service for my pup, customer service was 100% excellent they gave my pup a new whole makeover just off one grooming session & the price was completely worth it. Wasn't expensive this cut cost us $75 I will be going back highly recommended. If you have a pet, especially new owners please go here because they will honest with you and will honestly bring out the best in your pup. Also they're location is perfect ideal shopping stores and restaurants around so you can enjoy a meal while your pup gets groomed to perfection

This is probably the best place we've ever had a pet taken care of. It's located in a little hole in the wall spot at the far end of the Stater Bros. shopping center, and we found it on Google. Our little maltipoo (half Maltese/Poodle) can get to be a little fluff ball and they do an excellent job of trimming her curly hair down and styling it just right! The employees take pride in their work and take good care of their furry clientele. Our puppy is actually excited when we tell her we're taking her to get her hair cut. They're always able to squeeze us into their schedule. Thanks for taking care of our little girl!

Just what we needed! Our 75 lb lab doesn’t like having his nails trimmed. We pulled up to Pup Culture, they came to our car and put a leash on him and took him in. We didn’t have to wrangle him through a large retail store which was so nice! About 5-7 minutes later they brought him out to the car, we paid and were on our way! Great service and his nails look great. We will be back!

Our dog got skunked and Pup Culture got us in for an emergency appointment in 30 minutes. They had to bathe her 6 times and let her soak then brush her out really well but she came home smelling fantastic with a cute bandana! We will definitely be taking our dogs here from now on 😊

The groomer was inexperienced and unknowledgeable with double coated dogs. They took longer than the quoted time and butchered the haircut. You are instructed to wait outside and are unable to see the cleanliness of the facility. They urge you to pay and tip before seeing your dog. I asked about teeth recommendations and the groomer said that’d be an extra fee. Don’t come here.

I highly recommend Pup Culture for dog grooming! They take care to do a great job when grooming my fur baby. Every time we go there my fur baby is happy to go unlike other places where she is very reluctant. Her coat is always shiny and she smells so good and has a cute bandanna!

I like this place and they did a great job on my Foofoo. What bothered me just a little bit was their check in process seemed a little bit unorganized. We'll blame that on Covid.

My dog is a 6 pound Cujo when it comes to grooming, as reported by my last groomer. My daughter recommended Pup Culture. What a pleasant surprise! My dog was cuddled in the groomers arms and not in a hurry to be saved. I love this place. No lectures about how bad my dog is, or instructions on what I have to do to make the experience better for the groomer. Thanks for being professional.

I am very pleased, just moved here from the Desert with my brood of rescues all shapes and sizes. I am taking two in at a time for their spa dayI am very happy the ladies are lovely kind and considerate and I know my babies are well treated. Their prices are affordable. I have a super shy pitbull who doesn’t like strangers. The staff here are always super patient with her and super friendly. My pup always comes out happy with her tail wagging, and looking great. They’ve given me tips on how to handle her fear of nail-cutting at home, and overall are always looking to help!Prices are extremely reasonable, especially for such great service. Appointments are always easy for me to make or change when necessary.Love them!!

This place did a botched up job on my dog. They even cut her her whiskers. Her fur is all uneven and they tried to give her some bangs that are also uneven . Half of her coat is long and the other half is short and choppy. They did not even clip her nails and she was there for four hours. Plus when we first got there my dog who absolutely loves and has no fear of of anyone including vets or other groomers freaked out shedding tons of hair on my husband and clawing to get away from the groomer. My dog has never shredded before. I should have taken notice to her instinct and never left her there to be abused.

What a wonderful Grooming shop!! My dog loved it and she came home completely brushed out and beautiful. We typically get lots of shedding at this time and we have had little hair in the house because all the groomers took such care in brushing our all the under hair!! We loved our experience at Pup Culture!!Update, we have been going to Pup Culture for over a year and it just gets better and better! I love the flowers, and bows they put in my dogs hair, and she stays clean and shedding is down to a minimum. I can't imagine ever going to another groomer!!

Always amazing!!! When a groomer is covered in dog hair, friendly and gets down on your pets level... that's who I want grooming my dog!! Never disappointed and always wonderful!! I recommend this place to all pet owners. We get nails, teeth, glands, cut and bath here. Prices are great too but I'm looking for a kind, pet loving groomer and thats why I won't go anywhere else!! Pup culture pet shaw... thank you for being awesome!! Also.... Jonathan's post... Yes sometimes they are busy putting their pets first and they do get very busy but don't take that for bad service. I've been coming here since May 2016 and I love this place even if I have to wait!!

This was our first time here and it'll be our last. We were told that they'll call us once the grooming is done and we never got a phone call. We finally received one just to say they're about to close and that we need to pick our dog up. When we're about to pick up our dog, we got nothing but attitude and saying they're not a daycare (duh?! We know what a daycare is) and start putting words in our mouth like we were lying. They insisted that they've been calling us but we only received ONE phone call. Good service and very affordable but one thing we hate the most is getting FALSELY ACCUSED and PUTTING WORDS IN OUR MOUTH. If you want that, by all means. NEVER AGAIN!
