I went in for something for my kitties which I didn't see on the shelves. I asked the clerk and he went and grabbed a box for me explaining they they keep it off the floor because use of theft. Sad what people do. Anyway he was friendly and knowledgeable about various cat foods. I appreciated his insight.

Woof! This is a dog's review of Petfood Express in Novato, and I must say it's pawsitively awesome for a pup like me who doesn't initially like being washed. Let me compare it to the one in Richmond, where I used to go before switching to Novato.So, about the Richmond location, it used to be my go-to spot for baths. Unfortunately, I had to stop going there because it had some issues. First, they never seemed to have enough shampoo, and cleanliness is a big deal for us dogs. I mean, who wants to be stuck in a bath with not enough suds, right? Also, the water collars were constantly missing because people kept taking them, which made my bath time a bit chaotic.Now, onto Novato! I love going there for several reasons. First of all, they've got excellent water pressure – the perfect balance for a dog who wants a thorough clean without feeling overwhelmed. The amount of suds they provide is just right, making me feel fresh and clean.But the real treat (literally) is the free treats they offer. Who doesn't love a tasty snack after a bath? It's like a reward for being a good dog during the wash! Plus, Novato has plenty of water collars available to borrow, so I don't have to worry about missing equipment.The staff at Petfood Express in Novato is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They make me feel like a VIP, and that's not all! They even offer VIP vet services on certain days. It's like a one-stop-shop for all my pet needs.In conclusion, Novato's Petfood Express is my new favorite place for baths and pet supplies. It's clean, well-stocked, and the staff is wonderful. Richmond's location may have been convenient, but Novato offers an overall superior experience for a dog like me who wants a hassle-free and enjoyable bath day.

Another Pet Food Express by a Safeway. Although they seem to always be out of the Nulo Chicken Jerky, an excellent clean-to-handle bark-calming treat, their service is very accommodating in “weird” circumstances. Also the elevated dog scales is comforting for my dog.

I love this place because I can easily get things for my cats. Their employees are very nice, and I like their safety precautions. They offer a very wide variety of toys, litter, bowls, shampoo, and many other things. If you are going out please remember to wear a mask correctly, and please social distance. Stay safe!

The manager is so friendly and helpful. All the staff are knowledgeable and kind. They make my little Zelda feel like she's the only dog in the world every time she enters. Great quality products here.

They are so helpful, my little guy having food issues and they take the time to go over food option and the benefits of each one. Also explaining how to do the transition. We also had order online couple weeks into the stay home orders, and not only they send the order very fast, but they give to us for free a hand sanitizer. It is very nice from them to do this on this crazy times.

These guys are the best. Employees know their business. Good animal advocates and they offer Vet clinics on Sundays for inexpensive shots for your pets. Oh and good facilities to groom your dog.

Staff was great. I called ahead from Petco to make sure what I needed was in stock and it was. Upon checkout the staff gave me helpful advice for treating a sick cat. Parking lot is very busy but the store is worth it.

Love this place wash my dog here once a month. Needed to wash my dog the other day before leaving out of town and got there 9 minutes before closing and when I walked in I ask the young girl if I'm still able to wash my dog and she said ofcourse. So glad I was able to get him washed before I left.

A great place for finding different foods for cats, dogs. I only have cats and a dog so I don't want to misquote other foods for other animals. Full-time, long-term Staff 5*s (I.e., Karyn, & others) very knowledgeable in different foods, resources. Trust this store. Customer service excellent.
