Anna and her team did a brilliant job grooming my dog and exceeded my expectations.From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere. Anna’s did another amazing job with our Jack. Although Jack is still a puppy full of energy he can be very timid but the staff at Anna’s has been able to work with him and help him have an awesome experience.

If you love your fur babies do not take them to Anna’s. They have the worst customer service and keep your babies all day. I highly recommend another pet grooming. Do not go for convenience find a comfortable loving spot for your babies.

Poor animals continue to be tortured because of the Anas Grooming cynicism and negligence. The pet owners having to pay the consequences with vet bills and our fur babies in pain. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I took my dog here years ago and they cut around his underarm area and never again. Now 2023 my sister took her 2 dogs and I had warned her NOT TO , and they ended up cutting near his private area. Now he is in pain and scared. My sister had to deal with the vet bill. The reviews speak for themselves. It's disgusting this place is still open. The owners refuse it was their shop, and blame the diaper. It's a huge cut. The damn diaper isn't even close to the cut makes no sense! I do not wish bad upon the business, but I believe Karma will do justice. It is disgusting and a tragedy this shop is open with all of its bad reviews, ITS ONLY OBVIOUS WHO IS THE REAL PROBLEM HERE. Shouldn't even be allowed to have a Groomers if all they care about is money.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and I have never had an incident like this but they refused to take responsibility for what they did to my husky and their staff was very unprofessional and screamed in our faces when we confronted them about what they did . They blamed it on me and Anna told me to go home and be happy . They have cut our dog before but we gave them the benefit of the doubt . Please check yelp for reviews . They are accurate and are rated 2 stars and have pictures of all the poor dogs they have mistreated. I wish I knew sooner . Please don't bring your dog here. These people don't care about animals . And she will deny everything they have done . This business needs to be shut down .

Been going there for years with previous dogs, but this past weekend when I picked up my puppy for some reason she kept trying to touch her face. Later on I realized they cut her! No I did not go back;I live to far to be going back just to argue! My poor dog was in pain! DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK EVER.

So I had put a review liking this place and not having a problem, turns out I was wrong after going numerous times and spending a good amount of money I asked them repeatedly numerous times to please not cut or shave my baby in her private spot due to them cutting her down there and it causing her to bite it and make it worse after taking her to her vet she had also informed me it is due to her getting cut down there like a paper cut and her not knowing how to itch it she is biting it making it worse, the final and last time I took her is when I asked that again they do Not touch her down there leave as is well no again same problem after contacting Ana and informing her of what has happened, can you believe she blamed me and then tried to say we have different groomers I said yes that may be true but the name I see always on window were my dog waits is Norma , then goes on to tell me to make sure I let other groomer as I informed her my coco will no longer be going to her, she has nerve to tell me to make sure I let the new groomers know she has a problem down there and is sensitive, really like I informed your employees and they did not listen wow, all blame was on me , I will not be taking my baby back to this place, she was so miserable and all she did was lay there and bite it, didn't want to get up,it was heartbreaking... Don't trust them...

Do you not bring your beloved pet to this place! They carelessly treated my dog for fleas and allowed the shampoo to get into my dogs eyes! He is unable to open his eyes. When we spoke to them about it they offered no apology. They took no responsibility for our dog while he was in their care!

If I could give 0 stars for customer service/management I would! Gabby is HORRIBLE, INCONSIDERATE, AND FLAT OUT RUDE! Cut my dog behind the ear and wouldn’t even admit it. Tried to say that’s her bone ! Really lame excuse . No accountability, no respect ,and no empathy. Took my dog back to show her the cut and she laughed at the fact that she cut my dog. Talked to owner after dispute and was offered 50% off next service but come on now do you think I’d really bring my dog back to this establishment. Laughing at a dogs cut and pain is disgusting and inhumane. If you love your dog don’t bring them here. ZERO care was taken for my dog or the situation. Hopefully the owner considers better leadership at this establishment! #Anapetgroomingyourcancelled

