Great place for great deals. They carry the large family size packages that you find in Costco without the membership fees and long lines. It never disappoints. Still a great place to shop!!

Recently visited this location for the first time on New Year’s Eve. It’s not very big but they layout is well organized and the employees are helpful. Great stock of items including beer. Hard liquor is only accessed by staff so you have to know what you want in advance as the display is out of view. The nearby Food 4 Less closed down so this store is a great alternative - especially for bulk items.

Thank you smart and final for letting seniors shop earlier than the rest. There was already a line when I got to your store at Norwalk but was allowed to get in earlier. We really appreciate the extra effort your staff showed to open your store earlier for the seniors. Your staff was very helpful and friendly. Kudos to all of you. Great job!

I like this smart and final no crowds after 8 pm... Its safe for shopping durring this pandemic. Parking lot can be a little bit Shady. Staff is really nice are have excellent customer service. If it's small Smart & Final

I can buy bulk candyMy children love the candy.It's convenient and quick, right now the store is taking extra special care of its customers by making the line (in which you wait tho purchase your order) to where it's social distance friendly. I see many employees in the isles straightening, wiping down shelves, counters etc...It looks neat inside the store as well as friendly employees!👍 Good job all who work for SMART & FINAL!

Staff as always cordial. It's great to see that Rudy, the manager was at the door greeting buyers and advising us of what is not available as you stand in line to go in. Glad to see they only allowed 4 people at a time for their safety and ours. Great job!!

Small but has everything and more that I'm looking for. Close to home. Great alternative to Costco. Plus, the local Food 4 Less just closed down.. So, this is the new spot to go to.

My experience at the Norwalk Smart & Final store was great 👍. Found what I came to purchase and my favorite frozen burritos were on sale for a good price! The cashier was very polite and professional too!

I usually can find what I want for a quick trip. Some of the things I regularly buy are hit and miss. Main complaint is that they wait way too long to call up another cashier. Sometimes there are 6-7 people waiting with one oine open.

VERY VERY RUDE PEOPLE! ESPECIALLY THE MANAGER RUDY.... RUDEST MANAGER I HAVE EVER MET! WOW RUDY THAT NAME SUITS YOU WELL! Tried returning 2 items with receipts and it clearly shows the items are there and they refused to return the item! TOMMY ON THE OTHER HAND WAS ALSO VERY VERY RUDE! NEVER AGAIN!

B it's very bad I don't like it because I always go to tha smart and final and I never find anything I don't have a car and I come in the bus for nothing I never coming back to tha my final I asked one of the workers to see if they had some more stuff and they told me no is no more he don't ask oh go to see badbad bad☹️😬☹️

Clean and not crowded. I like the way they set up the line to pay. It is labeled and it has the screen that tells you which lane to go.
