Yes I always have a pleasant experience when I go to Rite aide. They always have what I need even my kitten's favorite food (other places I go almost never won't have it)! I agree with Kathleen Sotello about the thrifty ice cream. It does bring back memories of my cousin & I & the little ones going to the local Rite Aide to get Double scoops at least! Plus The customer service is right on point even going the extra mile. Greatly appreciated!❣️

In need of Passport pictures , I called before going and they confirmed they offered the service. I drove to them and once I walked in and asked for passport pictures they said the machine was not working.Totally waste of time, which is why I called ahead of time. She did send me to CVS , “the machine always works there”If it’s ice cream, go here. Not passport pictures.

Very unpleasant experience today. I was waiting online and an Amazon worker came to ask for the restroom but the cashier told her they were close. After she left the cashier made a very unpleasant and disgusting comment saying that everyone at Amazon has the the Covid. I work at Amazon and hearing him saying that was horrible and felt harassed. During this situation these comments are not necessary and very childish.

They always have any item I need. And the place is always so well organized. Its always neat and fully stocked. Just bought Tylenol for my daughter. And they have many choices. I like that. Employees are nice Amd friendly.

This pharmacy sucks first of all when they they hand u the medication they just give it to you with no explanation or asking the customers if we have any questions on medication like cvs pharmacy do. then i called them to asked about how to use this other medication and the lady hang up when i asked her to please hold while i was figuring the name of the Medication after i got back in hold of her (5 min) waiting on the phone she kind of explain but then i was about to asked her another question of the same medication she hang up the phone with out giving me the time for the next question how rude

their western union service has restrictions not listed on the website nor aware to western union representative. They simply make up the policy and deny the service to customers whenever they chose not to. By far this place is worst of any retail shopping place and the manager name James simply refuse to help the customer with issues. Never shop here.

Everytime my boyfriend goes to this Rite Aid, there is always an issue with getting ice cream! The first time they were all out of cookies & cream (which is understandable being that that is a popular ice cream & it's summer) but this time they just straight out said they weren't selling ice cream...WTH...now we have to drive 5 miles for ice cream smh...This Rite Aid seriously needs a management intervention! Ugh!

This Rite Aid is alwats clean and organized. It is well staffed. The pharmacy is great, better than CVS, Walgreens and the hospital one I also tried. They have my meds right away. Just today I came in from urgent care. Both ok my kids have strept throat. They close at 10 i show up at 930pm and the Pharmacist not only took my script but asked me to wait so they xan start asap. I went to walgreens before rite aid because it was across the street from the urgent care they were like uh no too late ... aside from this, i buy all me seasonal decor from here, great deals.

One person checking out like 3 or 4 different people. So transactions were fast i would say, but very impersonal. Also very limited stock of a lot of items.
