Got a cake for my 2 year olds bday today. Did have a hiccup where there was nobody in the bakery and they kept paging from the deli. Ended up going to customer service who came and got our ordered cake for us. We just ordered an 8 inch cake and selected a bluey image. They went with blue border but upon pickup we noticed they added paw prints which I thought was a special cute touch to what I expected to just be a basic side. Very cute cake and a very happy 2yo.

I have been shopping at this store for over 3 years now and in general i find the things I need there on a regular basis except occasionally they are out of things such as eggs. I think most of the staff are helpful and considerate but there are a few people in the meat department and produce departments that seemed kinda rude lately towards me.Perhaps because one of the butchers in the meat department is my neighbor whom I’ve said hi to before and got nothing but a blank look and no response. I know his sister and her husband who live on the same land as him and have always said hello to them and talked with them but not him. Not sure what his problem is but I would rather shop at Raley's from now on.I find most of the people that are checkers are kind and considerate.

Friendly staff, great customer service. For a small town they offer all needed items. If you're used to big city markets you may be disappointed by the lack of specialty items. Produce is fresh, bakery is stocked.

Customer service sucks in that store Employee's! Employee's never ask customers if they can help them, even tho it is obvious the customer is searching & searching for a product. AND most the soda shelf's & options to choose soda, were/are empty!! I don't think I will be shopping there again. Enough is enough

I came today for a visit to pick up a few things for dinner. The checkout clerk was very polite. Very nice considering. She has to work on christmas day. The store is nice and clean, well stocked.

They have a variety of Starbucks coffees. I found some chocolate filled chocolate chip cookies that are pretty good. Check out their meat 🍖 & deli depts.What a variety w great stuff to choose from. I got tilapia for $7.23 per lb. Bought a fillet & sliced it into steaksBaked it at 400° for 20mins w 🍋lemon juice & butter & minced garlic salt 🍋lemon pepper lil bit of season salt onion flakesAnyway the shaved buffalo chicken🐔, Chipotle 🐓chicken & sun dried tomato 🍅 turkey 🦃 are very goodWish they had that salty Cotija goat cheese tho

Good deli section with fresh made sandwiches and sushi rolls, Starbucks inside store is convenient although usually very slow. Self-check out is efficient and staff are friendly :)

This is a regular super market. So you can buy all you need for foods. There are Starbucks inside and next here is pharmacy. You can buy beer and wine too! This place is located in community at the bottom of Yosemite National park. So it’s good location for preparing for mountain. You can buy snacks for eating in hotel.

I just want to inform everyone in the food delivery department (especially Denise) that you all have done an extraordinary job on my behalf and that includes shopping, communicating, and the delivery drivers. It turns out that Fresh Pass was a very smart move for me, especially due to my lack of transportation, which is now a permanent situation, along with persistent health and age-related issues. I say this with all sincerity, and you may quote me on this. "I am a very happy customer and you people are lucky to have this crew".

I would like to know why you are selling food in those awful plastic bags that are not even recyclable, what happen with the paper bags for hot food items? This change is a terrible idea, I hope you change that soon and report it to who ever need to change that.

Day stockers are needed during the summer weekends. Water aisle was wiped clean on Sunday afternoon, the marshmallows were out of stock, and the peanut butter and jelly section was also bare.The deli department was well stocked and the staff was pleasant.The bakery department had plenty of fresh french and sourdough bread.

Inventory is well stocked and suited for this area. Items that you wouldn't find at your local Vons.Best cashiers I've ever come across, but the Starbucks employees need to be retrained. Worst customer service I've had from a SB inside a Vons.

I prefer the Safeway store chain over most others anyway, but this Vons is a particular favorite of mine! I like their products, and staff are very accommodating and friendly. Even customers are friendlier here than other stores!The only drawback is the long checkout lines I run into every time I'm there. It seems like there are twelve registers to check out at and only three open at a time. However, the people at register are great at busting hump and getting people through at a steady pace. They're pretty efficient for being short-staffed.I only wish this store was a little closer to where I live, so I could shop there more than once in a while!

I love my local Von's. The staff is so friendly. The prices are decent for mountain living. I know they can't help the inflation for food. Their store made stuff is really, really good. I love their fruit bowls.

Unfortunately since the pandemic I’ve noticed this Vons location is lacking inventory each time I shop here, the shelves are empty on many items. Raleys across the street is much better, and this comment is coming from a Vons/Pavilions shopper. They are under serving this community.

Great employees but produce quality has decreased as prices continue to increase***So I have to add to my review after ordering the Thanksgiving meal from the deli. I can not express how disappointing it was! The turkey was precooked then refroze and rethawed before we got it. This turkey was absolutely horrible!!!!! I will never get a holiday meal here again

Well stocked, in spite of empty spaces on the shelves. We are still able to find everything on our list. The store is a joy to shop in with a clean environment and a delightful staff.
