I went in to Raley's the other day and received great customer service from Andrea at the deli. She made me an amazing sandwich and everything was fresh and just the way I ordered it. The sandwich was so good that I told all my coworkers about Andrea and even went back in today to get another sandwich. I appreciate the great customer service and the amazing sandwich, Raley's you guys did a good thing hiring Andrea.

I can’t believe they allow pet dogs inside this grocery store! To clarify, I am not talking about service dogs! I’ve seen dogs laying in the grocery carts (where people put their food), dogs who bark, and one time there was even a loose dog! The employees act as if they are “cute” and they don’t seem willing to remove the animal from the store—even the security guard. This has to be a health code violation. Some people are allergic to dogs. If this business doesn’t start taking this seriously, I will report this to the state health department.

Ordered and paid for a cake 2 weeks in advance.Go pick up and find out not made. This is best they could do. Better than nothing I know but having what was ordered would have been best. Never going here again

Raley's has become my main grocery food shopping destination. They have everything you need. A great selection of meat, shelf stable merchandise, and even hygiene & house cleaning items. They're way more affordable than Sprouts and still have the same or similar health food brands at half the price. Raleys pays fair living wages to their employees. So I'm glad I made the switch.

Security profiled me bc I'm brown. This review is for 3/15/24 around 9pm. I went in to buy a couple of drinks and everywhere I went there he was just, you know, letting me know he's there, and there, and hey there too. Too eager and too little experience while toting a gun at that. Sorry, but I'll take my money elsewhere ..where I don't have to be treated like a criminal because of my skin color.

Reducing a $15 meat purchase approaching it's Sell-Buy date by 50 cents is not much of a bargain. A single open checkstand with several customer baskets in line discourage customers with a few items in hand. On a positive note, I watched the Security confront a shoplifter on a bicycle in the parking lot as he stood chest to chest with him. Never touched him, but didn't back down. "You don't shoplift in MY store!"the Security commanded. The shoplifter threw the stolen bottle of booze on the ground and left. Security was professional and commendable.

Nice clean store with wide isles. Fantastic bakery & deli section. Really well done floral area. Produce is limited but well maintained. Be prepared for unusually long check out lines on occasion.

Horrible prices, a serious joke of a meat department and a stupid required app to be installed and setup with a long pain in the rear prep before use... Making sure they have ALL your data to share with whoever they want to sell it to. I'm going to Luckys.

Every time I come here, there's only ever one checker with a long line. That's why I limit my visits to emergency situations but it is ridiculous. I'm literally standing in line behind 7 other people. Every single visit. I've come right after work which is around 3pm and even now at 7:20pm. Disappointing.

We were only here because we are nearby for a wedding. We struggled to find a few things but the place was big and clean and the people were very friendly. If I am in this area again I will definitely come visit this store again

Where is the fresh cornbread? Your store is low on product and staff. I walked by the deli/bread for 5 minutes. Not a soul in site. They run from customers? Smoke break?Good artichokes this time. 2.00 usd a miracle all on it's own. LOL

They have almost everything you need to cook a meal. I say almost because they don't have a lot of international food selection. But when I'm in need of simple seasoning or ingredients I know I can go to Raley's. This is also a place to find seasonal items for holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas. Plus they have friendly service and show love for the community!

Their meat selection is awesome, these butchers know what they’re doing. Their spare ribs, ribs are the meatiest I’ve ever seen, not like Texas ribs but I like them. I’m always getting my ribs from them.( maybe I shouldn’t have said anything)

The staff here has always been incredible, they're attentive and go out of their way to help you with whatever you need. Shelves manage to stay rather full, even during shortages, and the weekly $5 Monday sales have a good amount of product with each week's rotation. Never feel rushed or unwelcome in this location, it feels more like a small neighborhood grocery store than part of a large chain.

Not a bad grocery store. But please open both entrances and exits. One is completely blocked off. Also you need to plan more checkout lanes when there are only two lanes open, both with five or more people line. And the express lane was closed! You ALWAYS need an express land open. Also you need self checkout like Safeway has.

I go here quite often because of convenience , but 80% of the time there is only one cashier. They have a serious staffing shortage here. Sometimes the line will be all the way back to the produce section. Happens at least every other trip.

Nice, big and clean store. Went in to purchase Folgers instant coffee. I thought there prices were high at least on the Folgers about $9 for a small canister. Their Memorial Day seasonal display was super cute. Didn’t interact with any associates and didn’t purchase the Folgers. They have a nice deli and bakery also

I ordered their Premium Flower Bouquet which is supposed to have some roses in it, 4 days before Mother's Day. They called me the morning of saying it's not available but they have the same exact arrangement minus the roses for $5 less and if I want roses then I can add $14, what???? I didn't want to argue so I got the one minus the roses. It arrived but it wasn't the same as the picture, it was underwhelming, not a lot of flowers but they put a lot of leaves instead. I felt totally ripped off. Not ordering from them again, very disappointed.

Beautiful produce and great meat and seafood selection.We were able to find items not available at other grocery stores nearby.I love the floral dept and bakery of course! I really like the handicapped access pathway from parking lot.
