Employees are so sweet and clearly trying their best, but the store is clearly wildly understaffed. A third of the products are locked up, and rarely there are enough people to adequately run the register and get what you’re looking for.Store is clean and well-stocked, you can usually get what you need, but the experience is awkward and time consuming.

I never liked this store but today was the last time I come in. No one ever helps and that's not the end of the world. But there is a tall white guy who is likely the most miserable human being on the planet. I came up to the register to pay, greeted him, thanked him, said good night, and this a&& didn't say a word back. Not one word. I am sorry you’re a huge loser, but don’t take it out on people who are at least trying to be nice to you.

My shopping experience at CVS was outstanding. Loretta from the team provided exceptional assistance and was very kind. She helped me with my shopping and coupons, which resulted in significant savings on my purchase. I unequivocally choose CVS over any other store because of the tremendous value I receive from their coupons. Thank you!

Consistently horrible experience at this location for years. The pharmacy never has orders filled even when the phone service claims they are ready for pick up. Constantly have problems with their “electronic system” and can never get prescriptions for myself and my family. Multiple doctors from different offices complain about this location. Pharmacists lie, make up excuses, ignore customers that need help. Time for CVS corporate to clean house and start over.

This CVS is a nice clean CVS. Well stocked with a good pharmacy.I don’t use the CVS for vaccines. So I can’t answer that question. I’ve never had any problems with the pharmacy. You may have a couple pharmacist that are not supported and flat tone. But majority of the ladies are really nice.Unfortunately this particular CVS does not serve money orders.

I came here 4 times in 3 days looking to fill a prescription to no avail. On the 4th time, I was told to come back again and try later. When I expressed that I did not have time because I was currently working from home, the pharmacist had the nerve to say, "Don't you live nearby?" I don't care if I live in the CVS attic - it should not take 5 trips to successfully fill ONE prescription that my doctor confirmed had been sent. Stunning levels of incompetence and attitude at this CVS location, and not once did they apologize for the inconvenience. I immediately transferred my prescription to Walgreens.

CVS in general is clearly more concerned with showing profit to their investors than they are with helping people. I had just come out of a neck surgery, a prescription for Norco had been sent ahead. Went straight there from the hospital. Bandage covering my neck and the stitches were oozing down my back. I was in a LOT of pain. They told me that they weren't giving out any pain killers, I asked for the pharmacist. She came over and asked why I needed it. I turned around so she could see the back of my neck and she told me that I'd have to come back. So I went home for a while. Tried calling but ended up on hold for a long time. Had my son drive me back and by this time the post surgery pain was excruciating. Got the same treatment but this time, one of the assistants told me that they do have it. Got in to an argument with the pharmacist and left. Had to call everyone I know to see if anyone had anything that would help. No luck. I'm tired of this company.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. I tried being patient on multiple occasions as it’s the closest to me, but now prefer the Burbank one which never had issues. The pharmacist has poor customer service. Never answer phone calls (was on hold for 3 hours; still no answer). Was picking up my meds when they said they never received it. Desperately needed it for a serious flare & pain. Came back next day, said it wasn’t filled and couldn’t do it because they were closing soon. So I asked to transfer to neighboring CVS. She said she would do it right there. I confirmed and went to other CVS only to be told they never sent it. Please avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

All the personal new. It is too bad and rude. Months ago, good people worked we're very nice atencion, and now opend 10am . Not get up phones all the time wetting . It's in the farmacia . My complaints.I months ago, I presences big a problem whiz the customers . she tells him, "laughing and bad words." The manager did nothing with her , are the same ethnic. She worked in the farmacia yet. All personal are bad ,rud Whiz people speak Spanish special . I was 14 years ago . Went for my medine . Now I'm disappointed for the new personal.

Maricela help me but I was confused about a refund. So I went back and ask what happened after they explained me. I was fine. However the getto girl with curly hair made a bad stamens in front of me. Super rude lady and who’s asking for opinions? Keep your mouth shut if you’re undeducted. Don’t shop here. This Hispanic wanna be white is so rude

This CVS is the absolute worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The customer service is terrible. They never answer the phones. We walk there while we are on hold because it's no use calling. They say the doctor hasn't submitted a prescription or submitted the wrong one, which is not true. They've shorted me on pills, so I always open the pill box there and count them to make sure there is enough. Just terrible all around.

Yasaman, Jasmine, working in the pharmacy counter was extremely rude and impersonal she made a big show of printing my mothers RX to show us that she had a copayment even though we know there is no copayment. She continued to ignore me for assistance even though I stayed in the line. When she did assist me with my purchase she acted immature and ridiculous. I am embarrassed for her behavior. Check yourself Jasmine, you work in healthcare.

