Wow! 🤩 came in because we were in the area. I’m pleased to find a pet store that offers a bit more items / products for cats 🐈 🐱 really glad I found them as we were running low on wet food & litter.Service was super fast & informative.I liked that we were able to ask questions about the different types of food and the employee their knew a lot about each item!!!

Generally this is an excellent store, but today the woman behind the counter was less than helpful. She acted like directing me to where the carts we now stored was too taxing. After I spent over $200 she did not offer to help me to the car. I have been coming here since it was red barn and this was the FIRST time I was not offered help.

I’ve been buying my dog food here for about 1 1/2 yrs now and they are the best their employees are extremely helpful!!! By far the best customer service ever!!! I always come in with 1 million questions and they always do everything they can to make sure that they are answered. LOVE THIS STORE

The Pet Shop is fantastic! Both you and your pet are greeted with open arms. All of the materials are of excellent quality, and the staff is always knowledgeable and courteous. It's so nice to walk into a store and know that if you need help with anything, whether it's food or products, they'll be happy to help.

I had found a lost dog right before Thanksgiving and went in to put up some flyers to find the owner. They offered to make copies so they could post it in the most visible area. I got a toy for my new furry house guest and they gave me some food samples to help with the care costs of my new friend. NOTE: I was able to find the owner and the assistance was much appreciated! Definitely going back for my pet's needs.

I love this shop. I came in one day with a kitten I'd caught off the street minutes prior, and the lady behind the counter walked me through EVERYTHING I needed to know as a new pet owner. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Shop has the best products, you won't find the same quality brands in big name stores. Seriously I love this place

Thank goodness for Big Al's, the only place nearby to buy chicken feed and supplies! They are always super helpful and order me whatever I need if they don't have it. Plus, they have a fantastic selection of dog food and treats!

This pet store is on the small size compared to Petco or PetSmart but offers some nice brands I don't find at the larger stores. Their prices are also lower on somethings. They have a loyalty program so you can earn free litter and other discounts. Finally have to give their staff credit as they are always willing to help carry your large purchases out to the car.

I am happy because they carry CHICKEN SCRATCH and CHICK STARTER at a PERFECT PRICE, while the most pet stores in my area that came up on google do not! And thank god i do not have to drive 25 miles to tractor supply! Keep that chicken scratch and chick starter coming, you, guys! THIS WORLD NEEDS MORE CHICKEN PETS!! Thanks, Geo's wife, Anna :)

They have a lot of larger-sized more affordable Raw dog food the only catch is it's freezer burned... The ones that aren't freezer burned they charge more for and are smaller bags that is more expensive...they will not price break when purchasing two bags to equal the same size as the economy affordable bag... Selling freezer burned dog food can make animals very sick if they were to eat it .. Im very disappointed in the shop and taking my business elsewhere
