They told me to get my vaccine records like 3 of them.too much of a hassel.my dogs are vacinated.ive been looking for her records.actualy no.i have them.what an ordeal.and you have to book a month in advance.ya no thanks

Dawna's Pet Parlor did such a good job with our pup! He came back to us looking so handsome and fluffy. And his fur is the softest it has ever been. They got this big boy done in about two hours. I am super impressed and this is definitely the best groomer we have been to. You can tell that they love their dogs. Thanks guys!

Dawna and her staff are amazing with my Darla! I've given up on trimming toenails myself and they get it done quickly and neatly! It's always fun to go in and visit with Dawna too. She has a great personality and a heart of gold😊

Left a phone message on Tuesday, they called back Tuesday night to schedule a Thursday morning appointment to have our dogs mats shaved off. Showed up at the correct time and they promptly started and went above and beyond and getting rid of all his mats. Even told us what sort of dog we had. Great folks, very personable, my wife and I highly recommend.

Me and Chandler, the dog had a wonderful experience. He is normally a little anxious for nail trims but the patience, love and passion they have for fur babies is evident. You have to leave a messgae to secure and apointment and then they call you back with their availability. Kinda a run around but 100% worth it.

Dawna's Pet Parlor is definitely the pretty grooming place to go to! Dawna loves animals, and it shows. She is one of only two people (the other being my mom) to whom I'd entrust with the care of my animal. So, if you're looking for a groomer that will both take great care of your pet, and do a fantastic job grooming, look no further!

After trying two different groomers (multiple times) in SLO we were desperate for a place that seemed to care about our pet's wellbeing during services AND provide a good cut. The first time I talked with Dawna I knew her place was different. They truly care that the animals have a positive experience with them. Our goldendoodle has a lot of hair and a lot of energy, and this is the first time in two years he's come home from a groomer acting happy and upbeat. We will never go anywhere else!!

I've been here 4 times with my shih tzu Dolly and now my Peke Bailey. Dawna is so sweet and just has a great vibe. She was telling me all about pekingese's and knew my dogs personality in seconds. It was hilarious how she pegged him for his prissy ways immediately lol. You can tell they really love every dog they groom. She's also very kind to my son who was being a little fussy. I never write reviews but I think people should know how lovely this place is. ❤

Great place for having my Service dog nails trimmed. If you make an Appt it's only 10 $ apposed to the outrageous prices being charged at the vet.
