They were nice and had everything I needed. I just wish the green fuzzy soccer balls didn't need so much water-soaking time and such a long difficult heavy hang-dry time in order to clean a out one short hold of dog saliva - although my precious dog loves it - which I have to hide it to avoid such a wash process.

I aways have a good experience with ya'll. But yesterday when my Lil granddaughter & I came in to wash Nelson〰️Brian helped us AND he was so pleasant & helpful, easy to talk to, kind. I can't say enough how great he was. I was so at ease with him. Calmed me to where I could remember (cuz I'm old lol) that I asked him, before we left "oh I've been looking for this dog food . . ." He immediately led me + helped me pick it out & helped us to our truck to load it! I'm still thinking how sweet 😋

Excellent pet store. Amazing variety of food, treats, toys, pet clothes…And all of a good quality, not easy finding minimum dog food normally, here it is And my dogs love love the freeze dried bones and duck necks.

The staff at Pet Food Express is knowledgeable, friendly and dog oriented. My dog is blind but enters the store with confidence because staff members make him comfortable by greeting him. The quality of the products at Pet Food Express is excellent. Dog washing was a good experience on a hot day. I am confident when I buy something a product at Pet Food Express. I highly recommend Pet Food Express.

Their “pet experts” are kind, courteous and know all of their products front-to-back. So grateful for the employees who helped me this morning when I was (unfortunately) in a big rush. One of them sought me out to see if I needed help, and I really did! She gave me the best information so I could make the best decision for my kitty. So grateful because I was totally lost, literally as it was my first time to the store and figuratively trying to pick out the best kitten food. My cat had been having skin inflammation issues and the vet didn’t know what was going on- I went to this place and they recommended trying food with anti inflammatory ingredients- they really seem to genuinely care about animals and even helped me to work within my limited budget. No trying to upsell or steer me toward the most expensive items! And my cats skin inflammation seems to be getting better! Thank you!!!

Organized store. Products primarily for dogs and cats, but a few other pet products were tucked away. I was greeted professionally upon entering the store and personally assorted to the area to find what I was looking for, not just pointed toward an aisle. The clerk even offered suggestions and provided information re: the return policy if the product did not work for me or my pet. Overall, a positive experience. 👍

If you have a pet, love it, and like me spoil it this is a store for you. They have just about everything you need to take care of and pamper your pet. They have toys, food, flea controls, leashes, collars, treats for dogs, cats birds and others. The staff is very friendly and helpful towards you and your pet. Pets welcome to visit. A side note there's a bathing area for your pet.

Nice selection, but so expensive! Hard to believe they care about the animals when they make high quality foods unattainable for the average Joe(sephine). Perhaps I am biased because I once interviewed for a job with them and the store manager was persistently intrusive and insulting. But that was the Terra Linda store, so don't let that keep you away if you can afford to shop here!

My card was not working, and since they dont accept AMEX I was just going to go to Safeway. The clerk gave me the bag for free until I could pay him back-BECAUSE HE DIDNT WANT MY DOG TO BE HUNGRY OR EAT CRAP FOOD. Now its pay day, and I am going there to buy my dog everything I can think of. Amazing store. Amazing people working there.
