I know that a lot of people are picky and high maintenance and they would never bring their dog here but you know what I am really glad I did. He came back so clean and I was scared. I won’t lie. This was my first time dropping him off and he came back perfectly fine he even got a little scarf around his neck. He didn’t seem scared at all and I even saw other dogs. They’re getting groomed in the front and I like how they do call you right away once the dog is ready. I’m definitely going back.

I have called almost every groomer in Norwalk, Downey, bellflower and Lakewood and all told me they won’t take my senior dog because of the risk. I use to take him to Ana’s grooming on Firestone but he would always come back shaking and with cuts. This place is great, the lady is very nice and my dog is never shaking when I pick him up. I also like how they groom in the front not in the back where you can’t see. I will be coming back. 10/10

This place is awful!!!! IT MUST BE REPORTED TO THE POLICE,they abuse the poor dogs and they come back scared.I recommend Puppy Luv Pet Grooming rather than this monstrosity.They hit the dogs right in front of you, it's just awful to watch. If I could I would fight the person who runs this awful place.I hope someone sees this and reports it to the police. My dog Rocky went here and we decided to never ever in forever come back to this establishment that can be considered a slaughter house for pets. I'm very sorry for anyone who decided to take their pets here.

This is the worst place you can take your dog. They treat the dogs really bad they are to aggressive with the animal. And there English is so bad they hit the dogs. They have no respect for the animal at all. My first time coming and last

I just stop by to ask for the services, and walked out after seen this lady abusing the poor dog. For sure I am not bringing my dog to this place. You can hear the dogs crying around the shopping center. Is that loud and bad!!! 😡😡😡😡

I have also been there and I wanted to take my pet but when I heard the dogs crying I was not crazy and this is just a few blocks away. Please, community, you have to report any suspicion of abuse to the corresponding authorities.
