Go to a different Ace if you need any employee assistance. This was the worse Ace experience I have had when it came to getting help to reach an item on a top shelf. I will never go to this location again!

One morning I needed a huge life saver as our company was doing a big street job and our permit needed to be printed. Our office printer just went out of order that very same morning! I was so flustered and had no choice but to get in the car and get clever with thinking...It was a cold, sunny morning and Fed Ex would be open an hour too late after we exposed the street. The inspectors would be on site waiting to see the permit.As I was driving on main street in the 7 am hour Ace Hardware caught my eye. I referred back to every single time I have been in the Oakley store the staff were so nice they feel like friends! My gut told me to park and walk in and ask. I wanted to purchase a few items before asking for this random favor. I told the counter staff my request and they directed me to Mary and Nicole! Those ladies in the office printed my permit and I am still in disbelieve. Ace Hardware is full of amazing members!! Thank you Mary and Nicole for making it happen for us! We truly appreciate you so much. We will visit you guys soon :) Thanks Ace team and thanks Randy !!!! Tony!!! Counter staff!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I actually made a special trip here to buy a top of the line ironing board! I couldn't find one anywhere else! It's something I will always have and worth the $$. Of course I bought the new pad and a smaller sleeve one as well! It's the little things peeps, the little things that make me happy!This is an upscale Ace. It has it's own Carhartt section. I've never seen one before. They also carry high end dog food and nicer fixtures.It's very clean and every aisle is perfect! Coming from a person with OCD that's a compliment! Nothing is out of place which gives me peace!They give popcorn in cute little bags on your way out. They definitely go the extra mile to make you feel good.Their customer service is on point. I'm always asked if I need assistance. Friendly smiles and overall a pleasant store to shop in.

Always top service at the Oakley location; not so much at Antioch's. I was cautioned against buffing my headlight lens with a green pad and spraying clear lacquer on it, as was suggested elsewhere. Aside from that, one day I'll be saying, "In BC(Before Covid), there use to be free popcorn fresh-popped at the entrance!" I miss that.

All I got to say is his storage good it's not Jerry and Joanne torque store anymore but still a good store they need to be trained a little bit better but I could say that they are trying just can't compete with Jerry and his senior staff all the senior staff are gone they got five star for effort but knowledge doesn't beat experience seniors God I miss jerry

I would much rather shop here for my needed items than at one of the blue or orange national big chain super stores. The staff here is always willing to help you find anything you may need and are very knowledgeable about their products. If someone can't answer a question you may have, they will find someone who knows the answer instead of just trying to BS their way to a sale. They seem to actually enjoy working there which is a breath of fresh air compared to the employees that just want to ignore you so they can take their next break at the "orange" or "blue" mega stores. I'm gonna actually be there when they open this morning to pick up a few electrical outlets that I need to replace. Too bad they're not open 24 hours though. I'd already be done with my project if they were. All well. I guess you can't have everything. .

Everyone is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful! The store is ALWAYS clean and in order, making things extremely easy to find. If, on an off chance, they're out of stock in anything they're happy to call around to see if another store has your item. I and my family just moved to the area in mid November and the folks at Ace made it a point to make us feel welcome.

I've shopped at this location for 20+ years. During the past 2 years I was never once asked to wear a mask. Today I was assisted in the hardware area with no mask, & there was no issue.... as usual. When I went to check out I was told by the young gentleman behind the counter that I needed a mask, in order to be rung up.I recommend Big B, Home Depot, or Lowe's if you don't want deal with these ridiculous mask authoritarians.

They have a good selection for the size of the store, just be willing to pay more than at other places. They are always very helpful and the lines not too long. All in all a good place to shop. Read response too please.I saw the response and will happily do that the next time I'm in.Thanks Oakley Ace!

For a local hardware store this place is really great lots of employees and they are all extremely helpful...... You really can't beat their selection it is a different experience from the big box stores for sure you're not going to go there to get a washing machine or refrigerator but for things around the house this is definitely the place to go

I was asked to leave a store with Zero customers for not wearing a mask. I will shop home Depot and Lowes that don't discriminate. In response to the owner. Wearing a mask is about as useful as putting a chain link fence around your house to keep out the mosquitos. You in no way affect my health nor do I yours. I have something called an immune system that I am confident will protect me. If you or others have underlying health issues stay home or correct them so you are not so fragile. You are no hero for masking or being gestapo enforcing. I will not shop your store

Nice store, lots of stuff but not fully stocked. Folks who work inside the store seems knowledgeable but cashier could not put two and two together. Would recommend more training for cashiers.

Had many things often needed for small repairs or DIY activities but is more expensive then places such as home depot Lowe's etc. Is most likely gonna spiral down as logistics have been all but mastered for bigger companies such as amazon and others to have a better price point do to supply and demand as well. Still good if u dont have the time to go to a cheaper location or wait on mail.

They usually have what I need. It's nice to know that you can bring your broken window screens there to be repaired. Loews and Home Depot doesn't offer window screen repair service anymore. I was told there's no staff for the job(s).

Cashier was great only thing that was not good was when she asked if I needed help to take out the bag from cart and put in trunk of car. She paged someone to help then another worker walked by and asked him to help so as we walked out he tried to take cart away from me and said I need the cart to hold on to and he said no I need it cause its been a long day then I said I'm handicap and I need it by then the person that the cashier called up said they called me to help this lady and the other guy said ok. So my point is that guy was out of line. I just wish I would have gotten his name. The other gentleman was so nice and he apologize for his coworker and wished I got his name too.
