I came here today to get my Covid Bivalent shot and flu shot. I was greeted by Sonya who gave me my shots. She was very nice and had a great personality. I would come here again for my future immunizations. Easy on and off Hwy 13. Lots of free parking. Lincoln Square is a hidden gem.

Stood in line in front of “Vaccine check-in” sign, no one else was in line at the pharmacy counter. The pharmacist does not look my way and proceeds to help 3 other people who arrived in the pharmacy line after me. There is 1 more person in behind the pharmacy counter and this person doesn’t even look up. Need to be better about being aware of who is around and being a bit more customer-focused???

After using a debit card to complete my purchase I asked for $10 and change so that I could donate to homeless people as a usually do. They refused to give me change because I wasn’t paying in cash. Just one more reason I hate CVS. I’m giving them one star because their system, naturally, won’t allow you to complete the comment if I’m giving them at least one star. CVS deserves no stars.

The old lady’s that work there will give you a hard time because there miserable and under achievers theres one big weird looking lady who smells really bad and where dirty clothes with satins that walks around with a attitude then there’s another one who is short looks like the hobbit super socialy off queue better going to a different location because it’s just a bunch of old smelly grumpy woman honestly it’s sad

This is the pharmacy from HELL. I tried to cancel two previous prescriptions at least three times. Today when my wife went to pick up a new prescription they gave her all three and they charged $263 for all three. When my wife went back to return the other two prescriptions, they at first refused to give her the refund then when she called me and wanted me to speak to them they finally relented and said just this one time going to refund it for her. Nobody ever answers the phone at this pharmacy sometimes you can hang on for 10-15 minutes and nobody will come to the phone. So you have to keep trying two or three times until you get through to someone. It's horrible don't go there.

Went to the store on July 23rd to send money by Moneygram , both CVS employees were kind and helpful.There was a rude and angry customer while I was there and the CVS employees did and excellent job de-escalating the situation peacefully.

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTION FILLED HERE. I've been trying to pick up a simple cream for my daughter for two days. Every time, there is only one pharmacist working at a glacial pace with a substantial backlog of customers standing around. Today there was a line practically out the door, and only a single pharmacist. CVS needs to hire more people.

Pharmacy has terrible service! Didn’t fill prescription correctly. When I called for a consultation with the pharmacist, I was left on hold twice, once for 40 minutes and the second time for an hour (I had to hang up the first time). They never checked back and I finally hung up the second time. I only transferred to this one because the CVS I used prior closed. Overall CVS is great but STAY AWAY from the CVS at 4100 Redwood Road.

Jason in pharmacy was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful with vaccinations for my kids who were extremely nervous and began screaming and trying to run away. Can’t thank you enough!

The pharmacy, and specifically the vaccination center, is slow, rude, and condescending. In my experience completing certain vaccinations, they have approached the check in like a public interrogation. Not the attitude you want when trying to get people vaccinated in a pandemic and definitely not the employees you want doing it. Terrible experience, I would completely avoid this CVS.

Last week, before the long weekend my doctor called in a prescription, it was Thursday, they said I could pick up Friday, so Friday late afternoon I was told it had been ordered & wouldn’t be available for pick up till Tuesday, they never offered to look for another pharmacy for me, so I waited with out my medication for 5 days. On Tuesday I was told that it was locked in the computer system for 30 minutes, what ever that means. I was also told 3 times by 2 different clerks & the pharmacist that the prescription would be 70.00 for a 30 day supply & I would be getting 3 months. When I made the purchase they charged me 210.00 for one month only, I had explained that I didn’t have insurance from the very beginning. I was also told by the pharmacist that the generic brand would be the same except for the alcohol that was added. I have had much difficulty applying it to my body due to that it is very sticky. The drug is Androgel. I would like to speak to a manager about this, but there doesn’t seem to be one available at this store. In all the years I have used CVS pharmacy I have never had this kind of poor customer service. This store is convent to where I live, but I have no plans to ever use it again. I would like to ad that I spoke with Ida and she tried to explain why Ihad so much trouble, she was very nice, but I still would not feel comfortable using that branch of CVS pharmacy’s again. Second time in a row that a prescription that should be ready (your prescription will be ready at 4PM, says the voice recording) to show up and it is NOT filled. Waste of my time and energy. Need to find a new place to fulfil prescriptions...

Unfortunately I pick up a lot of prescriptions here. Unfortunately about half the time I'm told they'll be ready, they're not. It seems to be in large part their automated systems that make a lot of errors, though the humans working there also seem to have a hard time calling in prescriptions to the doctor. Often I get better results by asking the doctor's office to call in the refill. The pharmacists are probably not wholly responsible for the problems at this pharmacy - they've as much said that their systems are awful and cause a huge amount of problems - but they don't seem to care all that much about improving the results either.

When there is a long line, or a person taking a great deal of time to do a transaction, call for another person to open up a register instead of making customers wait. I had to request that, and it finally happened.

I have used this pharmacy since July 1999. Cynthia is the one consistent player that makes the difference for me. Please reward her for taking such care for so many of us. She treats everyone the same regardless of how busy the pharmacy is.Well done Cynthia and thanks for being you.

Its a small store with big service. I think a lot of negative responses are people mad at "THE SYSTEM". The people that work at this location are the nicest of any CVS I've ever been to.

The pharmacist here are not only rude and lazy, but also lie about filing prescriptions to insurance. As both a physician and patient, I will never send or have an rx sent here again
