The manager is cool but the hours suck, they take forever to fill prescriptions, and even after you pick them up their automated phone calls do not stop calling you to pick up your meds. So annoying.

My prescription has taken so far more than two hours to fill (I'm still waiting...). While I have been waiting I overheard a "consultation" the pharmacist provided a patient who was wanting to know the safety profile, half life, and side effects of the medication he'd been prescribed. He was told just "I have no idea what the half life is but if your doctor told you to take it I'm sure it will be fine." (Note that I am myself a physician and if a patient asked me a question to which I didn't know the answer I would, um, LOOK IT UP.) Not impressed at all.

Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. The staff is rude, won’t let you ask questions about your prescriptions, lack all semblance of customer service. How does CVS allow this level of incompetence and indifference. I avoid this location at all costs. Seriously, some customer is going to die someday because this pharmacy staff won’t take their time to do their jobs and assist customers with questions. The worst!!

Worst pharmacy ever!!! Kept me on hold for over an hour. Multiple calls. First they told me that they are out of a medication and to ask the doctor to change it from 5 mg to 10 mg. So we did that. Now they are saying that they don’t have 10 mg and to change it to 5 mg. Then when I asked to talk to the manager the man on the phone lied and told me that he is the manager and told me “that he would put me on hold until I calm down.” AVOID this horrible place.

I’ve waited on hold for 1/2 hour since 10AM and kept getting disconnected. So far in total two hours of wait time and pharmacy never picks up for a simple question, now I have to drive to go into the store because no one answers. Mailbox is always full. Maybe you should stop taking clients if you can’t handle the current customer load. Disgusted!!!Post review: Laurence is your guy! I had to drive in after trying to reach someone for two hours. The fact that they are understaffed is not my problem, again they should not take new clients if they can’t handle their current clients. However, Laurence took care of me immediately and I give that guy five stars for stepping up in a very professional and understanding way.

I made an appointment for covid booster and flu shot about 10 days ago. I got updates to show up for the appointment and left my job in the city to get there for my 5:45. I show up at 5:45 and the pharmacist says they are too busy to provide the vaccinations. No cancellation notice or anythings. Tells me to go to Piedmont Ave tomorrow and I might be able to walk in. Mind you there was no other vax customer and only one person in the prescription line. I work pretty hard, I expect the same from my pharmacist. If you have an appointment, keep it. DO NOT break promises. This is shameful service

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy monthly for over 10 years now to pick up my family’s medications. That’s at least 120 pick ups. If not more for random illnesses and unexpected items. Have there been a few long wait times?. Sure.I mean you have sick people, insurance drama, the occasional snafu. But I’ve never had the wrong medication given, the pharmacists look out for their patients, and vast majority of time I am in and out in under 10 minutes. It’s a small store and not very fancy. But the long time people who work there really care.

Avoid if you can. They stole $100 from me. Refused a refund I was assured would be no problem when I made the purchase. There's a pharmacy across the street.

Called to ask the price of a flu shot. Was on hold for 32 min, 45 seconds during which I drove to the store, found parking, and went in.My wife called about 20 min into this, was also put on hold but her call was picked up. Conclusion, they can’t even keep straight what order the calls came in.Best of all, Matthew the manager said I was lucky it was only 30 min and that the pharmacy is separate. This is customer service?

This pharmacy is so incredibly bad it's almost impossible to believe the poor service isn't intentional. Or maybe a really bad art performance. You would be better off trying to buy your life saving meds from a guy on the street corner.
