I was initially anxious about bringing my precious 4-month-old pup, Ranger, to the groomers for the first time. However, from the moment I stepped in, the staff's warmth and reassurance immediately put me at ease. They not only listened to my concerns but also provided invaluable advice, especially regarding Ranger's fear of the dryer near his face.After his grooming session, I received a call from Gus, who couldn't have delivered better news - Ranger had done "amazingly" well. And when I finally laid eyes on him, it was like witnessing a runway debut; he looked absolutely stunning. Gus's exceptional grooming skills left me mesmerized, and I'm already counting down the days until Ranger's next appointment.Upon returning home, Ranger seemed transformed - happier, more playful, and surprisingly, even more comfortable with me brushing his face. I can't thank the team enough for their professionalism and talent. Their grooming service truly exceeded all my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to every pet owner seeking top-notch care for their furry companions.

Great place for the self wash doggie bath! The towels are a bit small but you can always bring your own. The staff are super cool and gave me a refund when one of the stations wasn’t putting out enough shampoo. It’s $20 for a single use and I have a husky and groomers are charging a lot more for husky dogs. Definitely recommend!

I love bringing my dog Simba to the groomers, they’re all so attentive and sweet. Special shout out to Lenny for always making sure Simba feels safe, making me feel like he’s in great hands when I leave.

Upsetting to see dead animals in multiple cages. I get that it happens but Petco and PetSmart are notorious at this point for leaving carcasses in the cages and putting live animals in their dumpsters. Highly recommend a small business or local place over these places.

Great selection. This location has all items in stock including reptiles and other furry little friends for sale. Furthermore, no money ? No problem!! Petco has free dog and cat and furry friends Adoption days ! They also have a great grooming department and even a large area for us to wash our own dogs! It's quite affordable and fun! Huge store and excellent, non-evasive staff ! 👍

Are usually support businesses that are taking care of animals, but this specific location I had not the best experience with one of their workers.I’ve asked the lady where is a specific brand cat food and she said we don’t carry this brand and after long search I finally found it . So there is it two options or she don’t have the right knowledge in the store or she was lazy and not willing to do her job. I didn’t feel any help in this location except from one guy that he barely helped too.This is not how things supposed to go .This location is very close to my house, but I rather drive five minutes and not get this energy again

I have never experienced the terrible service I have received at this Petco. Dropped my dog off to get called 20 mins later to pick him up cause he hasld knots in his hair near the ears. After they half shaved his body. My dogs looks absolutely horrible... like he has been living on the streets for years. You are a freaking groomer, I bring my dog to you to cut his hair and remove knots and to groom him. I will be reporting this to everyone agency including BBB.

Groomed my puppy here at a little over 2 months and had an OK experience. I chose the package with lavender and the pungent smell left on him when I picked him up did not smell like lavender and lingered for days. I decided to try again; came back today and unfortunately had a horrible experience. Whoever the two men working at the grooming register on 10/31/23 at 12:20pm were a far departure from kind or helpful. I came with very light, welcoming energy. They came with attitudinal tones and facial expressions that could flip anyone’s mood. They Refused to see my puppy even tho he is up to date on shots for his age and had been serviced there literally weeks before. It felt odd and like people flexing and abusing their power. Try a different location.

We brought our dog for a grooming appointment and they found a “small rash” that looks like a few scratches she might have got playing with our other dog and left her looking like this… would not recommend!

The old manager was very rude he rush us to eat our meal, if it wasn't for The other lady manager he would of kick us out or rush us in eating our dinner. The service people were very nice n polite to us and the Young lady manager was nice enough to us and told us to not rush in esting and to enjoy our dinner.. We were 9 persons with reservation and the food was very good. I would not go there due to that old manager man who was very rude to us and in some part did not let us enjoy our food.

For all my pets needs I go to Petco. One of the worker was very helpful. I have more than one dogs to buy flea collar costs $60 or more very expensive. I notic Hertz collars a lot cheaper except the self is always empty. The worker told I could prepaid & order at the register which I did. I got two collars delivered to my home. It was very helpful.

We have been taking our dog here for grooming for a couple of years, Jessica is fabulous our Tilly loves her. The entire grooming staff is great. This store also has the best product supply of other PetCos, I can always find what I am looking for in this location.

Arrived for my dogs grooming at 717 and I noticed 2 female dog groomers not doing anything but having a conversation. As I waited for them to open the door. Worked told me there's a 15min grace period. I didn't know that until now. They asked if I can make another appointment w/ a smirk on her face. I said no and walked away. The 2 workers went back to their conversation after I got into my car. Real hard working kids...

This is the PETCO I choose to go most of the time. Since it is not too far from where I live. I find the store is always very clean and the staff ( especially at the aquatic area ), this is where I go most of the time. The associates are very helpful. But the same goes for the checkout area. Friendly, professional and respectful. Expect for one time. ( Quite some time ago having had some issues with someone at the grooming). I really enjoy going to this store.

This Petco is huge and has so many things for all pets. They have fish tanks with lots of fish. Reptiles, mice, and birds. I have a kitten and the amount of different foods is almost overwhelming. But the store is VERY clean, and I think some things are a bit over priced, but overall I LOVE this location.

Absolutely horrible!!!Showed up for my grooming appointment after completing everything online to the groomer telling me things that should have been called and discussed with me prior to me checking in for my appointment. I wasted gas, sat in traffic just to get here and then you tell me you can’t take her? When my pre-check in had been done for days. Disrespectful, unprofessional and I will never book an appointment here again. I can’t believe this!What’s the point of doing a pre-checkin online and giving all the information if no one is doing their job.Absolutely horrible! And Jessica, I am completely disappointed at the fact there was NO COMMUNICATION PRIOR TO ME SHOWING UP!
