My family and friends began on our first ATV adventure in the dunes, and it was breathtaking. Audra and her colleague handled our group reservation, furnishing us with comprehensive information and guidance, ensuring we were primed for the thrilling experience ahead. The staff members stationed at the beach outfitted us with helmets and provisioned ATVs while providing thorough training. Our time navigating the dunes was an absolute thrill, leaving each member of our group an unforgettable experience. Without a doubt, we would love to come back for more ATV adventures.

Very nice friendly customer service. They made the process easy and answered any questions we had, which allowed us to focus and enjoy the activity. The guides/techs made sure we knew how to operate the vehicles before going off on our own. Thanks for providing an affordable way for our group to have so much fun riding ATVs in the sand dunes. We had so much fun, we'll definitely be back to rent from Arnie's again.One tip (4/11/24): you don't need the Safety Certificate. I panicked, but gave them a call and they said it's not needed.

Had tons of fun with our kids 13 and 15. We booked online for the 9am for 2 hours, and we each have our own ATVs. I made a boo-boo with the dates, and had to call in to have it changed from a Sat to the next day. The lady was super helpful in helping me change the dates, thank you! We will definitely be back.

So much fun! Amazing prices and service! The patience they showed my kids was unmatched! Richard actually took the time to show my son how to do a wheelie and made sure we were all safe and comfortable! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back next time we’re in town.

My son and I have rented and been on the dunes 3 times in the last 3 summers. First time with a competitor, last 2 times with Arnie's. Great service. Lady at the front desk has been very friendly last 2 visits. Staff was friendly and helped with all our questions. When we come back, we will be going to Arnie's.

Lady in the branch was nice and helpful. bikes are pretty okay for the price paid. However, the guys with the ATVs were really jerks and unhelpful. the battery wire was tapped and the bike stopped working throughout the ride and they accusing me of flipping the bike and tried to charge me for it. BEWARE OF THIEFS.

Arnie's ATV Rentals had such great customer service it made the experience that much better. Everyone we spoke with from the ATV rental team who gave us our ATVs and helped us out of some dunes to the management team and front desk that were so kind and understanding. The people here truly care for their customers!

Rented 2 Honda Recon 250s for 2 hours for my son and I and we had a great time. The staff both at the office and on the dunes was very helpful. They didn't start the timer until we had all our gear and were leaving the staging area. We looked at other companies and chose Arnies because they had great reviews and were the best deal for a two hour ride. We look forward to coming back and riding with them again!

This is the most unbelievable, unprofessional, and disgusting business I have encountered in the 20 years since I came to work and live in the United States. They did not reply to any of my emails, any phone messages, and did not provide service at all. On the working day of the reservation, they did not open the door at the arrival time we booked, did not answer the phone, and did not have any feedback and follow up. But when I booked online, they sent me the confirmation number, charged my credit card. When I asked them what happened the following day, a lady was very rude, made all kinds of excuses and didn't actually deal with it, cut off the phone directly! They have never given any response or explanation. After seeing the credit card statement recently, I found out that they still have the shame to charge. I really feel incredible. Such a business can still exist in the United States, a sound society ruled by law. It is really incomprehensible and embarrassing! Please stay away from unscrupulous merchants with no reputation or responsibility, it will make your life easier.11/11/2023 Update: This incident occurred in mid-July. My credit card company and Arnie's third-party billing company have been arguing for three months. I provided supporting emails and phone evidence and finally got the refund at the end of October. Facts speak louder than words. If Arnie's ATV is not convinced, please provide relevant evidence, as well as phone messages, missed calls or emails that you have contacted me before and after. Thank you!Again, Shame on you!

Went to Arnie's last week as part of my bday weekend with friends and family and everyone had a lot of fun on the dunes. The entire staff was polite and professional. We got the recons, which tell you what gear you are in so you don't have to remember, which is nice. Just a tip, leave yourself extra time to arrive, because the traffic going into the beach area can get backed up. They also have parking in the back but I suggest booking a morning appt so you are more likely to get a spot. Have fun!

I had a great experience with these guys. We had a new atv and it ran fantastic. Briefing was easy and understandable. Great attitude from the staff. 2 hours is a must! Go early in the morning to enjoy empty dunes!

DONT GO HERE! Always read reviews first. At first everything was fine, lady at desk was helpful. Once we got out to the dunes the ATV guy wasn’t even there… we had to wait. Once we got our ATVs we had a blast in the dunes, but once we got back they told us we “rolled over” and had damage to the ATV and had to pay.… They will try to blame you for previous damage to the ATVs. The lady there is not to blame for the charges, as she is just doing her job…Just book with someone else.

Our sons ki n riv went in it n loved every moment and definitely want to do it again. They came back super exicted . Shame we had to leave in an hour .I must commend Gail and Audra for their friendly service . Wonderful ladies with an eye for detail and honesty.We’ll tell our friends in UK. Made the drive out to Pismo and our flag and whip had fallen out of truck when we got there couldn't find it and drove back down the beach and stopped at the rental stand before going back over creek and what I persomed the owner just gave my husband a whip with flag, at the end of day we went back to return it and he rode up and told us to hold on to it for next time!!! Hope these guys hang around there awesome! Thank you so much!!!

We rented three ATVs today. The person that gave us our helmets gave us his personal number to call in case we got stuck in the dunes. And we did. First few times when I called him, he said he was going to start. He said the same thing each time I called. After that he just stopped taking my calls. So I was sitting in the middle of the dunes with my two kids waiting for him to come help. Thankfully, a stranger helped us all three. When I went back and asked him why he didn't even bother to start to come to help us, he told me that it is my responsibility, not his. What a terrible attitude and customer service. Really beautiful place but really bad people doing business there. Sad!
