Great place to for DIY'rs and professionals.do not go late afternoon, the stuff is reduced too the minimum. And not helpful. I ask a person for an item and turn around and mumble something i could not understand. Then another one and the same just randomly send me to an isle, that did not had what i needed Then I ask to speak to a manager then the same person said "i am him" However in the morning day/night difference. The stuff member even left their post to take me to where what i needed was. Bottom line good place just go mornings

Love Lowes I call it the clean high-end home improvement store! Worked all 3 major companies, Home Depot, Lowes, Orchard, enjoyed all 3, had fun w workers, customers and locations. Definitely would work at this location and serve Customers up with my Glowing Customer Service

Purchased an in stock washer & dryer. Paid to have it delivered. Given a 12 hour window only to have it NOT delivered. Lowes employees have no answer. Delivery company says it was canceled . We can't get any answers. Lowes, you are incompetent. Where is my $2,500 washer & dryer? I am so upset.Update: they found it, delivered it, but didn't install it because the delivery people were lazy. They lied & said that Lowes sent the wrong connectors. I had to make another trip to lowes, where they said it was the correct connectors. It has been 6 days since we purchased the appliances and they are not installed. We complained to the store, the delivery company, & customer service. No one will help us. They just pass the buck. Look how Lowes commented on this review, PRETENDING that they care. They just want to look good. Lowes is a terrible customer experience. Shop at Home Depot.

I purchased a trash can here a month ago. Im using it to hold my dogs discards. The lid got chewed up, came in to buy a new lid and was told by the manager Nancy I have to buy an entire new bin , she also informed me she had extra but they just threw them in the trash today so they only have enough for every bin. Why throw the extra away when people might need more? Obviously she was lieing and simply didn't want to help me out. Very unfortunate to have someone like that in management.

I would give zero rating if possible. Ordered carpet on July 4, 2023. Still have NOT had the correct carpet installed. Check each week, some says they will check and call back. NO call back. Going on 4 months.

One star for Lowes at Camanita and 5 Frwy ,La Mirada, Ca. This was because I spent my afternoon and evening traveling to 3 different locations to warranty Some Craftsman tools. Never had an issue with the first 2 locations although they both didn't have some of the exchanges, I was told to go to this one and they would help me with the last tool that they did have, Only to be told they wouldn't exchange it. Not only was this not fair for me to be on a wild chase, this could all have been done at one location If they would replenish their stock . Everything is a mess in the sockets tools drawers at the first 2 locations. The last one was by far the neatest and Well stocked but they wouldn't help me. Spoke to "so called Managers" and neither one would help me. As a handicapped and old man I ended up buying the Socket I needed just so I wouldn't have to go back their again. I've been screwed by Lowe's in the past so it doesn't surprise me the way they operate. Shame on Lowe's!

Went in on a early Saturday morning not having a clue. Rachelle was the best. She helped me out with Leo's advice in the gardening department. Walked me through every step of the way. The cashier was nice as well, deseree..? Nice young lady.

Terrible experience with purchasing washer and dryer. Upon delivery the dryer was broken, you have to purchase another one if you want them to exchange it. So once I purchased another dryer to have it exchanged. The personal showed up and removed the broken dryer and then brought it right back into the house. The unit worked with out making a noise, with in 20min it begin making the original grinding noise. Extremely disappointed, what’s the purpose of purchasing a new one if they don’t exchange, or don’t make you aware they didn’t change it out, shady business.

This place has some of the worst employees around. I asked them a question and was told "it's not my department" and they just walked away. This happened 3 times!!! I don't care what their prices are, I will not set foot in that store again.....and the ONLY reason that I gave them 1star was because ZERO WAS NOT AN OPTION!

Very busy off the freeway. They need more workers. Bought paint here, and they had same paint as another Lowes, no problem. Home center for home owners, not like the “Depot”.Plenty of parking and easy off ramp from freeway.

