Customer service was great! Took time to find a cart for me (CVS only has a few). I couldn't always find a price on item or on the shelf. Cashier gave me all the help I needed at self check out. Really liked the customer service.

I work next door to this place and shop there at least 3x a week. I’ve saved more than I’ve spent by triple, in the hundreds. CVS is also the best at dishing out free money coupons or 40% coupons almost he same amount of times a week (probably why, haha). The closing hour is incorrectly listed online- it’s 10pm, not 11pm, and sometimes the personalized coupons get funny or null if you shop on the last day valid after 9pm but staff always honors them. They’re also always friendly and helpful, even the dude up front who gets a little impatient sometimes but it’s because I bombard him with questions or repeated requests to help me on the self checkout since it’s apparently my Achilles heel no matter the store I’m at. And just as he exclaims he’s handling one thing at a time as is best for him, and me, too. The store is clean for being in an older building, they can’t help that. It’s a busy store with little staff so I keep that in mind if I see things out of sorts (which I’m only adding as a general statement about all stores that deal with the same busy work load and each singular staff having multiple jobs to get done or be available for). We customers take up alot of their time, I NEVER see anyone lounging around or being lazy- or rude! Always extremely helpful, and I never feel judged on my broke days that leaves me buying something for $0.26 with my debit card along side my rewards money and savings (you don’t need to spend any money if you keep it within your rewards!)- even when I’m in there forever calculating the best and most I can get to last me for however long. I’d be super bummed if it closed like RiteAid did! Never any complaints about the pharmacy, either, but I haven’t used it myself.

Allen deserves higher respect from his colleagues and management. There is no viable excuse for the appalling performance I just witnessed. If it were not for Allen that whole building would of been an uproar of customers who had to wait over 20 minutes in line just for Allen to still be ignored when he announced to the store 5 consecutive times he needs assistance up front. Also, the worker who did come to assist proceeded to put a till in the other register and told him to just scoot his line over. Help. Him. Disgusting treatment.

It's a very large spacious & clean/organized store. Has a variety for what locals need and since it is in a tourist town, south of Yosemite Nat'l Pk, it has souvenirs to purchase. Never seems to be crowed, so not much of a "wait" line. Has self check out also.

I had an amazing experience with a wonderful worker named Robyn she went above and beyond and she definitely deserves a pat on the back and a raise! 😀

I've never had a bad experience shopping at a CVS, truthfully. Looking at some past reviews, it's unfortunate that others haven't had that golden experience. The workers at this location are very friendly, and they'll do what they're able to, in order to provide customer satisfaction. There's a couple of faces you'll see in there that have been there since it was still Longs! 🙂 Great store, great service, great people!

CVS is by far the best pharmacy in operation. The pharmacy is fantastic at filling prescriptions and notifying patients for pick up. The store staff is friendly and courteous. And the rewards program is quite a bargain.Love this pharmacy/store. It puts the others to shame.

Website says store closes at 11:00. Got there at 9:55 for some much needed medication and the doors were locked. I was told that that they close at 10:00. When I told them that it was 9:55, I was told that they had to be out of the store at 10:00. I have worked in retail stores before and have never heard of the employees being out of the store at closing. You stay open until closing then count out your till and shut things down.

The pharmacist made a mistake when filling my wife's prescription, making it a higher dose than she needed (made my wife ill). Even though the pharmacist made the mistake, WE HAD TO PAY FOR IT A SECOND TIME! Unbelievable! Horrible customer service! Too bad for us, too bad it made my wife ill, too bad that CVS made the mistake, too bad for us because we now have to pay for CVS's mistake, too bad that we had to come back a second time, too bad we had to wait in line again, too bad we had to wait even longer because the pharmacist was out to lunch! This should be a crime! Shame on CVS management! CVS protects itself, NOT the consumer.

Both the store and the pharmacy are great. Wait times are always short for the pharmacy and everyone is helpful and so kind. Same with the store itself. Always clean, easy to find things, and the staff is friendly and helpful!

Worst pharmacy EVER! Was given conflicting information re; med pick-up. I was there 1 hr and 15 mins before close and pharmacist refused to take the time to fill it and told me it would be ready by noon next day. I went at 3:30 to pick up and was told it couldn't be filled. I knew more about the refill and timing than the pharmacist did!!! No courtesy phone call to me to tell me not to come. No apologies. No compassion. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Do not waste your time here. You deserve better service and treatment.

There are some bugs in the CVS Rx databases, and if one TRANSFERS an Rx from CVS to Walgreens, say, this is not accurately recorded in the CVS databases. Unfortunately, the CVS reps have not been trained how to handle this situation, and, CVS continues to send inappropriate reminders to both patients, and their providers, questioning the R in question - not knowing that it has been transferred. I have encountered very rude CVS pharmacy staff, who actually hung up on me, when I tried to explain. Luckily there are alternatives to CVS and to this pharmacy n particular. This is the THIRD time I've encountered bugs in CVS systems, each time with a different Rx.

Traveling through Oakhurst on vacation, we found that we had left home without some critical medication. Carol and Abyna went out of their way to contact our pharmacy and get the prescription transferred and filled promptly. Very impressive service!!

made an appointment online to get a flu shot here. still had to wait 40 minutes because the pharmacy techs could not figure out how to process our info, which I had already entered when I made the appointment online. what I thought would be a quick and easy errand was actually a nightmare of incompetence.

I went in this morning because I needed to grab a dash mount for my phone. The two guys working checked if they had it in stock for me and when they didn’t, they recommended a place where I could go. It was above and beyond! Thank you guys!

Sad. Worthless. They are unable to fill a simple prescription for my sons inhailer because they are saying the directions are too confusing. Don't go here. Been on phone for ever. Still nobody picking up. Save yourself the heart ache and just go anywhere else
