My 11yo shih tzu desperately needed to be groomed. His last groomer went MIA and with his age and declining temperament we were reluctant to try anew groomer, especially one that’s attached to a pet store chain. Boy were we surprised when we came to pick him up, Naomi did an absolutely AMAZING FANTASTIC WONDERFUL job on our lil guy. Genuinely this is the best groom he’s ever had. He had a couple mattes and she still was able to make him look like a little teddy bear. His paws are cut so cleanly. I’m genuinely in awe. The cashier was an older women and she was as sweet as can be and gave him many compliments. It was an all around great experience. We will continue to come back to have Naomi groom him.

Love Petco every time I have a question they help me out. My Jack Dempsey(fish) got stuck in a decoration and he hurt his scales and I went to Petco and talked to the fish guy in fact he sold me the Jack Dempsey and instead of selling me something he was honest and said that'd he fine. But if I wanted to do something to add a little salt. He could have sold me a bunch of stuff I didn't need he didnt. It was nice

My daughter brought her dog over and I noticed he had fleas... I was like nope! So I ran over the Petsmart and grabbed a over the counter medication K9Plus and some house spray. I had no clue which one to use , but they had this sign to help me make an informed decision. I am glad they were open and had products available for my unexpected needs.

The staff is always so helpful and the store is kept clean. They have pretty much every thing you need for your pet (collars, toys, food, treats, beds, even bandanas).

I was greeted promptly when coming in, the groomers did a great job with my dog Wrigley. Be aware that when you pay there is no way to add a tip. Make sure to bring your tip in cash or ask to get cash back when checking out. 🐕

We regularly frequent this location for the Banfield, but we are able to get treats, toys, and other doggo gear for our pup at the same time! The store is always clean and the staff friendly. Appreciate the location being close to home too compared to Temecula.

No problem with petsmart. I DO HOWEVER have a problem with the cat rescue they have in their building. I went there looking to adopt 2 cats, filled out the 50 question adoption form and was told their office closed early that night an although the don't normally hold cats they would until I got there the next day. I showed up the next day and the cats were adopted out. The lady said the don't hold cats ever. I asked her what I was supposed to tell my son who was with me initially. She told me to pick out another 2 cats. I declined because I didn't have my children "teenagers" with me. We returned several nights later picked another 2 cats only to be told the office closed early that day as they were a volunteer organization. The next day I got an email from the rescue stating that they didn't feel I was a good fit to adopt a cat from them and suggested I look to a local shelter. Unprofessional..... if I am good enough to adopt from a shelter why not them? I was willing to open up my home and was told I wasn't good enough.. I am glad I actually went to the shelter cheaper to adopt without runaround.

Jenny at the pet veterinarian section is so helpful and awesome. So glad to meet and greet costumers. Went there to get my pup great service and made a wonderful friend. Recommend this Veterinary Care for your Pet at this PetSmart location.

like that they have more variety than Petco and I couldn't find what I was looking for at petco and here I found it right away! It was a muzzle for my puppy in training.

This store is easy to get to (right off the highway) with lots of parking. They carry a large variety of goods and the staff is helpful. They offer different levels of dog training classes. The teacher is quite patient and has made a number of suggestions including type of harness and leash that would best suit my dog.

First time bringing my dog here for a nail trim and had the best experience! Lisa was the one who helped me and she was incredibly nice, had an upbeat attitude and you can tell she really loves her job.. which was really refreshing to see. She also did a wonderful job on my dogs nails!Go see Lisa! Promise you’ll be really happy with the service.

It's best if you already know what you need and where it is. Finding an associate who wants to help can be difficult but they can be found huddled by register talking or in the back.

Daniel was very friendly. The staff and volunteers were amazing at my adoption process with a cat. I had a lady harassing me about it literally lol because she wanted it but the stuff and volunteers were professional the entire time handling the situation

Snarky employees. Told us that not only do they not carry the product we're looking for, it doors not exist. Despite the fact that we were just there the day before and purchased it. It was our first time using Advantage Flea and Tick Feline, Whisper Spray. It worked so well, we decided to get more for our grandcats and to have more on hand for future treatments. Despite the employees' attitude, I'd go in again if In not able to find this spray elsewhere.

I drove all the way to this PetSmart location because it was the closest one to where I live. I had to come into the store due to one of the cashiers forgetting to email me my second receipt for a previous purchase weeks ago, and I didn't realize it until I got home and days later as I did receive one receipt. When I went back, the cashier helping me was not able to pull up the receipt from my previous purchase. Due to the glitch PetSmart rewarded me via email points and redeemable for a certain dollar amount. I received the email from PetSmart a lot of bonus points to be loaded to my account and redeemable for a certain amount that was valid only through a certain date - today. The points were not uploading into my account when I selected to activate offer. I made several attempts and still no cigar. Therefore, I hand no other option except to go into the store because that was the only option as their was no number to call should there be any issues with the offer not getting loaded onto your account.When I went in the store, the cashier upfront was not sure why the points were not loading into my account, and she had to get the store manager to assist. When the store manager came to the register, I showed him the email and walked him through - clicking on the activate offer button and pulled up my treats membership, and he saw that the points did not add onto my account either. I asked if he can still honor it since I'm already at the store and the offer is only valid until today. He said no and that I have to call their technical service because something like that is a technical issue, and they can't do anything in the store. I was shocked that he wouldn't just honor it when I'm already there in the store and the offer is only valid until today. I've worked in retail years ago and always believe the customer is right and put customers first. To me, that was bad customer service. He turned a customer away and lost a customer over something so little like bonus points that I earned. I earned those points for a mistake one of their employees made, and yet I still came back to purchase something else from that same store, and he couldn't just honor and redeem the points with the email proof I had. Luckily, I lived close, so I was whatever about it and didn't want to make a scene. Plus, I did not want to be that person today and throw a fit and argue over something small. Due to his demeanor and firm stance in not wanting to honor it, I was not going to waste my energy and breathe over him.Because of the poor experience I received, I will never step foot into this specific PetSmart again.

I ran to the store just before closing. My big, adult male cat is struggling with severe constipation today. Wyat was SO helpful, informative and encouraging - it made me feel much better! He had specific suggestions for me, knew what to offer, and knew exactly where it was located in the store.I am very pleased!

Had Jen in Grooming bath and cut my mini Australian Sheppard and she did a wonderful job!!! When I dropped him off she asked a lot of questions about what I wanted and did exactly what I asked for. Would not hesitate to take my dog back to Jen! Thanks again ☺

I am 40 weeks pregnant and cannot groom my dog, and being that Petsmart has a good reputation in my hometown, I decided to get my dog groomed here. My dog is a bit bigger, and I understand he can be a bit spastic, but he is a gentle giant and can be coaxed. He had his ears cleaned, his glands emptied, his coat washed, and his teeth cleaned. I wanted his nails clipped, but they told me they could not do it because he was too strong, so they gave me the teeth cleaning for free. When my husband and I went to pick him back up he looked horrible. His eyes were bloodshot, his ears were red and swollen, his fur was still wet, and his gums were inflamed. We took him home and waited for it to go down, but it has been about a week and his ears are swollen, red, and gunky, his skin is crazy itchy, and he's scooting across the floor. I had absolutely no problems with this before hand. I took him to the vet today and she told me not to take him back. I don't know if he had a reaction to the products they were using or if he was handled roughly, but I will not be going back. I will pay a little more money at another groomer where I know they will be gentle and professional. My dog didn't have a problem with his nails being clipped or his ears being cleaned before hand, but now he won't let anyone near his feet or ears. Do your dog a favor and pay the extra $20 and take them somewhere else.