If I can give zero stars I would. I purchased a washer two years ago and bought the five year protection plan thinking it was a good deal. My washer stopped working and it was a hassle to even have someone come check it out I was rescheduled twice by the authorized company. Then I come to find out it takes them about a week or two to even get the part that I need and they have no rush service or any sort of help to be out of a washer for three weeks is ridiculous. How do they expect this to be a convenient way of having my washer repaired if it’s giving me more of a headache to have to deal with the warranty and not have someone directly talk to me and let me know what is going on. Do not buy the protection plans they are not worth the hassle

1/13/2021 = 2 Star = We got good deal today and we had nice costumer service today add 1 more star .3/18/20 = 1 star = Sorry to give 1 star in the store , we visit appliances to buy freezer , they said on the wesite that they carry the item , but the sales person said their out of stock and i believe him , when we ask him if he can able yo check other store if they have in stock , he still say that all location is out of stock . He didn't even try to check it .

UPDATE 1/21/24: Credit to the employee in the paint department today. She helped me try to match a color from the internet, going back twice to remix until it looked good. She did it all with a smile. Very friendly.UPDATE 8/25/23: Been here three times this month. All three times I got great service from the lumber department. Also, I appreciated the help getting sand bags last week. Employees even offered to help me fill them. 👍🏻UPDATE 4/7/23: Shout out to Chad, who found me a Kobalt 40V battery. He was friendly and helpful. This was the kind of service I had come to expect from Lowes. In the garden department, an employee price checked the mulch for me since it was marked at $3.98 but was on sale for $2/bag. Way to go.UPDATE 11/23/22: This was the first time I had poor service at Lowes. I was looking for a particular item that the website showed was in stock. It wasn't on the floor. I asked two different employees, and they basically said, "You can't trust that." One just walked away. I had to practically beg the other one to get a ladder and check the overstock, which he did, but there was no willingness to help. I was clearly a bother, and I've never felt like that at Lowes before.INITIAL REVIEW: I've had really great service at this Lowe's, both in the carpet & flooring and at the registers. I really like the Kobalt tool brand, and I appreciate the warranty. Their employees are usually helpful enough. Love the 5% off everything with their card. Keep up the good work!

This is a massive Lowes, huge, but I typically go there for... salt pellets for my water softener. Where do they keep them? In the exit after the checkout. Dumbest place ever. The layout of the store needs a redo, light bulbs should be where lights are, nothing should be past the exit except advertising of services. It might also be wise to move the pick up lockers to the exit side. Either way they make you walk through a portion of the store for a pick-up? Just a couple suggestions. Most of the time I go to Home Depot because the layout makes sense. Pick up lockers are outside, no need to go into the store at all.

Nice store. Well stocked. Friendly staff.They give Veteran's a 10% discount and have special designated parking for Veterans. My only criticism was the mens bathroom was dirty. I mentioned it to the cashier and she said they would get someone right away to ckean it.

I went to lowe’s to fine tile for the bathroom and bedroom Erika help me with everything and spend time with me she did pick best tile best vanity and tile for the bedroom she really help me I will go all the time to lowe’s and ask for Erika if you want good customer service, went to Lowe’s Different day IGNACIO help me I was short with tile he went and get it for me he was so helpful and put it in my van I will Always go to Lowe’s thank you Ignacio for your help .also I went today and LISA she was happy to see me again she thanks me that I am coming to Lowe’s all the time almost all know me IGNACIO went and Choose the light for the bathroom and bedroom Guadalupe the Cashier she smiles I love her smile I finished remodelled my bathroom next week I will start with my second bathroom I am sure I will go to get everything from lowe’s no more Home Depot thanks 🙏

Lazy personal working here, and what's worst managers know it. Pressed the help button 3 times nobody came for help no wonder people shop at other places. It seems like employees can't care less about keeping a job in times of pandemic and they let you know what kind of people they're hiring. I guess they're expecting another hand out from government.

I am the project manager for Arbor Enterprise Tree Service in Whittier california, Lowe's has plenty of supplies for my chainsaws, bar oil and chains. They are always very well stocked.
