OMGGGGG!!!! Let me tell you about this amazing woman please! I was terrified about leaving my baby anywhere until I met Andrea! I felt this instant connection to animals with her and my boy took right to her. He was such a mess when I dropped him off and when I picked him up he looked like a different dog and was so happy!! What an Amazing job she did. I will be taking both of my babies there from now on and I highly highly recommend puppy cuts to everyone!!! Her prices are very reasonable. Thank you so much Andrea ❤️

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!!! in one word is how I describe Puppy Cut Grooming I had the best experience ever I wouldn’t trade this place in for nothing in the world very professional, excellent service, very comforting, and very reassuring when you’re dropping off your fur baby. The prices are very reasonable, and the packages are very detailed. Believe me when I tell you, you will not be disappointed by coming here shout out to Puppy Cut Grooming for always having my Nina looking so purrrrty!!!!

They did a fantastic job grooming my 7 month old 65 pound Great Pyrenees as well as trimming my exceptionally difficult Dachshund's nails. All staff are very friendly and I felt comfortable leaving my dog with them despite me being an overprotective dog mom.

Andrea has groomed my pups for years now and when we found out she was opening her own salon we made sure to support her! She is the sweetest groomer and always does an amazing job with my puppies. One of my pups in particular is incredibly timid and she has no problem when I bring her to get groomed. Andrea is very accommodating with both her schedule and letting me ease my pups into leaving them for grooming when I was initially reluctant to do so. We will be using Andrea’s service for as long as we are able to (and the service is well worth the drive!)

100% satisfied customer! Excellent service, love the online scheduling option. Our pup can be, um... "challenging" around other dogs, but Puppy Cut handled it like a pro & our pup is looking very fresh & pampered. After being stood up by a mobile groomer we won't name here (no call, no show), they were able to fit our pup in ASAP. No shortcuts, & our pup was clearly feeling right at home when we picked her up. 👍👍

I have 2 beautiful German shepherds and a small dog. PuppyCut groomed them beautifully. They came home very happy, clean, smelling great with teeth brushed.The staff here is pet loving, professional, and all round wonderful. Took my cocker spaniel for her first trip to the groomers today and I am very pleased with the service and care that was taken with my Daisy. Got an appointment the same day. This is my second time going in for my pet. They listen to how you want the cut and I’m precise on how I want it done. They haven’t disappointed me on both occasions. Milo is touched with care while going through a spa day . He is happy when I pick him up. Great job! Thank you so much for being great fur baby care.

lovely experience. my dog seemed happy there and it really reassured me that they would take great care of him. Knowing my dog would be comfortable with them, brought great relief. they did a great job and i see myself returning with my dog for more services. I really liked that they had their own website with price estimations and online booking. no cons, i think my dog and i love this place.

Andrea was amazing! We have a 1 year old Bernedoodle who we are super picky with his hair length and style. She sat with me for 15 min before his cut to make sure we thoroughly went over expectations and styling. She sent me photo ideas to match what we were looking for and made sure I was happy before proceeding with my dogs cut. Andrea followed up with me after the cut for another 15 min about coat grooming and text me the next morning to make sure my boyfriend was happy with it.High recommend!!

I've been taking my Maltese to this groomer for the past year (or so) since seeing her on Good Day Sacramento. She does a great job and he always smells amazing when I pick him up. Reasonable price help as well.

They are so caring and gentle with my Lil Dude. He's scared to death of getting his nails groomed but they keep him calm and he gets thru it like a champ now without needing a second person to hold him.

Went to them 2 weeks ago. They charged me $15 to trim our girls nails. I went in today, with the exact same dog,he charged me $25. It was more difficult today because they chose not to put her on a table but had me hold her in the lobby because he said there were too many dogs. I asked about the price change. He told me it's $25 for her size. She hasn't grown much in literally 2 weeks. We'll be finding another place now. I was told $15 for smaller dogs and $20 for medium to large dogs 2 weeks ago. They charged me $15 then. $25 for a job that you had me help hold my dog instead of putting her on the table, which is a safer way,in my opinion. ( Update, our dog is now terrified to get nails trimmed because of how the " groomer" decided to cut her nails last time. He absolutely terrified her. She had zero issue the first time. That's the only reason I went back a second time).

I love this place! They save my life every 6-8 weeks. My dog goes on smelling like dog and comes home smelling like 🌟 and 🌈. Staff is kind. Prices are reasonable. We drive all the way from Plumas Lake to bring our pup here.

I bring my 1 year old rottweiler here to get groomed and to get her nails trimmed mostly her dewclaws. They do a great job at a reasonable price! My pup got sap on her snout from chewing on a a stick well the sap hardened and it was so hard to remove! I text puppycut and asked for advice they gave me great advice so I was able to clean her right up myself. I just adore this place they're great and I highly recommend bringing your pet here for some pampering ❤️

Original 5-star Review Sept 2020: Neelix just had his second trip to Andrea at PuppyCut and I couldn't be happier. She is lovely and makes a point of not only communicating with me about what I want, but also anything that she believes will benefit my pup. As an example, after our first trip she requested that he be the first appointment of the day in the future to reduce his stress and to give her a little bit more one-on-one time with him since he tends to be anxious. She has also provided me with specific at-home grooming advice so that I can upkeep his coat better in between appointments.I'm glad that I've been able to find a groomer willing to work on such an individual level with my neurotic boy. Yes, it costs a bit more than a chain-store groom, but it's not a break-the-bank price and is more than worth it for the above-and-beyond quality of service.Update March 2022: Spoiler - Still five stars! Been bringing my boy here for over a year now and I continue to be over the moon with the way both me and my pup are treated. Typically I get him cut fairly short for comfort and ease of care but I needed him styled longer at his last appointment so he could be fluffy for my wedding photos. Andrea took the time to make sure she understood what I was wanting and she absolutely aced the assignment. Thank you for turning my scraggly-gremlin into such a dapper lil mans!

Took my 7 month old miniature schnauzer Coco to PuppyCut Grooming.My puppy was a little nervous as this was her first grooming session. I was met by Andrea who was super nice and made me understand all the things they do. Andrea made Coco feel very comfortable. She was done with 2 hours and when I picked her up she was a completely different looking puppy and super cute.Thank you Andrea for taking care of Coco, loved how you groomed her. Thanks for all the advice on her haircut and how to help her between sessions...She’ll definitely be back soon!

My aunts dog has had some bad experiences before with groomers and so we decided to give this place a shot. He looked absolutely amazing when they were finished! He even allowed them to brush his teeth! Although he still won't let us near his teeth at home, I'm beyond happy with our experience. My dog got groomed there as well and she looks beautiful as well. Highly recommend!!

Staff did great with my lab/pit mix! They were able to get us in next day and provided great customer service, grooming and love for my dog! Highly recommend for those looking for an affordable yet top notch groomer.
