This pharmacy has been holding my Prescriptions hostage!!! They clearly can't count, for example if you pick up your meds on a certain day let's say the 15 th of the month they with hold my prescriptions until the 15 of the next month which doesn't add up to 30 days always! It's crazy! The staff is so rude and inconsiderate. I pray this pharmacy learn how to have compassion and get some integrity šš¾

I went to pick up my momās prescription and The pharmacy cashier SONALI refused to charge me for a pair of sun glasses, stating that āI had to tell her in advanceā that I wanted to buy something extra. I know for a fact that that is not true earlier today I had to pick up medicine for myself, and the cashier had no problem, charging me for a cough medicine besides my prescription.I did put the glasses on the counter for her to scan she said she did not see them.However, the customer before me was picking up something that was not prescription (it looked like she had something on hold for someone) and she kindly offer to charger for that item on the spot.

Big shoutout to Edgar for assisting me effectively in a timely manner. He approached my boyfriend and I within seconds of us entering the store, showing exceptional customer service. He was able to help me find the plush I was looking for. At first we did not know if it was in stock but he ended up going out of his way to help me, even offering other solutions. Absolutely made my day. Thank you sososo much Edgar! I appreciate you!

Lady behind the counters was running pills thru her bare hands as she puts them in the machine that counts them to dispense. What happens to general hygenic practice. Im glad i dont get my prescription here.I ask the guy if they have a particular medical item. And his reply is never heard of them and thats that.

I feel horrible with how much of a Karen my mother was, the workers handled it so well though. Customer service is at its peak. I came for medication and other health/allergy medicine. They had a wide variety and all kinds of every medication from adult to kid friendly. CVS is quite a go to for me and my main pharmacy.

I have kidney stone and pain , I went today to receive my prescription what was sent yesterday but it was not ready and the manager said must call to Dr ?!!!!! I said I have pain Dr not works Friday but nobody answer and I did harassed and because is not transferred to other store so I havenāt it , I believe the manager is a scare man who prefer to have no risk but the patient be suffering of the pain , if cvs put a ROBOT over there is better , this is second time same prescription that they play with me , really bad staff and manager , do not rely this branch if you have urgent need to prescription

Just went to cvs pharmacy and tried to get the medication prescribed to my two kids and the manager named Brian working here was extremely disrespectful and couldnāt provide me help of getting the medicine I needed which was already prescribed. Again the manager/Brian was extremely disrespectful and unhelpful as I was just there trying to get the medicine my two kids needed.he was rude throughout the whole time I was there and looked like he didnāt care about the people entering his store. this type of person deserves to be working at a low life job to be honest because nobody deserves the disrespect he gave to me while I was just trying to pick up my medicine.Brian this is for you šš½šš½šš½šš½you deserve itās in heās said am not welcome anymore there agin Brian am not gonna go there to your pharmacy

Never coming back here!! I waited for ever to pick up my prescription. I figured I could shop around for some house essentials while I was there. I ended up grabbing a mouse for daughter's school computer, the manager, Richard, took it to the register for me because it was locked. The price said $15.99. When I get to the register they were charging $30.99, double the price tag amount. To make a story short they said it was in the wrong place, with the wrong price. But the Manager RICHARD didn't honor the $15.99 price, even though he knew exactly what they did wrong. Didn't even offer a discount or a sorry for the confusion. Just a "Do you still want it?" Wow!The ladies at the register, Melanie and Leslie were very polite and helpful hence the 3 stars.

I had a telehealth appointment with my doctor and they sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy. The sweet girl who answered the phone called the pharmacy and got my prescription transferred. This was during their lunch hour!!! They called me back within 10 mins and gave me an update

I was at the store at 1040pm on SaturdayAnd the store was closed. The person in the store was so rude. I asked him what time do you guys close? He said 11 oāclock but he did not allow me at 10:40 saying that the store is close. He was looking at his watch and he just went inside .If you want, you can look at the CCTV camera

Manager here is incredibly disrespectful. I went in to look for groceries at the frozen food section, didnāt have what I was looking for, and I was stopped heading out the entrance being falsely accused of ātaking somethingā from the store. He asked me to raise my shirt up in front of the store, and didnāt apologize after once I showed I didnāt take anything. Never had an experience like this, and wonāt be returning here any longer as it was my local convenience store across Cerritos College. Would give this store 0 stars if I could.

If I could give this store a ZERO I would, I was there picking up prescriptions and I asked for the key to the restroom.The employee behind the register stated that they were closed to the public because of the covid-19.What does urinating have to do with the covid-19?I explained to him that it was really urgent that I use the restroom because of a medical condition and he would not budge.I called their customer service dept. and they stated that the restrooms are open to all customers during business hours.I asked for a Mgr. but was told none available.Poor customer service.

This place is 1 super slow!. 2 I have been here like 6 times trying to get a money order or send cash . Everytime I go it seems that the system is down, or they just closed the register for Moneygram (this is at 230pm ) its always the same lady that gives me excuses. She a Hispanic lady short with dark hair. The one time I went and actually got a money order it was from the manager a nice white lady she was working the front she helped me with no problem. I told her wow I am surprised Money gram is working today. It never is working when I come in. She gave me a strange look and said we never have problems with it. So that just tells me that the lady that works the counter is LAZY and just doesn't want to take the time to do the money services. She needs to be fired!!

I had to transfer a prescription here due to insurance. Everything was handled over the phone in a relatively short amount of time with civility and courtesy. I received a call back once everything was done confirming my medication would be ready, reminding me to have my insurance information with me when I go in. Really excellent customer service

I was dissatisfied and concerned. My messege to the manager is that he or she is not motivating his or hers workers properly because Steven and the woman who told me her name is Melody did not speak up for themselves as a customer I am concerned for there mental health, I was trying to reload my BankMobile card and they are aware that I made the incorrect steps. They did not speak up I spoke to the representative I know as Melody about what happened 10 min later and she claimed ā I was not assisting youā but could have politely said ā excuse me sir and walked me through the steps ā after all that is her job they are not happy so to the manger of this establishment make sure your workers are willing to leave the customer happy no matter what. Just be human. If they are having problems at home maybe teach them the value of money. Just a thought. Steven came off to me as a person with anxiety and Melody cane of to me as irresponsible for condoning his anger towards his actions with me. I tried to make him happy by telling him my day but he was just giving me the ā ugh ā attitude I understand it my be a phase but that shouldnāt interfere with his work environment. As for Melody she is unprofessional and needs to learn how to make the customer smile.

This CVS pharmacy is terrible they don't care about they're customers they don't answer the phone and when they do your still on hold at least 25 min they don't advise you of any problems with prescriptions till you call wondering why you haven't recieved a call then they blame the clinic saying they didn't fill out rx correctly yet they don't advise you of the problem or the clinic been dealing with this for 6 weeks trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but no more I've been waiting since Jan 27th for an rx called today since I'm almost out just to find out the rx was wrong and they said they've called doctor I verified at clinic they've tried calling pharmacy but nobody answers so then how can they fix anything?????????????
