My little baby was so matted and needed grooming badly but every place I went to was super expensive but this spot did an amazing job!! No hematoma’s, no cuts and cleaned him up wonderfully. They really care about the animals and take their time to provide detailed attention to each one at a incredibly affordable price. Thank you for taking care of my baby 🙏

They are very quick (a speedy groom is definitely speedy, took less than an hour) and make sure to accommodate my dogs specific needs. My 13 year old shih tzu is a rescue and has some fear-based aggression when it comes to grooming especially because he has endured facial injuries from a dog bite and abuse from his previous owner. They did such an amazing job taking care of him considering he has a tendency to try to bite with anything near his face, and were so understanding, making sure to make it a comfortable experience for us as much as possible. Thank you to the awesome groomers here! He looks and smells so good!

Amazing groomers! You can tell they care so much about every dog. Our little Nova smells and looks amazing! And they even gave us a discount for rescuing her recently from the shelter. We will definitely be coming here every time we need dog grooming!

I’ve been coming here for years and it’s been great! The reason I am giving 1 star is because I made an appointment for my 2 dogs, I brought them in and they told me to reschedule because my normal groomer was not working that day and the groomer that was there wasn’t very good. So I said ok no problem. I was happy they were being honest and not just trying to take my money. So I schedule my dogs for the next day at 2:15. The next day(mind you I have taken time off of work for both days) I bring my dogs in and immediately the girl at the front desk with attitude says “uh it’s going to cost you $5 for a late fee” and I’m like what are you talking about my appointment is at 2:15. So I end up talking to the manager or whatever they are and they say the same thing and the girl who scheduled me the day before is in the background saying “I scheduled you for 12:15” That girl said the appointment was for 2:15. Anyway, Morale of the story is this place has liars that work here who try to nickel and dime you on top of their already ridiculous grooming prices. Such a shame, I really liked this place, but this is unacceptable especially for a repeat customer for about 5 years

I have been taking my dog here for 5 years and have never had an issue until now. I scheduled an appointment for my dog and was advised after booking it that I needed to reschedule as my dog is aggressive and his groomer was not available the day I picked. I went ahead and rescheduled on a date that there was availability only to receive a call 2 days later stating that they needed to cancel my appointment for my dog and my brothers dog and would no longer be taking either dog moving forward because the groomer didn’t want to work with my dog. I was very upset that the owner did not have the decency to call me herself but rather had someone call who didn’t know any details. Instead of speaking to me during my last visit in person they decided to cancel both dogs with no explanation for not taking the second dog, even though my brothers dog is very calm and only gets a bath. I tried speaking to the owner as well but she hasn’t been taking my calls. I would have hoped they would at least have had the decency to talk to me about it first.

If I could do zero stars I would. I got call to tell me my dog was trying to bite them so only a bath was done. My dog is anxious and it does take a lot to groom him and I’ve been here several times never had an issue. If anything they charge me more because they have to take extra time with him which I don’t mind because I know my dog can be a lot and I always tip 10 dollar to the groomer because I know my dog get scared easily and understand the time it takes to groom him. Whoever picked up my dog not sure if they even washed him right he smelled like wet dog the bath wasn’t worth 45. They asked if I wanted to bring him back and I’m thinking to myself why would I? If you couldn’t do it this time what makes me think you can do it the next time. Not sure the usual groomers weren’t there today but to the girl who groomed him consider taking more courses how to approach a dog for grooming dogs that are anxious you might need more experience.

Best groomers ever! Kat the owner is very dedicated to her clients. She makes sure to know each by name. She has a very special place in her heart for all our furry family. The shop is made up of wonderful people who are dedicated to our pets like we are. They have an array of food, treats, clothes and other basics. Kat is very helpful to the community in other ways besides grooming services. She helps reunite lost pets to owners and has a mobile clinic that comes to the shop. She is very helpful and informative with any questions we can have regarding our furry friends. My baby Lovey gets excited everytime I mention that we going to see Kat. She knows she is going to the groomers and is overwhelmed with joy when we get there. Would never take my Lovey anywhere else.

I take my porter every few months when hes super shaggy and they always takes care of him. Hes so happy to see the girls even though nervous about leaving me. They give first time customers a discount for rescue animals.Over all 10/10 cut (hes so cute)10/10 great customer satisfaction and service.

Showed up for our appointment, door was locked, dogs were being groomed in the back. It was raining and cold at the same time, and my dog was shivering so I called multiple times and went around back and knocked on that door also and ask for someone, no response, went back to the front and called a couple more times and knocked, finally someone came to the door and said we had to reschedule our appointment due to employees getting covid.I can understand that, but when people revolve their whole day around this service, a little heads up would be fantastic. I rarely leave reviews but this was a shock to me as a business owner, I could never be so careless with a customers time.

They open at 10:00 am my appointment was at 11:15, they had my pet shih tzu dog from 11:00am to 3:15 pm and they still had not started to groom him. They said there were 5 dogs ahead of me, how can u schedule 5 dogs in an hour and 15 minutes? They had my dog OVER 4 HOURS and they still had the nerve to charge $35 for a bath!! Will never go back again!!!

Service is always great. I have 60# Goldendoodle and 55# golden retriever and they looked and smelled so great. They had a bath, ear cleaning, coat trim, and nails were trimmed too; the Golden retriever gets the deshedding trim and it helps quite a bit. Kat is attentive kind and we will be back.

I took my stinky dog in today, when I picked him up he smelled amazing and felt soft! Earlier I paid for something I thought my dog needed and was told afterwards by the staff he did not. So they refunded me the money, honesty goes a long way.I love this place.

Took my 2 dogs for the 1st time today, since they're usual groomer is closed on Sundays, the lady did such an amazing job and it was even cheaper then the place I normally take them. This will definitely be my new go to groomer. (I have a husky and a shiba mix)

Love taking my dog here they take there time and are patient with her ..... she comes back and all the other dogs look at her when we go for walks! Lol this place is good and staff is really nice ... been here for 3-4 months I wait a while to give reviews because i like to get to know the place first. So far so good

I have a pitbull. Many groomers turned us away. Kat made us feel comfortable. She treated Pebbles with l🐾ve. I did not worry about leaving her in Kats hands. Her team was awesome.

Francisco is the best groomer there! Customer service is amazing, you can tell they really care about the dogs and they even offer food for homeless dogs. They sell dog clothes, food, treats and more!
