First of all, I would like to thank groomer Ashley for being so patient with my puppy. It was my dog's first grooming so there were several tangled hairs. I highly recommend Ashley as your groomer. I know that my dog is very energetic and cannot stand still, but Ashley did tremendous job on groomer and our family is happy with the result. We will definately return for future grooming and will always make appointment with her.Thank you Ashley again for awesome result!

Genesis is the best! I have two Bernese Mountain Dogs that are both very stubborn. She is very patient and does an excellent job. They look and smell amazing when they leave. She keeps their coats beautiful.

We used to go to the Burbank Petco, my dogs hated it! We read the positive reviews for Unleashed in North Hollywood and now we couldn't be happier. Our labs enjoy going and we get positive report cards from our favorite groomer (Ashley). They always smell so good and feel so soft. We pay extra for the deshedding and are always happy with the results.

My dog had a cut on the skin between his back leg and groin area. I understand that dogs squirm, nicks happen. My frustration comes from not being told it happened.