Unfortunately this location has the worst pharmacy service I have ever experienced. While I feel for them because they constantly seem understaffed, their treatment of customers is terrible. Any time you need to call it is a 30+ min wait, and even then they often hang up on you. I also had a pharmacist let us stand in the pharmacy line for 15+ minutes (for others - much longer) and then kick us out of line by telling us they’re closing. I get needing to close at a specific time, but she didn’t give anyone in line a warning ahead of time. She then proceeded to argue with customers that they hadn’t been in line before their closing time. I’d understand if someone showed up exactly at the closing time, but that wasn’t the case. So unprofessional and rude. Especially when people are just trying to get their medications. Truly avoid this CVS pharmacy if you can. It’s always a headache.

The worst CVS I have ever dealt with. Obviously understaffed and the employees are beyond rude. They have no sense of customer service. Calling ahead of time is impossible. I stopped sending prescriptions here but my doctor sent it to th wrong location and I am reminded today of how this is my least favorite pharmacy. Disgusting how CVS understaffs it’s pharmacies and leaves the general public to succumb to these levels of stress when they’re already under distress.

I don’t get why this pharmacy is so messed up. Multiple pharmacy workers have lied about “not receiving e-scripts” even though my doctor had visual proof of them being sent. One pharmacist told me to “go somewhere else” after I was on hold for 37 minutes. I never write online reviews. I am a very patient person but some of the workers I’ve dealt with at this pharmacy are inattentive and flippant, at best. If you’re considering a new pharmacy, run far, far away from this one.

I made an online appointment for later in the afternoon to get a vaccination. But since I was in the store at 10am picking up other things, I checked with the pharmacy to see if they might take me early. I told a young female pharmacist who was helping me that I had an appointment for later, but could I get it now? She said that they weren't doing vaccinations until 11am. But if I come back then, they could take me, as long as I had a reservation for that same day (which I did). So, I came back at 11am, as instructed, and was abruptly told by another employee behind the pharmacy counter (a young man this time) that "NO! She's very busy, sir. You'll have to wait until 2:30." He said this without consulting the pharmacist I spoke to earlier, and despite the fact that there was no one else waiting at the pharmacy. The place was empty. It appears he just decided on his own that I'd have to wait. And he told me so in a most unpleasant and unhelpful way. Very rude. Very thoughtless employee. I didn't catch his name. Fortunately, I got a call from the CVS on Victory, just a few miles away, and they said they'd be happy to take me early. So, I immediately drove over there and, despite being noticeably busier, they took me--no problem. I was in and out in just a few minutes. Everyone was very pleasant, helpful, and thoughtful. So, I guess the lesson for today is: DO NOT use the CVS at 4744 Lankershim in N. Hollywood. Go to the one at Vineland and Victory--much nicer group of people, much friendlier. And, most importantly, they're better organized and much more professional than the pharmacy staff at 4744 Lankershim.

The worst! They lie to customers saying "We haven't received the script", even though doctor re-sends and calls personally several times. They make customers wait in a phone queue for 45+ minutes, only to hang up on you, forcing you to go through the phone queue all over again. Staff is rude to customers. I do feel some pity for them though. Too many times I have seen during high covid vaccination times, only 1 person on staff trying. Sincerely the worse pharmacy service.

No customer service! No awareness of their job! No help! No concern! The ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY. I have a monthly refill that is never filled before the previous prescription runs out. This has been happening for the past 5 months. I generally go 3-5 days without the med. Most recently (last week) I was informed my medication was on order. That same day I was notified it was filled. When I arrived to pick it up I was told it was on order then the pharmacist said they could have it ready in 30 mins. She also mentioned it must be my lucky day. I couldn’t go in 30 mins but called first thing the following morning. The pharmacy told me they were waiting for the shipment to arrive and had NO awareness of my previous conversation with the pharmacist. They mentioned they will call me upon receiving the shipment. They called and told me the supplier was out. I asked what to do and was told to get a new prescription from my doctor and find a location that could fill it. FAIL!!!! I called corporate and was transferred 4 times telling my story each time. While on hold for the fourth transfer I was disconnected. STAY CLEAR

Don’t send prescriptions here. Twice have I sent prescriptions to this location, and twice have they “not receive them.” I’ve even had my doctor on the phone to confirm that they’ve sent it, and the pharmacist says there is nothing in their system. There is clearly an issue with this pharmacy’s ability to process orders. Again, I extremely recommend to not send prescriptions here.I told the pharmacist about this issue, and they only downplayed it saying it’s my doctor or my fault. I told them to please try to fix this issue for other costumers, but the pharmacist ignored me sadly. Again, I repeat, do not send prescriptions here unless you want to be frustrated.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This cvs (or maybe all cvs) sucks. The pharmacy is absolute garbage. I’m not sure if it’s the pharmacist fault or their management for making them always be understaffed. Literally don’t even bother calling the pharmacy you will be on hold for 40 minutes at least. Actually you’ll be on hold for so long the phone just hangs up on you automatically. One time they actually gave me the wrong medication I’m not kidding. They never keep you updated on anything. It is ALWAYS a hassle picking up my medications especially if it’s a new one I’m starting. They always say my insurance needs updated but it’s been the same for 3 years. One pharmacist will tell you your medication is ready and then when you go pick it up they’ll tell you it’s still processing. I don’t blame any one person individually but this place is either dropping the ball on most of their duties or seriously understaffed.

