I hate to write a negative review on this place, since I was a loyal customer for the 11 years, but these last few groomings haven't been up to par. My dogs always get a full service grooming & both of my dogs have come home with their nails untrimmed, hair still in their eyes, mouths & paw pads untouched. I told them about the situation & was told to call the next day for Marcus. I called back twice & no marcus... I wish Camacho was back. When he's there I dont have issues like this. I guess its time for a us to try a new groomer.

Groomer said an offhand rude comment to me, for no good reason. I had to walk away, would never hand my innocent babies 🐶 to a man who thinks they can talk to a woman like that . Owners incase you’re wondering who i’m talking about, he’s bald tatted and easily in his late 40s probaly 50s. With the authority he was talking about with me, I can only conclude he’s a reflection of your shops lack of training & organization.

Taylor was great to work with, she knew everything about all the animals that were available. I was able to take every dog on a walk and get to know each one. Even though I didn't find exactly what I was looking for, I enjoyed the hassle free one on one time I was able to spend with the dogs. I will be visiting this place again soon!

If asked to summarize in a word, that word would be CARING.We all have pet companions in large part because we want to care for them. "The House" gets this and its staff of really kind, sweet handlers provides the loving care we expect when our pets are away from home.I'm really particular with my pets. I have purchased supplies, grooming services, and have adopted with "The House". Every experience was positive and warm.Eccentricities aside, this is a local business with a mission that should be regularly patronized and supported.You'll feel good about it! 👍👍👍

Came in looking for bird supplies. Everything for sale was covered in dust. The man working didn't offer any help or ask if I needed assistance. If he had tried to sell me something, I would've purchased something. Supplies are obviously not the main income for this place but if I was a business owner I'd like my employees to at least try to turn anyone who walks in, into a customer. I'd avoid this place if you're looking for bird supplies.

I take my dogs here for grooming and dental work. Courtney is an amazing dentist!! My dogs had the worse teeth and because of her their teeth are white and healthy. I highly recommend this place. They truly care about our animals.

Best pet shop since they very well take good care of their rescue animals. I came in here to look for a bird I can adopt and I was amazed at how good-looking the birds are. Highly recommended pet shop.

My experience was great. It was my first time going and i loved it. Everybody so nice. And i didnt even need an appointment. Simple walk in. And my puppy was showered and groomed immediately! ! :) price good also

David is the best groomer in LA hands down. Our adult mini schnauzer and puppy toy schnauzer love him. More than being such a great groomer. He has helped us with training to the best advice on health. So grateful for David and the Doghouse team.

Great specials, great work. Very courteous. I take my 16 year old cat and my Yorkie. I am on a fixed income so the half price with appointment is a fantastic blessing.

I made an appointment for grooming that was never scheduled. The guy In the front front has no idea how to do his job. Didn't schedule my appointment. Was rude the whole time. Don't go here

Great staff, very friendly and helpful. I was able to take each dog on a walk around the block with no problem. Although I didn't find exactly what I was looking for I will be visiting regularly.

They were so rude, they called to let me my know my dog was ready, I asked them to give me thirty minutes unfortunately I was driving in heavy traffic area they kept calling when I said I’m sorry I’m running late cuz of the traffic the man on the phone went ballistic. Not only they did a horrible grooming but they raised their price like if they are running a five stars business

Not appropriate for people with exotics. Only supplies dog, cat and bird, and has no knowledge of other pet supplies. It took me several tries of asking specifically for a cage for a rat to find out they didn't know about or have anything that would work for small animals.

This is just a lil place, but what I appriciate most is how they have made areas for dogs they have found. Mamas nursing pups or scared left for dead rescues, it's like a homeless shelter for pets.

This place is a joke, they were charging me $115 just to wash two dogs that is a joke this place has been going down the past few years I should have learned my lesson when I left 5 months ago with a horrible experience everybody that writes positive reviews I do not know where they see this from this place is a joke I will never be going back to this place again after being a customer of theirs over 10 years if I could give zero Stars I would give zero Stars
