I would like to complement Petco for having such a great puppy training class!I have been taking my puppy there now since November and we just LOVE working with Laurie.She is such a knowledgeable trainer and always has great ideas to help me be a successful dog partner.We have a pretty wild girl but she loves her Aunt Laurie and is so well behaved for her.Laurie has lots of patience with both of us.I'm not sure who gives her more grief but I suspect it's me.She works so well with all the dogs.We will continue to attend classes until we get kicked out...hahahaWe just signed up for our 4th package and it's a real hoot.If you get a new puppy I highly recommend you check out Laurie!Thank you

Dr. Rodriguez was wonderful. She’s personable, knowledgeable and excellent with animals and humans. We definitely plan to bring our dog Hershey back for future visits. The front desk and vet assistant were great too.

Everytime I go, the staff has been very friendly and welcoming. It's a very clean and organized store. All the habitats are always clean, which I'm grateful for (little critters/animals deserve clean homes).

I brought my 18 ½ yo male cat to see if we could get him some relief for his arthritis. The doctor was very helpful and knowledgeable and recommended a treatment. Within hours of injections he is already feeling better. We signed up for vital care which saved us quite a bit of money which is very helpful as most insurance companies will not insure older pets.

The store hours on Google and within the Petco app show this location opens at 9am on Sunday. I was on my way out of town and ordered food from them thinking they opened earlier than other locations. When I walked up to the door, I was greeted by an employee that told me they opened at 10am so we had to wait. Please update your store hours.

The young leopard geckos at this location are kept in a habitat with fine grain sand. I've pointed out on 5 different occasions now (very politely knowing they have no control over the situation) to multiple different cashiers that keeping them in fine grain sand is extremely detrimental to their health especially when young since they will likely ingest it and will keep them from eating properly and they can develop metabolic bone disease and other ailments. Every time I was assured management would be made aware but after a few weeks with no change I also made a complaint through corporate. A week later (tonight) I went in again to check on them (I don't normally shop here only when kahoots is closed since they take good care of their animals and recently only to check on this issue) I was scolded by a staff member for taking pictures as proof of this issue. This is clearly a very unhealthy animal and unfortunately buying them and surrendering them to a better facility would only encourage them to buy more that will be cared for in the same way. Just going to share this everywhere I can until your store cares enough to give the minimum effort and change the substrate to something not actively killing the animals you're trying to profit off of.

I would not take your dog to the grooming here. When we arrived to pick up our dog no one to be found. Found an employee on the floor who helped us out. When they brought our dog over to us the groomer was apparently back there the whole time. Told the employee to tell us his nails broke. No explanation of what happened nor did they come out to talk to us. Really downplayed the nail breakage. The nail was hanging off and my dog’s toe was all bloodied with his quick exposed. Accidents happen, but to not come out and talk to us was unprofessional.

I love Petco. We have the best section of food and beer. There is a gluten free area. The barbecue place is really good, my kids had lucha libre burritos and the bratwurst are always good.

Don’t take your puppy here for socializing. I brought my puppy here to get him out sniffing and hanging out at one of my favorite places to go, and was approached by management how I wasn’t allowed to say the words “sit” “stay” or “heel” to my OWN dog?! Because Petco sells training?? So because you want to sell a product, I’m not allowed to try and have a well behaved puppy? But the couple that came in with two dogs on retractable leashes barking at my dog with little to no control from their owner is totally fine. That’s good for business I guess.I came in to buy some fun dog toys and treats for my pup, but I decided to leave after that without buying anything.Horrible shady business practice.

I had a grooming appointment booked for almost 2 weeks because I was getting photos with my dog the following day. I took off work early to take him in and the groomer said she thinks he has an ear infection and was unwilling to groom him. Now I am left at 4:30 on a Friday before the pictures with no where to take him. The one time I took him to a Petco with an ear infection, they just didn’t wash the area and didn’t clean his ears as to not interfere with the medication he was on. This is a massive waste of my time and has left me with no where to go last minute.The stylist’s name is Hannah. Also she clearly just wanted to be off work early. I had a 4:15 appointment, when I got there she asked if she could send my dog home not fully dry because she got off work at 5, which I said was fine. Then proceeded to cancel my appointment because she thought he had an ear infection. So hope Hannah had a great early weekend. Incredibly unprofessional.

The cashier/associate was asked by my wife and I if you carried a specific item for our cats. She believed that you didn’t have it in the store anymore but she took her phone looked on the Petco website, found the item and then looked on the store ordering machine and said it’s only available online. We really appreciated that that we didn’t have to drive all over town looking for this item.

I have been buying food from PETCO for the last 15 years but realized that the customers are not even valued on the most superficial level.I came to your store tonight at around 7:30 PM to buy a large bag of cat food. I am standing in line behind a customer who was at the register with the only cashier in the checkout and the customer needed assistance.The store only two customers (myself included) in the store. The manager came to the front to assist the first customer which was not an issue. Another employee followed the manager to the checkout area.The issue I had was when the manager was finished helping the customer before me, she and the other employee did not ask if I needed help. I am holding a large bag of cat food and the manager and other employee looked right at me, ignored me and left the checkout.As a longtime customer, how I was treated reflects the PETCO values and it's not about customer engagement.I called the manager, a woman with glasses and very short grey hair and told her that I did not appreciate her rudeness, that she lacked customer service skills, doesn't pick up social cues and should look for another job.Sorry PETCO, I will purchase all my pet supplies on Amazon because a mouseclick is much a better shopping experience than a rude one.

There is always something for you pet 🐶 i always leave with a new toy for my dog 🐕 sometimes he know he is getting something when I come home with a Petco bag. First time in this location but it was a clean store 🏪 a lot to find. So many help full people varying knowledgeable in the product that they sell all my questions were answered about the dog food. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and welcome in. With covid going away (slowly) it's nice walking in and having interactions with the store and workers. I will be going back if I'm in the area.
