We loved our visit here, the Vet and nurses were amazing. They all took time to help Rocket and helped us identify the issue with him . Prices were great and we didn’t have any issues after, Rocket was better after he took meds . Parking was great .

I have 2 dogs and a cat, I take them to JH hospital for all their medical needs. My cat, Prince, almost died recently with Feline infectious Anemia and Liver failure. He was admitted JH hospital for few days.. Dr David and the staff at JH hospital took provided excellent care and my cat came back to normal life. I am so grateful for the entire team at JH hospital for saving Prince!!

The pulled seven of my dog’s teeth without informing me. They told me I signed a document authorizing them to do so. They couldn’t find it because they never had me sign such a document. Which makes sense because they never told me that they would pull that many teeth without a phone call. I switch vets and now they refuse to email me my dog’s records. Every time I call them, I provide my email and I am told it will be emailed tomorrow. Now I call them at 2:20pm and I keep receiving a message that they are on lunch break from 1-2. I’ll update my ratings if I ever get my pet’s extensive vaccination records. Until then, they appear either vindictive or poorly managed, either way, one star.Update: I called and a male answered the phone. He immediately sent me the records. I updated my rating to three stars.

First time here and I really liked the care the vet had for my pup. I didn't feel pressured or embarrassed when I wasn't able to do all the recommended treatments. Instead I felt like they understood that vet care can get pricey and were helpful in understanding what treatments would be the most important to focus on first. Hoping to save up the money to get my pup the care he needs.

This vet tried to do a bate and switch on the price. I agreed to some services which I signed for $351.00 after I signed it then the tech had another estimate underneath with additional services that I didn’t want done for $541.00 & when I wouldn’t agree to the additional services they said they wouldn’t do anything at all and was going to charge me $45.00 and the vet never even examined my pet or took her out of the carrier. Then when I wanted the invoice shredded the tech tore off my signature only. I was furious and took all the invoices with me. Be careful this place only wants money not quality of care for your pet.

Great place!! I have been coming here for many years and he has been great taking care of our 3 dogs. One passed away but other 2 is going strong. Dr. Kim is great doctor n great person. Hope he will stay where he is at for long time to come.

Very hospitable and caring staff. Brought our two dogs who were very nervous and peeing everywhere. They were very understanding, accommodating and professional. I highly recommend this place. Two thumbs up!

I've been coming here for quite sometime and i noticed the first time, that there customer service is poor and there attitude stinks, there very rude and are not organized at all! the worst animal hospital I've ever been too and I've been to a lot of animal hospitals and this one is by far the worst. Pulling on my dog and being very aggressive then when I questioned the veterinarians treatment he started to belittle me when all I was trying to do was understand why this treatment is the route he wanted to take with my dog. Overall I say this place has poor communication skills, not professional, and no customer connectionplease do not bring your animal here.That Doctor Kim I would never call him a doctorand the employeesshould not be in practice at all!

I am extremely satisfied with the care, treatment and professionalism JH animal has provided to my cats.My cat was getting steroid injections for inflammation, and I brought my cat to Dr. Kim for continued treatment. He prescribed him a once daily immune powder and my cat has not had a flare up since then. None of the other vets at my other clinic thought to do that.Also a plus that they are so close to my home! Thank you JH animal hospital!

My cat has anemia and fell really ill. He was up and down for a few months, some approaches seemed to alleviate the situation and work for a bit. At the time was taking him to a different vet but when he fell very ill late February, I set to find another veterinary to take him to because his vet was closed. I found JH animal hospital and and decided to try it. Bringing him here was the best decision I made because his overall health was declining quickly and I was told by a vet at an emergency hospital that he was close to organ failure. At the emergency hospital I was suggested to do an of course expensive blood transfusion.The blood transfusion would not fix the problem, the root of the problem still needed to be figured out. I decided to opt out of that procedure but I knew I had to act quickly. As soon as I walked into JH animal hospital I was greeted by a friendly staff and they took my cat in right away for examination. Dr. Kim was very knowledgable and you can tell he really studied my cats test results to try to figure out a way to help him. He was very patient when it came to answering all my questions and concerns. My cat is doing so much better now and I know I have this veterinary to thank for that.

Dr. Kim has been our vet since 2010 and the reason we keep going back going back to him is because of the excellent care he has given our pets. We have had two dogs that were very sick and ended up looking them. The love care and attention Dr. Kim gave them made our loss easier. If anyone is interested in knowing what JH animal hospital stands for, it means "Jesus Heals Animal Hospital" the name tells it all about him as a person. He is now carrying for our 13 year old Lab with onset Arthritis and two rambunctious pit bulls.

Horrible horrible experience! I was charged interest I was not informed of prior to pets treatment for using care credit. I was not offered their wellness program and when I asked the staff told me it was not in my best interest. Waited for over an hour to be seen a total time 3 hours for shots! When I went for 2nd visit deworming they were charging me more more for vaccines! They did not include in my transaction of over $600 from first visit. They refuse to accept my care credit for vaccines and told me they were closing and ask me to leave!!! Rude!!!

We absolutely LOVE JH Animal Hospital and can't thank them enough!!! We recently lost one of our cats, Echo, due to mistakes at another animal hospital and our second cat Angel was starting to come down with the same symptoms that Echo did before he passed. We took Angel to JH and they began treating him right away. Less than 48 hours later, our little miracle cat is home safe! They have always taken care of us and had our issues with Echo not taken place after hours we would've taken him to JH as well. Thank You!!! Thank You!!!! Thank You!!!!!!!

Thank you so much to dr.kim and his staff.My English bulldog had a bladder stone problem. He is 9yrs old.Dr.kim didn't give up my dog.He had surgery and had a little hard time.But Dr.kim and staff did good take care about him. Now, he is very good!Thank you again!

Took my dog in because she was feeling very ill, didn't feel like eating and was weak and aching. Was pretty sure it was some stomach virus but doctors insisted on an x-ray just so they can get their money's worth. I kept letting them know my dogs symptoms and since they kept insisting on an X-ray because they thought it had to do with her having bruising or broken bones. I payed a large amount for them to not be able to figure out what is wrong with my dog & I could've used that money to pay for her medicine/antibiotics. This doesn't hold the core values of customer service, they should prioritize in tackling the issue and listening to their guest instead of going forward with a procedure that'll only benefit them financially. They do a poor job and need improvement.

Great vet only recommends things he believes are significant and genuinely cares about your pet’s wellbeing. Staff is very caring, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend if you’re looking for a good primary animal hospital.

I am so glad that I found JH. Dr. Kim, Brianna and Jessica are so caring and very professional. I trust them completely with my two rescue cats (even tho Gizmo and Toby hate going in the carrier).I recommend JH Animal Hospital highly.

This guy is an idiot over dosed my dog during surgery used the wrong meds . To top it off acted like it was no big deal. My whole family crying and all he was worried was about getting paid. Real scum bag. Cannot speak fluent English don't know how he got his license
