I’ve trusted this place for years with my son aka terrier Rock. Who Ive had since his birth 10 years ago. Over the years the owners of this place have gotten very greedy raising prices during times of the year and a stupid late fee of $32 after 12 pickup which is ridiculous if you’ve already paid them almost $900. Zero compassion they tried to hold my dog hostage for 32 dollars after They displayed a complete lack of compassion by attempting to keep my dog hostage over a mere 32 dollars, despite the fact that I had already paid them nearly 900 dollars for boarding and a bath. Owners and the people they hire aren’t displaying good human customer service. Price gouging and up charges for no reason. For the holidays I take my family of four to Tx to visit family I take my dog in pay the ridiculous price. Then I get back to get my dog and they want even more money!! It’s 1:25pm been traveling since 4am with a two year old and a 6 month old. But do these people care? No they only care about the $32 bucks after I’ve already given them damn near 900 dollars. Then on top of that they threaten to call the cops on me after I explain loudly that don’t want to give them more money and they threaten to call the cops and hold my dog hostage over $32 after I’ve ALREADY PAID THEM OVER $800 dollars closer to $900. Talk about low life people who own this place and the people they hire and train. Then in top of everything they bring me the wrong dog lol I can’t make this up they bring a Doberman lol. When I finally received Rock after paying $70 for a bath, it seemed like they had simply sprayed him with cologne, and to make matters worse, he had two large cuts on his face! It was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I will definitely discourage anyone I know from taking their pets to that place.

My experience at Dog Resort was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped through the door, I knew my furry friend was in good hands. The facilities were top-notch, with spacious and comfortable accommodations for the dogs, as well as plenty of room for them to play and exercise.The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and it was evident that they genuinely care about the well-being of the dogs in their care. I especially appreciated the daily updates and photos I received, which put my mind at ease and allowed me to see just how much fun my dog was having.The resort's amenities were impressive, including grooming services and interactive play areas! I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the entire facility.Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience for my dog. I highly recommend the Dog Resort to anyone looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their furry family members.

My family and I have been taking advantage of this facility for many years now we found it to be very clean, caring for a pet. We often take trips and depend on the facility to board our dog. We would highly recommend this facility for all your cats and dogs needs excellent grooming department as well. Excellent staff.

Tank absolutely loves coming to The Dog Resort! The staff is amazing and facility is clean and sanitized at all times. The price point for the grooming and boarding services are very budget friendly. Try them out for a couple of hours for day care and you will see for yourself. I highly recommend this place for your dog!

Our dog has been here a handful of times for daycare and seems okay other than smelling like pee all over her body after being there anywhere from 4-6 hours.We decided for our 2 day trip we would allow her to stay to 2 nights at the doggy care resort. Upon picking her up as normal she smelled.. but a little worse than usual. I asked specially how she did and if there was anything I needed to know about her stay before leaving. The guy at the front desk told me no. She was pretty fine.When I got into the car on the way home I felt very hard clumps on my dogs bottom area. When I finally pulled over and looked her entire bottom was flattened and hard due to poop stuck to her butt. She was only there 48 hours and when she went in she was 100% not like that. Has hard as her bottom was it had to of happened the first night to harden the way it had. Her tail was red and she also had two small scratches on the back of her right ankle. When I tried to clean her she just felt extremely uncomfortable. I called back the resort and asked them was there any notes and explained the entire situation again and the man on the phone (Caesar) went on to say she had a note that she took a poop that was dark (what other color is poop????) prior to me picking her up. So they saw she pooped saw her bottom and still let her stay that way!!! Stating if they do see that happen they normally wash the dog. They called me the day before tell us that she finished her food but didn’t bother to tell us that she had poop Stuck to her and let us know they NEEDED to give her a bath. They just let her sit it in for another 24 hours.He stated to me that they are “busy” but this normally doesn’t happen.I’m not sure what we are paying for if something happens to our dog and there is no accountability or responsibility on the people getting paid to make sure she is taken care of !!!!!! I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt a number of times because I know they have a number of dogs in their facility but we didn’t pay almost $200 for our dog to not be cared for while in the hands of this resort. I do not recommend you leaving your dog here overnight. As the support and care your dog is not receiving due to them being “busy” will make you sick and anxious for your dog while you’re suppose to be on a vacation.

This place was really great. We got the room with the camera and we're able to see our dogs live. They took care of our disabled doggie. Janet was great with our puppies and we could see our dogs reacted positive to her. Thank you again to our staff for making this situation a positive one.

