BAIT AND SWITCH! Don't bother coming to this location. They have signs everywhere in the store advertising 10-30% off and then refuse to give the discount. 4 of my 5 items were supposed to be discounted and the blonde lady that says she's the "manager" just gave me attitude and said the items were full price. I even pointed out the sign that specially calculated the discount for the item, but she just said it rang in at full price so that's how much I had to pay for it. I used to be a loyal customer but most of the workers at this location obviously have nothing better to do than act snarky and talk to customers in a degrading manner.

This used to be one of my favorite The 99 Stores to visit, but it has gone downhill of late. Several of the employees are rude and give customers dirty looks. I recently had a situation where my mother and I shopped together but separated our items with a divider on the conveyer belt, and unbeknownst to us the cashier took it upon herself to remove the divider. By the time I realized, my mother had already inadvertently paid for my items as well when I specifically needed my own receipt for tax purposes. Another time two cashiers refused to honor a manufacturer's coupon that literally came attached to an item I was intending to buy, and one of them rudely told me I could have a "99 coupon but needed to waste (waste?) $25". The majority of the time there is only one register open and the line gets long fast there. The restrooms are always either "out of order" or have a sign saying they are for employees only which is a lack of decency frankly. There are often transients and junkies in and around the premises which does not make for an inviting atmosphere. This week the store seemingly stopped having carts available for use while shopping which is absurd and will surely deter customer spending. There were no carts scattered about the parking lot mor near the doors, they were just flat out gone. The only reason I did not give one star is because the store does remain well stocked and clean I will give them that, but just a few months back it would have been an no-brainer to give five on my end.

Better off driving the extra 0.5 - 1mile for the 2-3 items. These places are LITERALLY More Expensive than your local grocery store! I go for milk or sugar end up getting 2-3 things spending $2-3 more for what exactly, item days shy of the expiration date? What a Joke!!!

This location was big and had a lot of items that my store does not carry. All the customers seemed really rude but the employees did a great job with customer service with a smile. The weird and funny thing about this store was if you look up there are so many balloons on the ceiling every where I went when I looked up there was at least 2-3 balloons. That's not a good thing for the owner to much money lost in balloon's, helium, and ribbons, but on the other hand it was beautiful to look up and kept me intrigued. I would like to shop this location again. Thanks 99cent store employees you did good 👍

Very clean and organized. Selection was better than anticipated. I really appreciated that they carried a fair amount of fresh vegetables and fruits. They have all the basics food wise and the prices would be difficult to beat anywhere.The store is also now carrying items that cost more than .99 cents, but still affordable. These types of items include meats, chips, and cleaning products. It is convenient to have more grocery items here.

Beware of bait and switch. Prices on display are not what they charge you at the register. I grabbed a bag of Lay's potato chips for $1.99 they tried to charge me $3.99. I grabbed a loaf of bread for $0.99 they tried to charge me $1.99. I just left the items and walked out. Better prices at Food 4 Less.

I like this 99 cent store a bit better than the one at the Norwalk Square. The parking lot is well decent. This store carries a lot more items and its also well organized too. Customer service isn't bad just that the lines can get long but they have another cashier to open up a next register right away.

Cashier clerks don't like to bag purchased goods even though you leave the bags on the shelf right in front of them. And other clerks don't even acknowledge you. Workers have no problem showing their dislike for there jobs by their actions. Otherwise the store has a very good amount of merchandise/selection and looks good.

Used too LOVE this store. But the shelves are always empty 99% of the employees are RUDE AF. Prices r getting to high small selection. Conveniently out of 10 cent bags only have 25 cent uh b.s just a way to charge u more $. Today i bought a 99 bag cloth the cashier packed it got to my car and it ripped so i went in she said its to heavy i said u packed it she told me uh commen sense to heavy. So she blamed me i will NEVER go here again

Didn't have alot if the things we normally get ..out of 12pks of soda ..and hamburger....and I deleted the app for some reason I have problems getting to my acct ..had the Mgr help n he too had problems..

Went on a Sunday morning to this particular 99 cent store. Its huge here.. Wide aisles and its clean. Found what I needed and plus more. I always find something out of the ordinary. For this trip I wasn't expecting to find Coconut Flour.. You know how Expensive that is at Whole foods.. Geez, and here I got it for ...yup U guessed it 99cent..I got 12 packages.. I know it seems exaggerated but its a bargain compared to Whole Foods.. Some items disappear when U come back.I will come again next month. I Love tbe 99cent store❤❤❤❤

This location often stocks and sells items more than 7 days past expired dates! Items I have seen include Yoplait Yogurt, sour cream, drinks, Dannon Greek Light and Fit Yogurt, other brands of yogurt and refrigerated items.I have on one or two occasions asked to speak to a manager. I have been told that they are on lunch. I have waited a very long time and not been contacted. Finally, the manager comes to open a line a does not have time to talk.Again, dairy products not separated when past the expiration date, even at a discount store, says alot about the owner.