I've been trying to get through for 90 minutes. They hung up on me once and have not picked up for 45 minutes. I understand busy but they weren't. There were two people in lab coats and 4 in scrubs. There were only 2 customers in line. One in consultation and one in pickup. To add insult to injury one of scrubs was sweeping. Sweeping! And i was still on hold 45 minutes later when I walked into the store and she has time to clean. I feel sicker than before and I'm very upset. I am never going to this CVS again. I want to give zero stars but I can't.

If I could give zero star I would. The absolute worst pharmacy team I’ve ever encountered in my life! So unprofessional and uncaring. I will be filing a formal complaint with the California Board of Pharmacy. Life is already hard, no one needs to have people in positions that add to the stress. I don’t know where the current pharmacy personnels get their education. Must be on line because I refuse to believe that they are graduates of any reputable school of pharmacy except for some online program that doesn’t have ethics as a part of the curriculum. Abhorrent behaviors and disposition from these folks! They sit around gossiping all day. The phone rings off the hook with ill people on the end of the line. When they do pick up, they act like you owe them something. These people need to go collect unemployment so that decent caring pharmacists can be hired. Shame on CVS for allowing this to happen. They’ve seen the reviews I’m sure but I guess you need to mess with their license for them to care. Ok then.

Employees are nice, but my god is this place an eyesore. The people who run the shopping center have decided that they hate homeless people so much that they would rather let people throw their trash on the ground than provide a trashcan and potential have someone look through it for recyclables. There is so much trash throughout the parking lot, stop being weird and put the public trash and back. As someone who has lived in this neighborhood for a very long time, seeing this place be responsible for the vast majority of trash blowing around my neighborhood is getting so infuriating.

The store staff at the front register is great. They have to fight off homeless people screaming at them all day long. The pharmacy is is just a mess. No one answers the phone EVER. You wait on hold for like an hour at least. When you go in, you wait in line for generally 20 minutes. Our work forces us to use them through insurance. We had to switch from Walgreens, which was amazing- to CVS pharmacy and it’s a nightmare. Why don’t they hire more people?

This pharmacy almost never answers their phone. I once waited over 50 minutes and still nothing. I've had several issues with prescriptions in the past month and can't even call to fix it. Not sure what's going on there, but the service is not great.Picking up prescriptions has mostly been fine, only a couple issues there.EDIT 11/10/21: Ok I really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but their service is really just the worst. Shipped RXs lost, one canceled with no given reason, hung up on, put on hold for an hour, RXs not being fulfilled, or fulfilled then not ready when going to pickup. The list goes on.I don't know what's going on at this store, maybe understaffed, maybe bad management, but it's truly been a terrible experience lately. No one's got time for this.

I don’t understand how they had so much trouble! I called before I left home, was on hold until I was in line for prescriptions. They asked for my birthday, asked me to hold again. I got to the front of the line and she said “oh you were on the phone”... she had no intention of answering the call. Then I got in the other line, they finally got my prescription, then didn’t have my insurance!! Then I handed over my card and they said “a few more minutes”. 15 minutes later, “sorry, your CVS card please”... Then I see them doing other things, eventually they say, “oh we actually don’t have one of those things” even though they JUST handed it to me & took it back???? So they are finding an “bigger bottle” I’m still waiting... 95 minutes from when I called, 80minutes from when I arrived. It’s also not that busy. Maybe only ever 6 people in line at any time...

The convenience store part of this location is good, the cashiers are helpful and the selection is great even though this is a smaller location.The pharmacy, however, is terrible. I always get put on hold for 20+ minutes and then get hung up on before even speaking to someone. When I go in person, the pharmacists are rude, unhelpful, and overall seem entirely uninterested in customers. Perhaps they are too busy or understaffed, in which case, I will help them out by transferring my prescriptiona to a different location for now on.

I usually don’t write reviews but this is the worst drugstore in the valley! They are not courteous. They never answer the phone. The pharmacist was very rude, he sent me to another CVS because he did not want to take the time to fill my prescription at the wrong address in Burbank. He actually sent me to Rite Aid. After waiting in line over 45 minutes just to be told they don’t have it. I should go back to the other pharmacy Horrible horrible horrible service!!!

Incredibly rude. They will keep you on hold for 45 minutes, I drove there in the amount of time it took . Then I had a prescription that had been called in 4 days prior still wasn’t filled. I went there they said it would be an hour ( for 4 pills) I had to leave for work. I came the next day they still hadn’t filled it 4 damn pills! I asked for a call when it was ready no call.. I’m back again for the 4 time for this prescription and I am literally sitting here in line as I type.