I have had nothing but an excellent experience here at The Dog Resort and I’ve tried quite a few places like this over the years. What keeps me coming back is the customer service. Cesar is who I usually book my visits with and he makes sure that my Frenchie is well cared for. This place is super clean and, in my opinion, the prices their services are the best in the valley. Check them out! You won’t be disappointed!

Everything about this dog day care is just eye catching. The service was just excellent and I have nothing to say about it because of how good it was. I recommend anyone with a dog to take them to Dog Resort and your dog will not only have service on him at all times but will have lots of fun with the other dogs.

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR PETS TO THIS PLACE!!!! NEVER!!!I can’t even explain how livid I am with this place!!!! My husband and I both needed a place for our puppy to stay while we were going on a trip. We searched for so many places and stumbled upon “ Dog Resort Hotel and Spa in North Hollywood”. After checking and contacting the place a few times to see if this place would be a good fit for our puppy, we were told not to worry that he was in good hands. I had spoken to a few employees many times about what I needed to bring (food, blankets, Pee pads, toys, treats, etc) to make sure my 5 month old puppy would be well taken care of. I was told not to bring blankets as they would not use them because they provide them. I was told not to bring pee pads because they provide them. I was told to ONLY bring food, treats and toys! My husband and I packed 13 evenly portioned bags of food. We explained to them 4 (FOUR) times that my puppy is still a baby and he is on a strict diet by his vet. He needs to eat (ONLY EAT HIS FOOD AND EAT 3 TIMES A DAY). I was told not to worry as Cesar and 3 other employees told me they understood. They said the package we had purchased comes with unlimited feeding. I was very thankful and felt as if my puppy was in good hands.Upon my husband picking up our puppy today we noticed he was not fed. We packed enough food so he would also have an extra bag of food in case our flight arrived late. We noticed he still had 8 (EIGHT) bags of food that were not given to him. None of his treats were given to him and none of his toys were given to him. When I asked I was told “Well it’s a holiday and we weren’t on top of things and if he didn’t eat we probably gave him our food.” WHAT!!!!!! This is a baby we are talking about!!! My puppy has lost so much weight in the 4 days he’s been there. He is currently not okay and will require a vet visit. I’m sorry but just because it’s a holiday does not mean you are not required to keep doing your job! We all have jobs!!! This job requires you to be trusted with other people’s pets. Not just pets but their children. It is extremely unacceptable to not feed a dog because it’s a holiday not follow instructions!!! Even while we spoke to them they didn’t care. I have asked to speak to the manager and still no answer! When I call they keep me on hold for so long I never get to speak to a manager! PLEASE IF YOUR DOGS MEAN THE WORLD TO YOU DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! On night one I had to call because they had my puppy on the smallest blanket possible sleeping on the floor. I called them to please give him a bigger blanket as his entire body was on the floor and you can clearly see the blanket was way too small. If this was going to be the case they should have let me bring his own blankets. If I could give this zero stars I would. I am extremely disappointed with the service. Unbelievable how they treat other peoples loved ones!

This place is very unhygienic and unprofessional. My dog has come home twice being sick/with an infection from this place and they refuse to refund me or take responsibility. I told them not to feed him grains, which they still did. He got a grooming done here also, and he came out completely still wet. Just overall, a ghetto place I don’t recommend.

Best doggy daycare in North Hollywood! at first I honestly didn't think I would feel safe leaving my dog with anyone even for just a few hours but everyone at Dog Resort made us feel super comfortable and I knew I was making the right choice! The staff is warm and friendly and I knew my baby would be in good hands. The place is spectacular! HUGE, very clean, and all the dogs are so happy and playful! Their grooming service is impeccable and they also offer 24/7 pet care if you are going on vacation. its like the doggie version of the Waldorf!!:) thank you Dog Resort for taking good care of my dog baby!!

The Dog Resort took wonderful care of our three dogs. They made it so easy to view the camera and we were so impressed by their attention to all three of our dogs and how clean they kept their room. I’m convinced they didn’t want to leave they loved the staff so much. I feel so comfortable knowing that I have a place for them when I go on vacation. If you love and spoil your dogs as much as we do then you will love how they treat your pets.

I'm so glad I found the Dog Resort in North Hollywood, the best dog care facility in town. They take great care of my two furry friends, Gigi and Coco, and they treat them like family. They have a spacious and clean facility, with lots of areas for the dogs to play and relax. They have a professional and caring staff, who are always attentive and friendly to the dogs and their owners. They offer a variety of services, such as grooming, training, boarding and daycare. They also have webcams at the boarding rooms so you can check in on your dogs when you are away.Gigi and Coco always come home happy and tired from the Dog Resort in North Hollywood, and they can't wait to go back there. I trust them completely with my dogs' well-being and happiness, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality dog care facility.
