I’ve waited for Sprouts to come to Norwalk, for what seems like an eternity. I was tired of driving to other cities for groceries. The grand-opening was an EVENT. I felt very welcomed and the store had all the great Sprouts alternative products and fresh high quality produce. I especially love the artisan bread section, bulk items and mushroom varieties. The store was very well organized, clean with the good value prices you expect at Sprouts. I’m excited about a self check out and curbside pick-up. I’ve visited daily—DAY #3! Going today to get some fresh berries for a business event tomorrow. 🍓 Thank you for setting up shop here in my neighborhood. 🤩🌈

I had a very pleasant experience there. I used to go to Sprouts in San Diego and this store is just as nice. Very clean, good variety of products and a great selection of produce.

Great store love sprouts . So my experience from the Grand opening was good . They had 20 % first purchase which is great and helpful in these time . Store parking lot was clean not too well lit up but good . Inside store was organized and clean and they have a lot of employees. Great deals as well , the 1 employee I talk to was too sure if where things were , which is expected being the grand opening, but he was helpful to find the hot chocolate that I needed. So far I am excited for this being in Norwalk . It's been about a couple weeks still pretty clean everything's organized fresh produce good selection of meat still satisfied this is a 3 week update.

I went in today to get a sandwich and some sushi. As I was filling out the forms for four sandwiches the lady comes to take 3 of the unfinished forms. I had told her I was not yet finished and she said "oh my god" and turned around with an attitude. I asked if there was any issues or problems & she turned around and said "haha I don't know how I am going to make 4 sandwiches." The "oh my god" was very unnecessary and unprofessional. I love this store never had a bad experience prior.

Came in yesterday for groceries and when I got home to eat I realized I was sold peanuts that had a best by date of 6/23. I called last night and spoke to a manager and was told by Jade that I can come and fo an exchange. So I came in tonight around six and tried looking for a bag that was fresh and couldn't find one so I just went to the cashier. She said I needed the card I paid with and an i.d I had that and the receipt and was told I'd be given cash or returned to the card. I got a gift card. I totally felt hustled. Who wants to shop at a pace that doesn't check the best by dates? I gave a warning last night and they had all day to fix it. I didn't want to take pictures and be petty but they know it's the truth. They disappointed me.

I love Sprouts and shop there consistently, which many households cannot do, given the current state of the economy. I visited the newest location in Norwalk, CA today (I usually shop near home (OC/Riverside County). I stopped in to grab last minute lunch for myself and my son, spent over $75 and asked the manager (she appeared to be) if she would honor my $5off coupon from one of my previous shops. She quickly gauged me (looked me up and down) and replied, "NO".I will add, my 1st experience here, a couple of weeks ago, was pleasant. The early morning crew are helpful and welcoming! But management is in this neighborhood will treat people poorly. Same Sprout prices, with zero accommodations. I am a 20+ year vet in the retail and food service industry, so I am fully aware of what exceptions, can and cannot be made. Especially in this economy, the exception should have been made. Customer Service is key during this time. Recommendation, go shop somewhere where you are appreciated as a customer.Visit: 1/31/2024 @9:30am

I love this place because there isn't much crowd. The quality of the meat is good. I bought a whole chicken, and they cut it for me. The overall experience was awesome.

New Location in Norwalk!!I am blown away by the amount of products at the location. Lots of parking! i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Everything was fresh and decently priced. Looks like the city of norwalk is going to take good care of this store!

Nice & spacious with a great variety of fresh fruit, veggies & bake goods. Came to get healthy snacks & electrolyte powder. Helpful staff pointed me where to find them. Good options available in brands & flavors. Also, I found Beets in powder to mix with water. Iron pills sre too strong for me.

The new local Sprouts is an awesome grocery store! Very clean and always organized very well. Every worker is very helpful too!Always appreciate the deli workers that go above and beyond to get people the food they want!And be sure to look out for manager’s specials cuz they really do have special deals!!! 😎🔥

First time to ever step foot into a Sprouts. Love it! Everything is easily accessible. The meats look perfectly butchered. The fruits and vegetables are fresh. The prices are reasonable considering how hipster these type of places are. The staff was very friendly.

By FAR the best Sprouts I've EVER been to. The people make the best shopping experience. Only flaw is they don't sell Gardein frozen products. As a vegan I just wish there was a better selection of vegan frozen meals. Other than that, I LOVE ❤️ this store.

So happy to now have a location close by. Great place for your organic produce. Love that they now carry grassfed options for meats and raw milk/ dairy products. Staff is friendly and seems to be well stocked.

