If you buy alot of things at once here,be prepared to make several trips out to your car,they have carts with l-o-n-g poles that prevent any one going out! And never any one to help,so irritating!

The manager is lazy. I went into load money on a card. The manager is the only one who can do that. When I asked him to load the money onto my card he proceeded to rub his eyes and face like he was irritated that I asked him to do it. He asked what kind of card, then he proceeded to tell me that they don't load those kind of cards even though I recently got the same card loaded there. Come up with a better excuse for being lazy dude.

Manager didn’t let me exchange merchandise unless it was for the exact same items. Store policy is you can exchange items for the same/lesser value or store credit. I came to hike Yosemite and bought a couple too many containers, he didn’t even look in the bag to see what I was exchanging or how old was the receipt.. 3 days. Store was decently stocked.

I blame the District manager for the lack of product in the store. Went in Sunday to buy a few things, they had NOTHING I needed, came in again Wednesday, still nothing!!! The DM came in over a year ago and did some wonderful things but "outta sight, outta mind" .....I don't think she's been back because it's been terrible!!! The staff is great, but they are ALWAYS busy & NEVER have enough help. The store seems to ALWAYS be out of many staples.. t.p, paper towels, dog food, mayo, sanitizing wipes, foil....it's ridiculous. We are a small town and don't have many choices so many of us depend on the Dollar Tree!!! Step it up!!!! Not to mention, the craft area has gone down since the DMs last visit!!! We're paying the higher prices, now make it worth it!!

I luv shopping here, but long waits in line. 1 cashier and 1 manager (with employee in office). Customers can hear the 2 employees laughing and joking for 20 minutes inside office while we waited in line with 1 cashier. I asked cashier to get help but manager was busy.

No need to call people "slow" because they're from a different state. Just because some people have an accent doesn't mean you should be mean. Cashier should learn that a small amount of kindness goes a long way.

Usually shopping at this Dollar store is good although the lack of cashiers can be extremely frustrating. On this visit I was actually shocked at how many empty shelves there were. Of course they only had 1 cashier to help a long line of customers which was also a problem. Bad enough we were in 105° heat. At least I can say that they did try to keep their store cooler. I will go once again to see if they are in fact going out of business or if the lack of products were because of a manager who doesn't understand the importance of a filly stocked store.

This store is alright~kinda tight squeeze when the checkout line is long. But the employees are pretty friendly, and each time I've asked about a product, they've demonstrated great effort to help me. Great attitudes! 👍

I was able to get most of what I needed. The Highland was the cashier, she was great. Very friendly. Efficient. She made me happy that I chose to show there. Wish I would have caught her name.

Excellent! Well, the dollartree bathrooms are always scary. This one has no grocery freezer. But the employees are very nice and helpful. They'll find anything for you, and will search through a new truck arrival just to get a bottle of your favorite soda. They always carry fun Disney figurines and metal tins.

Staff was nice and friendly, moved through the lines as quickly as they could while not making the guest feel rushed. Actually opened a 3rd line immediately when both lines had gotten pretty full. Store was clean and tidy for the most part.

Always pleasantly surprised what you can buy for $1. This location has dry foods, helium balloons, candy, housewares, arts n crafts, medical, beauty, baby, kitchen, seasonal deco, gardening, party supplies, cleaning supplies, and much more. This location does not have a frozen or fresh food section.

Love dollar tree in Oakhurst, but recently I have been paying for items I am not coming home with. always 2 or 3 things are not put in my bag. don't notice until I get home. same person always waits on me when this happens. What do I do about this???

Lots of options at the Oakhurst Dollar Tree. The cashier seemed like she’d just gotten some terrible news, or could seriously use some Prozac, but the store is large and had almost everything on my list. Great place to start to get a great deal! (Hang in there, Cashier!)

Nice place but ask that you bring your own bags.. They don't have any so you will have to carry you stuff bagless if you don't have a bag! Nice people tho!

Needed drink glasses. Found a whole row devoted to wine, water, bourbon, champagne glasses and more. Prices were less than I expected. VERY satisfied.

More than 10 shoppers waiting to check out and only one cashier...they need to get more help or call a manager 😡. Ended up walking out after waiting 20 minutes.

I visited on 7/8/2020 cash register acting up, three people came out of office and crowded around clerk. Not one of the four was wearing a mask. Will not return
