I like so much this Dollar Tree store. Always clean, organized shelves, pleasant staff and variety of products. Well done, Dollar Tree Oakley crew!

Dollar Tree where everything is a “$1.25.” This store actually have a lot of things you need for everyday use plus seasonal items: such as for Christmas, Thanksgiving, Halloween, etc. I was able to buy several Christmas ornaments and they do not look cheap at all.This particular Dollar Store got three stars because the customer service isn’t that great. The lady which happens to always be at the register is very rude. Don’t know her name because she doesn’t wear a name tag. She treats customers differently, to some she is nice and cheery but to some she is rude.I exchanged some items which I had a receipt for. I spent nearly $100 but returned 20 plateChargers because we over bought. She wanted to keep my receipt. And I said I still had items on it. She said and I quote, “we’ll fine I’m not gonna deal with keep your receipt.”Another guy I asked to help me carry purchased items to the car because my items were heavy and we can’t take the carts out. He said he can’t help because he can’t leave his station. It’s not his fault, it’s the stores because they do not have enough employees. So annoyed with this store. I’m hoping future experience will be better.

One of my favorite Dollar Tree stores. The always have the staple items I rely on them for and seem to have fresh inventory on a regular basis. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Love having a store so conveniently located.

Literally came to the store at 8:54pm (tonight) Sunday and the doors was locked, with customers still in store walking around and some in line, they hired a new lady that’s an drug user so it was 5 junkies waiting for her out front which I guess that’s why she locked the doors so she can try to leave at 9 sharp butI was so upset being I rushed there from work to catch them before they closed, which is why I’m leaving a review. If you go on a different night everybody else is very helpful and welcoming

Serious question, would I ask everyone to check their small handbag? Oh just me now we asked to use the bathroom and the employee asked me to open my small bag even my napkin bag barely fit?? My little daughter was going to use the bathroom and the girl asked me if I was going to use the bathroom. I told her yes to which she told me can she open her bag.
