The owner is a rowdy person who obviously doesn’t know know how to de escalate a situation that they messed up I took 2 poodles there with show style hair cuts and when I got them back they looked like chihuahuas and a deformed big head on the other one I would not recommend this place they shaved both my dogs down to their liking and not to what I requested. This is the cuts they gave them ima add then pictures of how I had them before the video where were at the beach and the one with COMPARE THE QUALITY HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE WORK

Yay! Finally a pet groomer that is great with my dog! We were so sad when Anna’s Pet Grooming sold…but we found out Norma opened a shop down the street! Norma did a fantastic job on my Tina. She has anxiety issues & Norma is always so patient with her.. when Anna shop closed, we tried a few other places, and every place made her bleed when they cut her nails. Thankfully, we can take Tina to Norma! Sorry she tore her cute bandana off in the car.. Thank you for the treat to eat when I got home Norma!!! 🐾🐶💙

Great service, friendly staff. Quick service, dropped my dog and got exactly what I wanted. He was ready and looking good in couple of hours. Highly recommend this place. Also always good to support local businesses.

I didn't really have a great experience. When I called the number on Google it went to a personal phone and the person sounded like I was bothering her. When I took my baby they charged me $130 for my Husky. Shampoo, nails, and teeth. I asked them to shave her private parts because the urine sticks to her hair. I didn't like the way they shaved her private parts it was choppy and kind of sloppy. Maybe they were overwhelmed and only work with small dogs. I will not be taking her back.

10/10! I’m so glad I found this groomer. I have a Pomeranian, & it’s so hard to find a good groomer for her. Usually they leave her bald & don’t style her the way I ask. But this place did exactly what I asked! They definitely exceed my expectations. Will definitely be returning!

Following Norma, my dogs love her and I get the great service. I have Shitz Tzu and they need grooming often so I need a reliable groomer. Wash cute, nails and of course the bows for my girls 💖

I took my cats their for a cut and the came back with fleas and not only that the hair cut was all messed up and the made my cats tail look weird