Since when did they remove the boars sandwiches? I was there last week and I only paid 7 dollars for it and now I paid 11 cause the guy said they don’t make them anymore but he was able to make it with the Ingredients they have in store. So im not sure what why I was charged more?Also they need to have someone restock the chicken section more often. It’s been like 2 times that I have gone and they don’t have any tenderloins in the fridge. Luckily the attendant at the meat department went to check if they had some in the back, which they did, but I wish they would just put the meat out more often!!

Had an awesome experience shopping at this Sprouts location on the day it opened, and it's very close to my house which is very nice! Everything was clean, and there was an awesome vibe in this place just like the other Sprouts Farmers Markets I've been to. Very packed full of people, my family and I got some groceries, and we got the 20% discount! 10/10 would come again.

Never had a Sprouts experience quite like this. Every Sprouts store I visit, routinely head straight to order a sandwich, so by the time I’m done shopping I can pick up a sandwich. Yesterday, my experience at this Sprouts differed. Upon writing down what I’d like the deli clerk what I’d like, I hear belligerent remarks addressed to a employee from another employee (one whom I assume is in charge). She appeared to be a blondish hair ma’am, stating very loudly to another blondish girl her displeasure in such a rude manner that many workers and every shopper couldn’t help but notice. Something about a reset? I don’t know. I just wanted to get my sandwich and leave. Everyone became uncomfortable. Was going to stop by again today until I remembered that.

I’m so happy with the new Sprouts in my neighborhood. I’ve already been there a couple of times and the experience is always wonderful . All the staff is friendly and I’ve met Josh the manager who is such a doll. He’s very helpful and knows his products! It feels great walking in to a very clean and organized store, need I say all the great quality products they offer?! Thank you for a remarkable experience!!

New Sprouts popped up in Norwalk. Little bit of an odd place as it’s the only store within a few blocks and very close to Cerritos College.The store is brand new, very roomy with the usual deli portion to get sandwiches or sliced meat/cheeses.Fruits and nuts section was well placed and plenty of selections to choose from.We spent more time here than the regular Sprouts by our house.Definitely plan on returning to this place as it’s just a nicer newer store than the one 1 mile or so closer to us

I am so thrilled there is a sprouts near by, but so disappointed with my experience. I will start on a high note by saying that Adrian was extremely helpful and very sweet. Cynthia was very kind, helpful, and informative. I asked both of them questions and they went above and beyond to help me, even though they looked busy!!! However, I had a terrible experience with Josh who seems like a manager and it’s sad to see that people like Josh have any type of leadership jobs, not everyone is meant to hold positions like that. I was waiting in line and I’ve never been looked at with so much judgement, just his demeanor is off putting. I was even hesitant to check out myself with him being there, the cashiers seemed to be a lot nicer! I went to self check out and had an issue, he saw that and begrudgingly came to help, didn’t say a word to me just went to his screen typed something and looked away. No “one second I’ll fix it from here”, no acknowledgement. Nothing. Just a glare and an unprovoked attitude. I had a question and just by that short “interaction” I decided not to even bother asking. Customer service is the job and how can you be in customer service and not even be able to greet a customer and in the least smile!!! Terrible experience!! I will do my best to stay out of his way! Sprouts hire better management, you’re a great company don’t let people like this drag you down because by that attitude I’m sure I’m not the only customer he’ll be turning away.

I had an amazing experience at this Sprouts, I went specifically to buy some meat for dinner and honestly I had the best customer services from this young lady name Massy. Not just that, she went out of her way to specifically cut me the best ribeyes I could ask for. She was very helpful with recommendations, she also convinced me to buy some Jamaican Jerk chicken wings and honestly my family loved them hands down. Definitely one of my best experiences at a grocery store.

I used to go grocery shopping at Costco in Norwalk but now I come here a few times a week. Joshua (blue shirt, maybe a manager?) is helpful and friendly. Amanda the cashier is really nice and checks out quickly and is fun to interact with. The store is clean and I used to work retail so I appreciate the nice facing on the aisles and how well stocked it is.

Store manager Josh makes shopping at this location feel like shopping at a lovely small town market. He greets us customers with a smile and is always walking around the store checking on customers and ready to help. I also overhead another old lady tell him that he made her day. We have switched all our grocery shopping happily to this location.

I didn't know I could be so disappointment in a market like this. Everything I wanted seemed out of stock, the meat, mostly out of stock, the fruits I wanted, not there. Whats going on?I tried asking for some help but Yolie was the most unhelpful and downright rude person I've met! Completely unhelpful and talking to me with as if I'm a child that doesn't understand how stores work. Will not come here again.

Customer service as gross as the store! Asked "Yoli" for assistance and she outright ignored me! WORST experience I've had at a Sprouts and definitely won't be coming back if they keep hiring managers as lackluster as Yoli!
