The place is pretty nice, I enjoyed the food that they served. The cookies were a top tier and must be tried by consumers that go. The pizza isn't very expensive and the drinks are moderate, but they were very kind and would recommend going back. Would go again!

What an adventure! Half of the town of Norwalk was there. Black Friday on a hot Sunday. Costco has the best stuff. Always cool and interesting to see what has been newly displayed. Loved the outside dining area. Thank goodness too, sure wasn't any room inside for it.

The person working at the entrance who goes by the name Cookie is in serious need of retraining. Her attitude is not fit for that position. She is practicing in discriminatory behavior as she chooses to selectively pick out people to ask for their membership while letting others just bypass her completely. When I asked why she singled me out she said she asks everyone which is simply not true. All it would take is for management to actually take a complaint seriously and review their cameras to validate my claim.

Costco is clean and check out is easy. Only hassle is the parking. There is not enough spaces like other Costcos. You will have to circle around or follow someone who is leaving. It gets crazy on busy days like weekends.

I wouldn’t be placing this rating as I had a pleasant experience, good parking, everything was organized, etc. However, what completely ruined the experience was an associate at the self checkout. I didn’t catch her name but she had a black sweater/hoodie and short hair and she was extremely rude, my mom and I were paying and she barged in, cancelled our transaction and demanded to see my mom’s membership card and verify it. Also she accused us of not scanning all our items and I told her we did (we had 2 separate transactions) and I had to point to every single thing to show we did and she acted completely innocent after. I work in customer service and found her behavior unacceptable, she kept walking behind us watching every movie and overall was a horrible associate. A simple “can I verify your membership please?” Would have sufficed but overall don’t wish to see her in future experiences.

They have the best deals at a great price!... But I really miss the Onions on the Hot Dogs and the Pizza Combo with vegetables is gone... 😔 ☹️ the Costco Pizza Combo was better that any other Pizza Makers around the Área. Even the Company I work for used to buy lots of that Pizza often for our Employees. After they removed that from the menú they lost a many hungry customers like me. Now I go to Food Court at Sketchers Shoe Store instead to get Pizza and Hot Dogs. 😁😋

Worst Costco I have ever been to ! My parents and I were treated horribly. I have never experienced such a a terrible customer is any other store, let alone Costco. As my parents were checking out they were asked to place all items on the conveyer belt (mind you my parents are a bit older) , and added that's how a lot of people steal from here. Like excuse me ? Are you insinuating we are trying to steal as we stand in line ready to pay? To top it off, it was my moms card, and when my Dad tried paying, the cashier said the person who pays must be the person with the membership. So my dad handed my mom his card, and the lady said, your dad can't hand her a card or cash. Like mam what?? They are married and are on the same membership. We left nearly $400 worth of groceries never again. This location is awful

Super busy on a Monday night. Everything I wanted to get was pretty much out of stock. This location is on my way home, but I normally avoid it. Now I remember why. As negative as this review might be, it is a costco.

They changed their parking stucture and it's amazing! They also have their very own car wash. Never seen that before. Not very long lines to pump gas and the customer service is good!

The self check out line is like checking into the airport. You have to hand over your card so they can inspect it, you can’t just show them. When I told the woman she could look at my phone and not touch it, she cancelled my transaction and kept a receipt copy and walked off. Her manager attempted to deflect and decline providing corporate and the union information. I had to get the managers manager to make my complaint and still no one had a reason why the employee cancelled the transaction and kept my card scan receipt from the cancelled transaction.This is the second time I have made a complaint regarding the issue and it has not gotten better. The reps lacked kindness and dialog via customer service skills. Your attempts to mitigate fraud are causing you to be hostile and mean to the REAL customers. Figure out how to act right ASAP!

Worst Costco food court so far. I stood in the rain, only the 4th person from the front of the line and it took nearly 20 minutes. There were two lines and both lines moved abysmally slow. The cashiers kept disappearing somewhere and not ringing up orders. When I finally get my chicken bake and get to the car, I realize the end of it is smashed like someone stepped on it and it was literally twisted 180 degrees, then folded up. How this even happens is beyond comprehension. I was drenched from the rain and freezing cold yet I didn't even get to enjoy a warm meal. Tossed it in the trash. Thanks for the horrible experience.