Took my baby to get groomed today to Anna’s and wow, when I picked my baby up he was bleeding from one of his paws 🐾 I guess when they were cutting his nail they went to low. Now my problem is not so much that they accidentally cut him, my problem is that they failed to tell me about the incident. So when my daughter hold him and brought him to the car her shirt was completely full of blood so of course I went totally crazy when I saw this went back inside and asked them what happened and why I was not notified. They were super casual about like it was not a big deal , but guess what it is a big deal to me. Every time I dropped my baby off I trust that they are going to take care of him well and I trust that if anything happens I will be notified. I just hope my baby don’t get his cut infected. I will definitely never go back to Anna’s Grooming can’t trust them. They try to be sneaky about the incident and I don’t appreciate that at all. The person that help me was aware, because went I went back inside she told me she had put some type of power to stop the bleeding but maybe it came off by him licking it. And no the dog was never put down to walk my daughter carried him to the car and handed him to me that is went I noticed the blood all over my daughter’s shirt. Lots of blood so yes I totally panic. It is just like day care , when your kid gets hurt, parents need to be notified. Plain and simple.

Anna's pet Grooming has friendly and courteous staff. My dog has murmur in his heart and on medications. Worry that no Grooming place will service him. Thankfully, Gabby the great groomer did wonderful work for Chewy. To knowing that there's business still care!!! Thank you again and definitely recommend 👍

Terrible!!! The worst!!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎I had posted a good review but after change owner they ruined it by hurting my baby!!!!They cut off my dog's all whiskers and they cut her right next to her private area! How can they be so careless?!??I had to take her to the Doctor, where he diagnosed her with a deep abrasion! Unbelievable!!!Please if you love your pet, don't take them there.

I’ve been coming here for the past 4 years, I first brought my uncles dog and now I bring mine and every time I come the service is amazing! Staff is always so nice and they do wonderful work on my chewy! I moved 30 minutes out but I’m always coming back here !

Do not come come here!! I used to come here when the previous owner was there my dog was always A1. I recently took my cat for her first groom and came back infested with fleas! (Mind you my cat is an inside cat) they also gave her back to me damp and full of hair like she hadn’t been combed. Just overall half a** job.

This place has really gone downhill since Ana left to Texas. Every month I give them another chance, but unfortunately for them today was my last. I took in my two dogs in today for regular bath. My Weimaraner looks like nothing was done to him, came home smelling the same. Our other dog multipoo they gave him such a bad hair cut, nothing is even. He is a black dog that now looks like a pig, they left his skin so pink. Never again

I recently took my Yorkie puppy for grooming. I asked for a very specific cut with regards to how a Yorkie should be groomed. Groomer got clipper happy.The groomer did all of what I did NOT request. Groomer did the opposite of what I asked for. My Yorkie went in with long hair, and came out looking like someone clipped her hair in the dark while being blind folded. They totally chopped off her top knot ( top ponytail) when I was very specific to NOT to cut it. Very disappointed, I will never take her there again or any Pet of mine. I do not recommend this place unless you just want your pet shaved.

I have been taking my dog to this groomer for a long time. Usually it's an okay experience. Today I drop him off about 10:30am, didn't receive the usual call to pick him up. I called a couple of time before being told that he was ready to be picked up hours ago. The lady on the phone said they were very busy and forgot to call. Well I went and picked him up. By the time I got home I notice a red spot on him. I took a closer look at it and notice that the groomer cut his old scar.I called them back and spoke to the owner about my dog getting hurt while under her care! To my surprise she blamed me for not telling her that my dog had a "mole". I explained to her that my dog has a few scars on that side of his chest from an old surgery when he got run over 2 years ago. She said that based on her experience she thought it was a mole.I explained again that since the surgery I have been taking him there and this had never happened. She insisted on telling me that it was my fault and I should of said something. She even had the audacity to say that it didn't even bleed. I said to her " then what is the red stuff on it"?- I am shocked to see how rough this people treat the pets that are being trusted to her care. How can they be so careless on their duties. Poor animals cannot speak of the horrors going on behind the door.I am attaching pictures so that you the next potential customer will not go there to have your pets injured!
