i love all the huge selection of different items they have for both cats and dogs. the only downside is i literally get harassed into signing up every single time at the register. the first time i went a woman rang up my items and asked me and tried to pressure me into signing up almost 4 or 5 times and gave me the DIRTIEST look ever with the side eye and everything. do you know how embarrassing it is to say no 4 separate times and she just kept persisting… the second time I came a man rang up my items and did almost the same exact thing except he only asked me twice. i understand you guys have to meet quotas or whatever but it stresses me out when i’m getting pressured into signing up for your rewards or whatever.

Miss Monica has taken care of my little TJ the last two visits. I cannot be any happier. TJ is always nervous about going in and so happy to be picked up BUT when he looks as good as he does when he is leaving...it's so worth it! Monica does such a good job with my little guy. Hardly looks like the same dog....just better!

Our groomer is amazing! She did an incredible job on our 2 Morkies! She made us feel comfortable, she is extreamly patient and knowledgeable and I was not worried about my fur babies in her care.