No customer service at all. Employees are rude and yelling at customers all the time.I used the pharmacy and they messed up with my medications. The food court is always a mess, no napkins, no onions for hotdogs, tables dirty.They treat customers likes a second class citizens

I looooove Costco!!! We've been members for over 15 years!! I have a big family of 8, so I'm at Costco at least twice a week, or just about every other day, lol. I always felt valued and appreciated until this one situation I came across with a cashier.So my husband and I were at the self check out, scanning about thirty items. When it came time to pay, we realized we couldn't pay cash and had to go to a checkout line with a cashier. We were running late to pick up our daughter from school, so we were debating if we should leave everything and just come back. The attendant at the self checkout printed a receipt and told us, "Just go to the nearest cashier and give them this receipt, and they should be able to check you out, without rescanning, no problem."Once we got the cashier, we handed her the slip, and we told her to check us out.This cashier, by the name of Ruthee, then proceeds to tell us that she needs to rescan all the items in our cart! I asked why, when I explained to her the attendant at the self checkout had stated we didn't need to rescan our cart, our transaction was on hold, and may be resumed with the cashier.Ruthee then proceeds to tell us in a harsh, criminalizing tone, "I don't trust anyone, it's my job, I have to rescan everything, that's how people steal from here!!!"We flagged over the self checkout attendant, and he told Ruthee (the cashier) that she didn't have to rescan our cart. Ruthee then proceeded to argue with the self checkout attendant and said, "I'm scanning everything, I don't trust anyone!!!"We felt soooo embarrassed, and she made us feel uncomfortable, as if we had done something wrong! As if we were criminals! Mind you, my husband has served the US Navy for twelve years!!! I'm currently dealing with liver failure as well, so my appearance isn't my best...Were being judged because of our skin color? Were we being judged for my dress attire??? It felt like as if Ruthee thought of us as criminals!!!Ruthee then proceeded to check out our items, and she realized it matched the slip that was given to us in the first place.We got no apology from Ruthee, which made it even worse!!! All Ruthee said at the end with a sarcastic belittling voice was, "it's my job to scan everything, I don't care what anyone says!" Not a good day, not I'm sorry for this experience, not an you guys were right. Not only were we late to pick up our daughter at her elementary school, but we didn't even get an apology for making us feel as if we were in the wrong!Costo, in my opinion, you can do better. Ruthee should not be working for you guys.. Her persona is disgusting, has no mannerisms, lacks emphaty, comes across as a super negative person, and has zero people skills. Ruthee should be working at a remote job where she doesn't have to deal with people since she'sso distrustful, Ruthee needs to learn better customer service skills, and she should also apologize to us for that horrible awful experience. Used to shop Costco for groceries and the whole store didn't have shoe/ athletes foot odors, but 3/25/24 it was Monday noontime, already crowded and parking lot full, went to member service counter and a shopper with a cart loaded water bottles and other heavy duty stuffs smelled terrible athletes foot shoe odors!!!!! Didn't even want to go inside to shop laundry cleaning items, the gas station no better but air hovering smelly shoe odors!!! Was it caused by smelly electricity wires everywhere?? Noticed my home recently whenever using electricity, indoor air would smell terrible shoe odors!!! But heaters/ heating devices/ sunlights are still the best method to rid shoe odors that came with shopped goods and contagious body odors. Fragrance also helps to cover odors effectively.

WORST PARKING LOT EVER! Even after they restructured the parking lot, there's still not enough space. For some reason, the people looking for parking spots here are bad at being respectful to other drivers. Such a bad parking lot design.

I usually like coming to this Costco but as I was shopping there was a man asking the employee if she can check the price She RUDELY said did you look correctly and did you check the item number it's up there 😡😡😡 This man was alone and elderly he said I can't see.you can see the face of regret HE HAD asking her... She was working the clothing and talking to her coworker!!! Kinda old her self and has brownish blonde wavy hair !! I have bad vision myself so even if I wanted to help him see the price I couldnt...poor man shouldn't have been treated that way!!!

If It would be a 0 star I would use it.So My brother lend me his membership through phone.So after getting some products I went to self checkout. And this lady with green eyes (I think she is in her 50s) . So she ask me who’s that membership and I told her that’s my brothers and she said Nope and pull my cart out also giving me bad attitude with a fake smile.WORST COSTUMER SERVICE

I went to this Costco a little late, and kindly asked to buy a bottle of fish oil really quick. But some lady heartlessly said “No.” “We are closed.” I was really in a hurry and was specific with my reason, but still, no. :(

They are very rude. The tables at the food court are always dirty, and they act like federal agents. They have no maners at all. They forget that without the people that shop there, they wouldn't have a job. They need to be more cautious. Rudeness might be because it's a Latino area.

Got what I wanted but some of the workers there were rude. I had my puppy on my chest inside my coat and I was told she needed to be on a leash walking around because they serve food. Nobody else said anything! She's 3 months old and it was cold plus raining!!!!!

Costco was clean. There was signs telling people to maintain social distance all around. The combo pizza and churro were removed from the menu. You are allowed to get refills at the food court you just need to request a new cup which is offered at no extra charge.

Best customer service in town. Brought in a used battery from 4/2019 still under warranty. Leaking acid. Customer technician replaced battery with no questions asked. Very happy customer and highly recommend buying your car or truck batteries here at Costco with membership.
