Amazing and quick service. I have never had issues when placing orders and placing an order online is always easy and quick. It's easy to find where the pick up is at and the drinks are always ready on time!

Great experience on our visit on the way to Yosemite. Had a large order (7) with a mix of cold and warm drinks and the barista was working alone. Very friendly and kept the conversation going through the order. Would stop by again! Visited on March 26th, 2022 around 1:30pm, so was a busy time as well!

Great service yesterday from a really nice lady in the early morning shift. Sorry I did not get her name we ordered five drinks all different with dietary restrictions and she delivered five amazing drinks with a smile. Her energy and customer service was on point. Great job!

Terrible experience. I told the girl she got my order wrong, so I had to pay for a new drink. I told the girl my order 3 TIMES. She repeated my order back to me. Really no excuse here, seeing as there was nobody else in line. I was a barista for 3 years and if I ever messed up an order I always made sure to make it right on my end.

We went there me and my family ,, we ordered strawberry acai , and they said we are out and then we said ok lets have the mango dragon fruit if you guys don’t have it , when we pull up to the window they were serving strawberry acai for other people, and we asked them to change the drinks for us , we return all the ones in the car , and they said you guys return 3 out of 4And we said no we did return 4/4And they looking at us as we steal a cup of refresher !!!!!!She carry 3 at the first time and 1 afterAnd they blaming people ?!!!And they was so rude talking to a loyal costumer to Starbucks , I use Starbucks every single day and sometimes twice a day and i’ve never had a such bad experience as today !!!!

We drove up to the drive thru and ordered Frappuccinos and 2 sandwiches and a pupaccciono for our yellow lab she enjoyed it and ours was very good

I had to wait in line album not too long. different wines for coffee versus shopping. Was actually the best Starbucks coffee drink I ever had.

Terrible Shop. They frequently get their orders wrong. Shift supervisor needs a job with less responsibilities. Lots of workers standing around chatting and ignoring customers.

Customer service is great! They always have my coffee ready within 2-4 minutes and it's usually not crowded so I recommend this place you are in the Oakhurst area!
