Got in same-day. Service was good and fast. Stephanie was great. She was very at good reading what our dog needed. She was calm and quiet which helped him relax around her in what is a stressful situation for him. It is very appreciated. It's not easy to find people that understand not all dogs want loud noises, squeaks, toys, and hyper excitement.

I have never experienced the terrible service I have received at this Petco. Dropped my dog off to get called 20 mins later to pick him up cause he hasld knots in his hair near the ears. After they half shaved his body. My dogs looks absolutely horrible... like he has been living on the streets for years. You are a freaking groomer, I bring my dog to you to cut his hair and remove knots and to groom him. I will be reporting this to everyone agency including BBB.

Wasted my time on multiple occasions, genuine bogus policies and even after confirming dogs medical history with the owner in front if them they still refused to accept her unless I took her back to the vet she saw LAST WEEK to confirm a diagnosis she doesnt have. And of course, Im only finding out when I showed up to the appointment I had to wait a week to get. There are many small business groomers in the area, one was able to get me in same day no problem. Worth supporting them over this location, definitely

The employees were so friendly and professional! They gave my dog an adorable Halloween bandana. His haircut looks amazing and he's so soft and smells so good. They were also patient with him when we barked at other dogs. Very grateful and will be back again for sure!

Jessica is the BEST with Ellie! She did a perfect cut and was very patient with her. Your online appointment system could use some work though, I don't think that works well at all and it's very hard to get a hold of a person to schedule a groom. I suggest that Petco hire someone full-time to just book appointments and leave the groomers to do what they specialize in, making dogs beautiful. Seriously, I feel like Petco should honor their groomers who bring in a lot of revenue for the store and not make them have to answer phones when they are so busy giving care and attention to our furry family members, the girls need some help, like a receptionist. Other than the scheduling, I absolutely love bringing Ellie to Petco to see Jessica for a haircut. The woman who checked me out also helped me find a great toothpaste for Ellie. I love these gals, they make me feel valued and cared for when I visit.

The groomers at this location are awesome, I feel like they go above and beyond.My pup has had 3 appointments and he LOVES going there. The staff is friendly, accommodating and very helpful. My doggos looked horrific due to not being able to get in to the groomers for months. When they came back from their cuts, they looked awesome. They were happy and looking good. The kid gave me a 4 hour time frame and called to tell me he was going over that time to provide extra care for one of my four legged fur bullets. That seemed like the professional thing to do and it put me at ease. Sharp kid.

This was the first time visiting the North Hollywood store; I usually go to the Van Nuys location which is closer to my home. I made the appointment with the NoHo store because the other had closed grooming due to the virus. NoHo did a good job (even better than the usual location) with my dogs. They (the dogs) were clean trimmed and happy. The groomers were patient and kind and groomed my dogs exactly as I asked. I had an appointment at the Van Nuys location 2 weeks previously, but when I arrived I was told the groomer had canceled. I understand how difficult things are at this time but prior notice of cancellation or closure should still be required. When it's time for my dogs next grooming I'll probably be taking them back to North Hollywood. They've indicated they will still be in operation for grooming purposes; also their store seems to be better stocked than the Van Nuys location.

It’s not my local Petco, Silverlake and Hollywood are closer. But of all the stores I’ve been to it’s my favorite. The front desk staff(AJ) and grooming staff, specially Danny, give top-notch friendly service. I always get the deluxe bath and groom, w extra brushing and when Danny does it, it shows.
